The size of the hotel is super. The hotel is clean. The furniture reasonable. An all inclusive hotel. In the 1st week there were about 90% russians and 10% germans, in the 2. week rather 30% russians and 70% germans. We noticed the very many older people in the hotel were. read more

    We had a family room. The size was nice. The extra room, which is separated by a sliding door was very reasonable. For our son there was a sofa bed. For babies there is an extra baby cot, which as good as new is! The extra rooms have the tv away, why also always and the promised fruit basket we have never seen! The balcony was good. The air conditioning but unfortunately complete rubbish! In the room stands(!) An old air conditioning system which one want to turn it on. Unfortunately the hardly which brought, is so weak that. And we were there at 27 degrees... As it just has to be, if temperatures of 35 degrees or more? Our mini bar was refilled daily and this was in the price with it, the bottle sparkling wine there was also. The room would cleaned daily. Unfortunately the ladies it is not managed the sandkrümel to remove and therefore these were in the course of the time more and more and more. But it was otherwise clean.

    There was the main restaurant for breakfast and dinner, a restaurant by the pool for lunch and kaffeestunde and a theme restaurant the tavern (greek dishes). We were very disappointed the food. The food is through and through european (pizza, fries, meat, fish, side dishes, salad).     The service was in the all in all ok. Staff (restaurant) was not always very nice, but tolerable. Well, everyone has times a bad day. Otherwise they were in the restaurant always ready and had a kind word for children. The cleaning ladies the room against very pleasant. At the front desk always nice and helpful. The entertainers... Well, good, unobtrusive i would think, very discreet. But better than if they constantly nerves would. At the front desk all spoke very good german and english, in the restaurant partly partly and the cleaning ladies only english.

    Sport we didn't use, there was however also not really something. For water sports you had to from the hotel go out and approximately 100 meters further away go. Every evening there was the entertainers from 9:30 p. m. a unterhaltungsshow. This is unfortunately always very loud, since the boxes incredibly have been turned on and the people into the microphone roared have. We had our room on the other side from the hotel and we have all great understood and can monitor, although windows and doors were closed. The pool is very good, the children's swimming pool rather poor. If there 5 children rum rage is the small thing fully. A great shame the there so it was saved.

    In the immediate area are supermarkets and souvenir shops available, exactly like bars and restaurants. Everything else, attractions, major cities are with a car, taxi or bus. The beach is well for Greece really good, but for us not so great. We know also beautiful beaches and this it was not. Through and through with stone paths, that we knew, but down at the water front it was not at all. It was before the water a mountain with small stones and in the water also only rocks. Shoes for children with! Our little on the 1. day small bubbles on foot in/out privileges, ouch. Afterwards there were shoes a must!

We were surprised, as great everything was, food, beverage, bars, restaurants, park with so much flowers, beautiful balcony with a view of the sea, everything green, lawn. We spend wonderful holidays in a beautiful atmosphere. Very recommendable. read more

Lovely hotel with particularly beautiful park. Lots of space, everything green, well maintained with nice laid out patches and natural shade. Everything is very clean and tidy. The hotel was fully booked, we had however never the feeling from narrow. Also at the beach we always had choice of free loungers with sun screen and could this also in the garden watch. It was maybe due to the fact, that loud inside, about half of the guests from Russia came and therefore no chairs were full. Contrary to all prejudices we can only positive on the Russian guests reports. Striking ... was the priority of the wardrobe at the diner. Here can many germans could learn a lot. read more

We really enjoyed it. We were with the service very satisfied. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The room service came daily. The food was tasty and varied. There was always a wide choice and national cretan meals. There was pay internet-computer, but also free wi-fi access. So, if you can't get away from it all. The outside area was spacious-lawn under palm, nicely planted and really well looked after. The beach section in front of the hotel was the best in the area. If you sometimes left and right ran, it was often very pebbly respectively were steinschichten ... in the shore area not for swimming invited. If you the island explore would like to, is the location a good starting point for the eastern part the island. The west side explore want, must also there a hotel search. The hotel was clean and tidy. Altogether we felt however somewhat massenabgefertigt, although the hotel not fully booked. The staff was basically hard but sometimes we had a little the feeling, the guest the smooth drain and the routine disturb. It were many Russian families since, but not unpleasant noticed. The hotel has the majority of of the guests adjusted and to that extent can one also understand, that everything was so easy, carelessly applied. The food has a bit cafeteria character, it repeated itself fast and there is not really a surprise, unfortunately. Here would have the hotel without ... Mehreinsatz certainly considerably more Draus, (it was just a bit carelessly). The evening entertainment was mostly until 22:30 o'clock a bit loud, otherwise it was quiet. It wasn't bad, but you could a lot better. The animation was always the same, after a week you knew the food, breakfast always the same( but it was something for everyone). The guests in the hotel 70% tourist from Russia the remainder divides on into German, Austria and other Nations. read more

The hotel consists of a main building and several small buildings within the garden area. Everything is very well taken care off and clean! The anissa beach is a pure all inclusive - hotel and therefore the carrying of a wrist band was compulsory. English skills are not necessary, the staff speaks German. The women at reception are very accommodating. Every wish was fulfilled immediately!

    Game, fun and entertainment can definitely be found in the this hotel! The entertainment team offers from the morning until the evening lots of different activities. For the kids gives a mini club with care and evenings in the theater the mini disco. Sport activities: beach volleyball, Boccia, soccer, water aerobics, darts, dance classes. In the evening finds in the theater always a varied and entertaining show (musicals, comedy, greek or brazilian evening) twice per week offers the entertainment team in the garden disco at. We are after 5 years now come back, because we already had fallen and were again not disappointed. Lovely hotel with particularly beautiful park. Lots of space, everything green, well maintained with nice laid out patches and natural shade. Everything is very clean and tidy. The hotel was fully booked, we had however never the feeling from narrow. Also at the beach we always had choice of free loungers with sun screen and could this also in the garden watch. It was maybe due to the fact, that loud inside, about half of the guests from Russia came and therefore ... no chairs were full. Contrary to all prejudices we can only positive on the Russian guests reports. Striking was the priority of the wardrobe at the diner. Here can many germans could learn a lot. read more

    We have every day a new greek specialty found and we were looking forward to the beautiful prepared buffet. Remarkable was also here the cleanliness. There were always two persons busy the spoon right back and eventual drops on the surface to be cleaned. Everything was always very appetizing and the dishes always fresh and warm. Nice was the lunch in the garden restaurant. Less selection however always beautifully and sufficiently.

    Direct access through the hotelpark to the private beach. Only a small quiet promenade separated. The pleasant short transfer to the airport is but also the arriving planes see. This did not disturb us.

    We had a double room in the upper floor in the main building, it was on the street side (hotel driveway, nearby front desk) to the south. The room was well-appointed and not too small. Nice complex, very nice garden, partly very friendly staff. The hotel was to about 85 per cent of Russians of any type visited. In the first week we were on the discipline this vacation guests pleasantly surprised. In the second week then the Russians, we have everywhere experienced. Loud, self-Opinionated, in the dining room tons of food on the plates heaped (then of course not eat there!), the staff would prefer to you crawled. As German speaking tourist one was already at the entrance of the dining room of a 'lady' brusque paused, if the man no long pants carried ... at least the ankle concealed. After long discussions and the instruction our five year old daughter a meal needs, we were in the garden tavern out. There it was very nice and the staff were very friendly! Unfortunately this actually nice hotel, will certainly never more go there! read more
