In the hotel there was no bad service-there is no service. On the day of arrival, we arrived at the hotel at 8.30, they gave us the room key without saying a word, there was no interest whatsoever of the staff on check in, etc. And no information about the hotel or the surrounding area. The dinner was not at the hotel itself, but a few doors down the street served in the maritimo. The food was absolutely inferior quality and inedible. Total Panaden mushy bland, pepper, salt and spices are completely unknown to the chef. The vegetables were completely cooks and mushy. The dinner-share the management after complaint easily repaid. Our negative impression continues as follows: when we arrived the room furnishings and the floor with white dust covered, so we immediately (trousers) the first clothes had ruined. We know, the tastes are different, but we were not the only ones, the long teeth and were unhappy. Our impression: there was no cook, everything was out of a tin or frozen and only in the deep fryer heißgemacht. As a small example, what lies behind the concept of fried pork: chopped sausage, pastry and rolled in. The luxmar took for this meal €10. At the Italian restaurant on the beach you get a fresh pizza or lasagna for €8. Our Tip: If this hotel, then only with breakfast! The service in short: we stayed the night before the check out at the front desk our request for wake-up 4.30 o'clock. Unfortunately we were woken by our cell phone. The LUX Mar-panoramic hotel is a hotel with many young guests, but also older and regular guests. The view of the ocean was fantastic and the apartments are for two persons. The linen change and the cleaning were good. The breakfast was fresh and there was something for every taste (some English breakfast). Dinner at the hotel (5 minutes) maritimo instead. There are fresh salads and fruit, a pasta dish, a meat dish and fish every day. If you choose this hotel, the price must consider-performance ratio and can't expect a five stars hotel. It is the tourists themselves, and ... which is partly included in the night is inconsiderate, but no different than in other hotels.
