Booked a superior room, good size rooms with flat screen tv and air conditioning. Rooms in pretty good condition, no-frills decorated in brownish color scheme. Mini bar and a water kettle in the hotel room. Bathrooms are very modern and clean, the only negative thing however that the shower partly open and half the bathroom flooded. rain shower in the superior rooms. beauty products as Olivenseife and Orangenshampoo, however only bath towels and no towels in the bathroom. Also in the room a plug for bilateral plug. Attention, no elevator in the hotel. What a bit on the negative side: The superior rooms are located above the restaurant, which allows but noise as a disco.

Friendly staff, arrived late at night (but in the morning) and have just the facilities of the hotel took us. Check in and reservation without any problems, be careful when check out, there were 10 sterling for cash discount per night. Room service was good and towels were changed every day. Additional services for example minibar, laundry service, newspapers, Turkish bath, beauty treatments such as massage

Good bus service (24 hours) of the underground station Elephant and Castle, but a bit somewhat dim area at night. In the immediate vicinity of the hotel gas station, supermarket (open 24/7 markets). Bus stop right in front of the hotel.

For a city break in London this hotel is highly recommended. Great location, there are a lot of buses right outside the hotel to all the attractions and to all the important. The rooms are relatively "new" (bath) and also really clean. The only 'negative' was the carpet in the room - the was a little older and therefore not the cleanest. Fresh towels every day new. The hair-dryer didn't work for us, we reported at the front desk and was immediately replaced with a new. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. read hotel review
