Every year since 2009 we spend a long weekend at the end of winter in this lovely hotel. It truly deserves the term "Grand hotel". If I'd own that place, I would not change a bit. Staff is extremely attentive, addressing you by your name from minute one.
The ambience is fantastic, be it the grand restaurant, the salon bleu, chimney room, cigar room The spa is probably the best one we've ever been to. All this comes in the awsome engadin mountains with 10 km glacier slopes just a 5-minute drive away.
All this of course comes at a ... price, but we don't regret one of the lots of swiss francs spent here.
Already looking forward to coming back next year. read more

Beautifully maintained house,
Clean, comfortable room with daily fresh fruit and bottled water, if necessary, humidifier. To schullöffel it is missing at nothing.
Internet access.
Fantastic breakfast buffet.
Tasteful flowers arrangements in the entire place.
Very varied guest structure. We had a superb wedding, whereby the guests the kronenstübli displaced were, without any qualitätseinbusse. read more

For my opinion the Kronenhof is one of the excellent hotels in the alps. The atmosphere of the belle epoque embraces us by entering the rooms. The breakfast and diner were superb, as well as the times we have been here before. The swimming pool and spa is very relaxing after a wonderful day at the corvilla. read more

Our favorite hotel, there simply everything is correct: we arrived, all immediately friendly, this time especially important already before the arrangement for a small kindererkrankung a day had to navigate carts -not a problem. Grand Hotel the service was excellent, that means attentive, human friendly and not fake, and from the front desk to to the room service.
The hit, especially for the price kids : the pool, unfortunately no one around you herauszurufen! Free wireless! Very good food! Extra wishes anytime realizable. read more

From the reservation, on the front desk (already before entering of the hotel), over the dinner -the entire stay-here simply cannot praise be saved! The staff is remarkably helpful, friendly and attentive. The luxurious rooms are well thought out and with the highest comfort. The beds are a dream! The whole establishment radiates a comfort from, the in a sochen unfortunately ambience rarely to find. All rooms are lovingly decorated and renovated and offer all a private possibility for the searched (reading/library, games room, large salons, bar etc.). It is difficult to be highlighted, which probably the best area ... in this venerable house is, but such a stylish, elegant dining room, probably everyone, the him the door, in very good my memory forever. The breakfast buffet is of the finest quality and the dinner was a pleasure. The spa offers all you could ask for and you will enjoy the edge of schwimmbadesaus a spectacular view of the engardiner mountains. This hotel is really in every aspect perfect and we can our next visit hardly wait! A true jewel just. read more

We enjoy now for 6 years %blank% in the winter and in summer as well the amenities of the Grand Hotel Kronenhof. We appreciate the friendly/courteous atmosphere of this beautifully renovated house. The welcoming at the reception is always professional, personal and speedily. The spa area has a special charm and is unequaled! A wonderful hotel with atmosphere and perfect service. The quality of the restaurant is outstanding. The freshly renovated spa area with a magnificent view of the mountains offers various saunas and steam baths, a big pool, a separate jacuzzi area and a children's pool, the nothing to be desired leave. Our son was varied child care through the very friendly employee especially enthusiastic. The hotel offers a shuttle service to the ski resorts of corviglia and diavolezza at, we gladly taken into account have. Otherwise is the stop the engadine ski bus and the ski school gathering point pontresina reachable ... in a few minutes. read more

It is every time a pleasure in this hotel to stay. It begins with the pick-up at the train station to fresh fruit and flowers in the room. The treatments in the spa from the facial to flussreflexmassage is excellent. The spa is very nice decorated. Breakfast and dinner are very good and the service first class. read more

From the check in to check out all is worked out for guests pleasure and comfort. gastronomic restaurants and dishes every day renewed, professional and friendly staff, stunning SPA and pool facilities included, clean and very well managed.also facilities for families with children (child restaurant, playonfg area etc.) on top of it during the stay we celebrated my partner's birthday and received a greeting card from Diector and a special birthday cake, everything has been ... done to make our journey an intense moment of pure delight Thanks to the hotel team! read more

The Grand Hotel Kronenhof is a very recommendable hotel. We felt good overall and really enjoyed the stay. We have rarely seen in a european hotel such a great, competent and friendly service experienced. Compliment! The hotel is great-run. We are with our one year old son in the Kronenhof and the hotel is absolutely child-friendly. It wasn't missing anything. The kids club is fully equipped and in the room it wasn't missing anything - bed, bottle warmer, kettle, baby phone, türlkarte (baby sleeps) and even a welcome gift were unsolicited available. Also in the pool-area there is a pool ... for the little ones. The pool- and wellness area itself is already also class and the massages professional. We would have remained gladly longer and will definitely come again. read more
