Noisy ventilation in the room

The hotel premier romance is located directly on the bright beach a large bay with crystal-clear water.
Access to the sea is without over bars to walk directly from the beach possible.
The hotel is very particularly suitable for ruheuhe searching people, as it no animation and guests only starting from 16 years are welcome.
The dishes were versatile, varied and balanced.
The staff very friendly and helpful, a small tip gladly taken, is however not always necessary.
The connection is free, but not always optimal, but less at the hotel is located, but the general situation in Egypt is ... payable.

Very beautiful hotel directly on the beautiful beach. The furnishings from the rooms over the restaurant up to the terraces, and the beach with chairs and umbrellas is really great. What it to eat was good, but the selection was very well arranged, but i had never in Egypt and don't know how far the country itself is payable. Staff (especially with baksheesh ) very friendly and hard-working - all speak english, some a few phrases in german. Guests are predominantly germans, frenchmen and russians. read more

At the check-in i was-i had a superior -room with a view of the sea -a deluxe room upgraded. Unfortunately had this room only cold water, which after several complaints at the front desk to the last day i stay hardly changed had. They offered me it the front desk a different room at; and before i moved, i tested it the wasseranschlüsse in the new room from: also drained cold, brownish colored only water from the tap. In short: why should i then move, if the cold water from the shower a fundamental problem of the hotel what seemed ... to be; and in the times, where all the guests from the beach in the rooms arrived and showers wanted, then sprinkles the water only from the tap, yes, and the freezing cold! I had several male a technician in the room, but the problem only passager in the handle got and the water at my last day of vacation again cold from the tap came. An absolute 'no-go' for a so-called five-star -luxury hotel with the room-category 'deluxe '! I had the feeling, that Ahmed, the front office -manager, in this matter not solvent was, because he a different room with the same problem offered. Also other guests complained about the cold water from the shower in this hotel. To end on a good note i have also still afflicted with a cold. The hotel manager promised as compensation a fruit basket, but never i arrived.
The television was in of the room broken after complaint it was replaced immediately.
The whole electricity within the outlets in the rooms not working, so that the cell phone recharge only once was not possible. Also had to wait again be complained about, where then immediately a technician came, the problem fixed had. In such a hotel should you assume, that after departure of a guest everything again check through to is, before a new guest the room offers.
The furniture and comfort the room was very well equipped. Also the view on the red sea was beautiful.
The gastronomy left for my mind, but much to be desired. The food was nothing special appetizing presented, the sausage for breakfast was on the edges often dry and unappealing. Cheese was also each morning directly - however better of the quality as the breakfast meats. The breads and the bread were not fresh every morning, the coffee very thin and tasteless. Also the food at lunch and dinner was very poor. The taste were the dishes almost all the same and had to regularly powerful be seasoned, so that a little like it came. The gesamtpräsentation of the food i was altogether disappointed, since bekanntlicherweise the eye with eat and therefore also good appetite leaves. I have stayed in three - or four -hotels clearly eaten better than in this hotel, where it for me in the entire week i stay not a only culinary highlight was. Besides took me regularly the sight of some with overloaded plates from the buffet coming russians the appetite, especially when these then also still opposite sat and directly with their behavior at the table has been facing.
The table wine was drinkable, but again and again still not emptied glasses after cast, which i very annoying found. Why does the guest its bottles of wine and water on the table, so that this itself can determine, when he top up or not!? By the permanent umhergelaufe the waiter with their water- and bottles of wine it was very busy and hectic in the main restaurant. - the two other restaurants i didn't visit.
In short: the hotel kitchen is strongly in need of improvement. It is missing a very good chef with international hotelküchenerfahrung, the hook, elegance, know-how, highlights, professional show cooking and that momentum in this hotel kitchen brings, so that the five stars-level is worthy.
A large part of the staff seemed to me no hotelfachschule to have visited. There were some waiter thereby, the weren't able, a 'good morning' over their lips to bring. Other were but also very polite and accommodating. In a house this category the guest should king his, and a polite 'good morning' to the normal basics in the day-to-day handling of hotel guests his.
The part from of the staff my personal limits violated. My zimmerzeichen'do not disturb' was ignored, and you ring and knocked loudly on my room door lock, so in the sleep was; this happened several times.
Whilst checking out the same: it was just 12:10 h, and a throng of men stood outside my door, to me more or less punctual from the room out to catapult. My comment, that 10 minutes covering but probably conditions after many cold showers and cold was overheard, let alone, that you with a good flight or good journey would have liked. A minimum of professionalism and thus korrelierender customer service it seems in this exclusively male staff guided hotel not to give. A good journey a every normal guest house requested, if you keep your account balances. Also here it lacks adequate training and professional umgangsweisen of the staff.
Scenic the hotel lies beautifully nestled in a small bay with crystal clear water. The beach of nice boys is warm, perfect and not to exceed. All guys there are great, very willing to help and courteous - especially is Sabri to mention with its kind and nice kind with the guests manner. Also i always poignant with drinks, water and clean beach towels taken care of! No reason to complain. The beach could not have been better.
A shortcoming however: the neighboring hotel the russians made for a 'good' there was constant disturbing music, so that one next to the noisy air conditioning of the hotel with melodies besmirched is, you preferably not want to hear. I am in this small hotel flown, because i peace to have wanted. Also scheuten some russian beach guests not, their radios quite loud -without headsets to use, so that one still which music entrust had to be left open, if you wanted or not! I mentioned this at the hotel manager personally, he replied, that i then but elsewhere should. read more

The size of the hotel is in comparison to large hotels in Egypt a huge advantage. The hotel is in a very luxury condition and very clean.

We wish a exclusive, quiet hotel, with a beautiful beach and very good food! This hotel captivates because of its location, the very beautiful room and the great beach and beach service-corresponded to the description. The food was not even a three stars hotel, was very poor, the Cappuccino, espresso etc. (despite universe inclusive) had to be paid, the coffee very bad, mineral water in the morning missing, freshly squeezed juices also. The hotel is very beautiful and very peaceful. We felt good overall. The friendliness and the service are almost not to beat. Also the cleanliness of the rooms is to be pointed out. The food is good and very nicely arranged. For our personal taste a bit slack seasoned.
Only history the signing the purchase drinks is sad! If you booked all inclusive is the unnecessary. For the halbpenisongäste you should because of something or not offer more.
The hotel is still very well maintained. However must be ensured, that you're there on the ball remains, so that the standard ... is. The cushions at the beach and also the carpets in the rooms should be in the foreseeable future be replaced, so that the cleanliness and wohlfühlstandard remains.
Also the television program you should again be discontinued. Since no evening entertainment (is well known and was requested) was offered, three german programs very little. If this is not adjustable, you should have a dvd player to think.

What should we say, it was just great-top niveäu -christmas and new year's eve here to see. We are still speechless-fascinating-both events (christmas & silvestzer ) were great. We will be back. A hotel the superlative, like one it wishes itself. We looking for relaxation and found. Everything is good here. The service all staff is perfect, a manager of everything under control and immediately helps/ironing for us - simply brilliant. Hotel very pleasant. Well-kept beach and the sea is like a mirror. (no shoes). It is missing a shower at the beach. (30 meters you have to move). You will be served at the beach ( drinks glasses being cleaned). Lounge bar very pleasant. Restaurant: every evening another issue. Don't forget (the chinese and the italian restaurant. The hotel we have deliberately chosen, as it is a large number of rooms - approximately 79 rooms.
The hotel is very clean and in good condition. Daily cleaning the room and the exterior installations are guaranteed. A week the lilies at the reception changed, and the scent is spreading in the whole hotel. We booked half board- there was also all-inclusive. The evening buffet is great. The buffet after issues changed daily and always offers alternation. Partially life cooking and again and again the meals refilled. Drinks are fee-but very cheap for german standards. Water in the evening-, as ... well as coffee/tea for breakfast are included. The service is very attentive and friendly. The guest structure is mixed. At the time, where we stayed, were german guests, russian, belgian, english and scandinavian guests present. read more

A really beautiful hotel we were very satisfied. Great room with a view of the sea and a brilliant atmosphere. Simply beautiful you can book it with a good conscience recommend. The food was excellent differend dishes every evening a massive selection something for everyone and very tasty. And this peace in this house for the the peace and quiet search can only be recommended, there in this hotel no children are. The cleanliness in this ... hotel surpasses everything we were already in other hotels in Egypt there is no different with only. Recommendable. Hotel beautifully, access to the sea immaculate, the is however already everything! Food had a % stars hotel, not more than 2 stars, no variation. Beef was tough, could not chewed will, otherwise chicken and fish everything was not peppered, boiled eggs in the morning were liquid, since it only the hot water were put. Almost every 3. had diarrhea and stomach pains. Despite all inclusive you had to the ice, Cappuccino and turkish cafe always pay. Wanted evening cocktail drink had also this are, otherwise there was only simple drinks. Great room, but mold in the bathroom, it smelled ... always moldy.
The two elevators were constantly broken (we were 6 times in the elevator locked up). 2 times per day we had to leave our room key at the front desk rescan, otherwise we will not in our room old. The men at the front desk were only very unfriendly, one had to accept, it no german guests like. At the end we should our already paid phone bill again are charged. We have this hotel because of the good critics elected, but we couldn't confirm. read more
