The rooms are small, for sleeping but sufficient. To the longer stay is the room unsuitable, since no comfortable seating is available. Because of the size of the room this is not possible. The tv is on one arm, the on the wall dissuaded is.

The food left much to be desired. Usually there were 1 sort of meat and 1 sort fish. Beef and pork, there was only rarely and if, then in poor quality. Poultry there was nearly daily. The breakfast was simply, but sufficient. You can not go wrong. If you're looking for good, varied and tasty food sets, should this hotel avoid.

The service is good, the staff is friendly. Many understand and speak german. Housekeeping was okay. On a mängelmitteilung they reacted immediately.

The pool area is, for the size of the hotel, alright. At this time of the year it was also in the afternoon still possible, by the pool a couch with sun screen to get.

It is a middle class hotel, that is outdated. The hotel is clean. The audience is international, many british people (this is however not to understand).

The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the beach. Lots of shops, restaurants and clubs are in the immediate vicinity. Since the restaurants no curfew know, are the guests loud blaring in the early hours to the hotel returned. Also either late at night or early in the morning, the garbage pick up. You can sleep on the street side, so stop from morning 05:00 a. m. the buses with running motor in front of the hotel, for guests pick up. In the 14 days we didn't one night durchgeschlfen.

Small, clean, bathroom quite large and clean. Super refrigerator! This was very clean, quiet and efficient! Before 0 hours is sleep in the rooms pool side because of the entertainment impossible, even television goes only with closed balcony door. Was but also as expected from the description. Super exclusive residential area of the balconies, probably with the pool side rooms...

Unfortunately only 1 for the size much too small restaurant, the really terrible 'food in 2 shifts'. I had not thought that such a thing still up-to-date is. The 2. layer (which i was allocated) from 20 hours until 21:15 o'clock just 75 minutes period to eat! So what that is unacceptable! The breakfast was tidy with good, of the category appropriate selection, the coffee was from the vending machine, but not bad. Terrible the dinner. After a powerful animal start on 1st evening with great dinner came the crash into the unbounded. Food often too salty or tasteless, for example roast in pepper sauce looked and tasted like with evaporated milk poured over. The kitchen staff for me were changed! Especially in recent days the plates were also still dirty, had the dishwasher probably only in passing seen.

Friendly staff in all areas, german is good understood. Room cleaning good, not used additional services.

Great beach! Clean pool with many and comfortable lounge chairs, good ambience within a tropical landscaped garden. Disturbances there was only through the very close to the neighboring building. Enough showers and umbrellas!

225 rooms, double rooms for single occupancy quite small (nr. 118), even for me as a single traveller. Hotel in general very clean and good for 3 grups. Mostly german and english, with the proportion of english compared to the surrounding hotels were rather low was. Old mixed, very healthy structure, families, couples and singles.

1 hour transfer from the airport, to the beach 5 minutes by english driven environment. Lots and lots of spar markets, shops and above all many 'all-you-can-eat' restaurants with partly ruinösem price war. Good, almost too good infrastructure with for my taste way too many private transport. (many 4-lane roads with relevant traffic loads. Hotel surrounded by loud discos and karaoke bars, very many of the british popular 'family entertainment' shops that offer everything and cracking to be.

The room is but very small. Bathroom we had already been in smaller Air conditioner worked the first days and there was then the spirit. Refrigerator was okay. The carpet in front of the bed was very old, safe for 18 Euro rent. We had a always to the pool and directly through of the kitchen, the kitchen was around 22:00 completed with the noise and then it was in the karaoke bar los except sometimes at 3:00. we could have had a kettle used but should 8 Euro per week cost The rooms(,especially the bathroom need a facelift. Everything quite old and worn. On the final day we discovered also ants behind the fridge

The breakfast was but very adjusted to the british guests, although almost only germans were there. But there were 3 sorts of eggs, cheese, sausage and so on. The dinner was ok. Seasoned was hardly. The showcooking was the chef stood behind the grill and had a day to cockerels, a day pork and so on to roast. The food was often only warm.

At the front desk they helped but only a lady was very friendly, all other overlooked us always with the coming in and leaving of the hotel. German they understood but still very good Especially was the waiter always very polite and always had a smile The room was on the quick clean, although some of the last guests for this year were.

The pool was okay, the hot tub was already on the day of arrival broken and was not also repaired. On our demand us one said the you don't know what it is broken.

The entrance area is clear and on arrival we were warmly welcomed, after checking in but simply to the room skillfully without the someone with us and everything was explained. We had the half board and were divided for dinner from 18:30 until 19:45. that was for us a good time

To the beach it was 5 minutes past souvenir shops, restaurants, bars and so on. Everything easily accessible on foot. Also without a car one comes to Alcudia old town. About 30 minutes on the way there past Lidl. To the harbor was also good to go. The beach was beautiful

Big enough and always clean. Small fridge available. Bath with a bath, no shower stall. We had room to the side of the road chosen, not until the entertainment at the pool to hear, as in lots of reviews written. There was however from o'clock always peace, while we in the morning by lots of buses, garbage trucks and road sweepers early woken up. Room to the pool there is probably still have been better.

You can only be amazed, which one everything frittieren can! But the row after: for breakfast one must German very accurate search, something enjoyable to find. The' scrambled egg' was daily with various vegetables mixed. Fried egg but it was good. Bacon and small sausage and different friteuseprodukte very hard to get used to. The coffee was very just an impertinence, as well as the automatenorangensaft. We ultimately on toast, rolls and jams/ nutella limited, in addition there was to dte. We were full- but nevertheless somehow 'more' expected. For dinner: altogether all meals were quite ungewürzt. Sausage and cheese were rather a chemical as a natural impression. Really everyone is always friendly and accommodating. Here you can nothing to complain about. Much praise goes to this body!

Pool very clean and big enough. Daily changing evening agenda with amateurish artists, the big stars gedoubelt have ( Michael Jackson, Elvis, Abba etc.) wanted-or not-this was in any case reasonably entertaining ;-) Access to the internet in the lobby possible. 15 minutes 1 euros. Beach and water were pristine.

The entrance area and also the pool area make a very good impression, for the three stars you are positively surprised. The size of the room and also the bathroom are completely sufficient and always clean. The guests were mostly from 50 upwards, mainly German and English spoken.

Shops in the form of multiple small supermarkets there were enough, as well as several pub, who however mostly English to appear. To the beach it are 5-minute walk. At nearly each corner gives it small bars, the in the evening as mini -disco want to sell. On the street try the attached entertainers with small ' free beverages' touristenin those bars to lure and apply some also something penetrant on. Less nice.

Beach great! Pool nice but the water too cold!

The hotel complex is good, room as a family ( 3 persons) definitely too small! Not even sufficient space to the luggages to store let alone the contents of the suitcase. Bathroom ( washbasin and shower) oK, the 00 is unfortunately only in a schiefstand to occupied. Housekeepers are hard the rooms clean and all together create it. The food and that is the opinion of many guests is were rich but not good in the taste. The service against fond of children and friendly

Distance to the beach ( approximately 500 meters) and shops is good. Beach great! Environment really nice and interesting but a pub thinks of 7 days the week 5 days to at: o'clock morning entire place talk to have. And as family friendly to offer limit on a joke. Complaints were from the reception of the hotel only with a teilnahmslosem grin answered. Thank god had our son ( 2.5 years) a deep sleep, we unfortunately not. That it is impossible at night also just a gap the balcony door on permits.

The size of the room I had the room-wide painting in the brochure also bigger. But I slept well. The safe costs for two weeks 36 Euro.

The dining room was big enough. The bar is until 12 o'clock at night open and offers something for everyone. The cocktailpreise are easy overpriced. A glass red wine costs 2,50 Euro, a cafe con leche 1.50 Euro. The beverages are also at the pool brought. Pizza Margarita cost, Euro. The quality of the meals and drinks were satisfactory. The cleaning and hygiene in the restaurant were reasonable. In the restaurant you can also a bottle of wine order, which one then on several days to eat drink. The breakfast was okay, apart from the coffee a bit hard to get used to. There was in the morning and in the evening always fresh french bread, really delicious. The desserts buffet was really delicious. In the evening there were every day a pasta dish, then fries, potatoes, meat, fish. Aldi I have stayed in two weeks 5 kilos.

The staff were friendly. Karin at the front desk speaks fluent German. No English knowledge necessarily. The rooms are almost always cleaned. Hourly is a doctor in the hotel. With complaints show the staff in the lobby suddenly enormous weaknesses in the German language.

If you no meerschwimmer is, you should by the pool stay. The water in the pool had about 22 degrees, great for swimming. In the gallery were still more loungers and a jacuzzi. For the loungers and the protection from the sun at the beach you have to daily up to 12 Euro shell out. Every evening great musical shows in the hotel with coupons for liquor.

Hotel has approximately 200 rooms. The size of the area I was shocked, because in the brochure you thought, that the complex is much larger. The hotel works from the outside very welcoming. Cleanliness is largely written. We booked half board. The guests were too many from Germany, but also from France, England, Sweden, Czech republic and Russia.

After about 10 minutes one has the white very extensive beach reached. You can from the hotel already with bathing suits and blown-up air mattress get started. Shops of all kinds there are numerous in the hotel area. Excursions are in any case bookable.

Our room was small but sufficient with a balcony to the side of the road. Really bothered us the beds: these are two single beds, the mattresses just on the chassis be displayed and with every movement apart, so a large gap between the beds is. Moreover, the floor very slippery, and frightens around the hour on, if neighbors the skids on their capacity forth.

For dinner are the guests in two layers divided; we were allowed only between 20,30 and 21,30 food. The selection of food is ok, but the hygiene and the quality of the food much to be desired. Just one example: in the morning you could from large bowls Nutella and jam reap. As soon as a certain level has been achieved, fills the staff these bowls again on (dedicated and attentive staff), but without these rinse my. The next morning is possible precisely these bowls again on the buffet. So it is day for day new in old jam filled, new Nutella in the already lumpy and krustige Nutella. Generally the buffet very cater to english speaking guests ; there is a wide variety of english breakfast and the french fries are thick and labschig. The staff were always friendly and helpful, the room was every day properly cleaned. The safe can circa 20 Euro the week be booked.

Are disturbing the evening shows, also the pool opposite room until at least midnight beschallen. The pool is rather for children this, to a large extent is enough the water an adult person only up to the belly button and is therefore to swim very suitable.

The hotel is a bit outdated, but still reasonable.

The hotel is situated in the middle of tourist area, a couple of minutes from the beach and approximately 25 minutes (on foot) of the historic part of town Alcudia away. Typical tourist restaurants and bars a medium quality in the immediate environment too hauf, a bit better, as well as spanish cuisine you should rather in the old town search.

Our room made a clean and decent impression. The room, as well as the bed had a sufficient size for two people. Especially great we found the free fridge in the room. The bathroom was also very clean and without mold. The room was every day sufficiently cleaned.

The breakfast was exenstive and there was plenty of choice. Only the selection of fresh sausage and cheese could have been a bit bigger. The dinner has however often to be desired left. There is no real vorspeisensalate, but only different ingredients such as cut peppers, onions etc. For its own mixed greens salad to make. Different dressings also not offered. The warm buffet there is also a rather small choice of meals. Pizza and fries but every evening. The food is usually very greasy and economically peppered. The offered desserts were also rather matter of taste. I personally found more fresh fruits as from the can looking forward to it. However one must also consider that it is a three-star hotel acts. To sum up, which one knows each evening something to eat, but the quality and quantity still improvement potential has.

The staff is always friendly and tried

The pool is but clearly smaller than the photos appears. Was not however for us no matter, since we didn't use. We had the impression the whole day enough chairs and sun screens available were. The evening entertainment program consists of daily changing live band. This repeat itself unfortunately weekly, so that you two-week stay at the latest in the second week already everything ever seen.

The hotel makes a very good first impression. The reception staff are very friendly and speaks German. Everything seemed clean and tidy.

The hotel lies in a side street. There are very many shops, as well as bars and restaurants in the area. A Lidl is only a few hundred meters away. It is about 5 minutes to the beach on foot.

For a three-star hotel, the rooms are completely reasonable. A little too small But ok. It was clean and that was the main thing

No variation for breakfast, always the same. Too few fresh Fruit for breakfast. Dinner I cannot judge, booked this only once Used and were not so much inspired.

The service was oK, it was for the food cleared very quickly. Also everyday the rooms were Properly cleaned
