A pleasant hotel in a fantastic, peaceful location! The view over to Fuerteventura is - by day and by night - again and again a force.
Here; at the western end of the boardwalk, the holding in tolerable limits. The more one the centre approaches, the poet will the crowd. Access to the sea you will find a tiny, slightly trash bay 200 meters west-but be careful: only on days with low surf! The managed, with or schnorchelbrille the underwater world admire: shoals of colorful fish-like an aquarium! The right beaches are miles away (car!) Playa Flamingo is a matter ... of opinion for families with small children certainly acceptable, but narrow furnished-it has not drawn. The pools are a little small to swim and partly rather marode (tiles spread).
The gym was definitely one of the best views (see above!) On the Canary Islands - unfortunately but also one of the poorest areas: the stationary bike were broken, the standfahrrad pure ruin. In respect to the good dinner a 'fatal' lack. read more

Beautiful, well-kept hotel area right next to the sea in the west of Playa Blanca. To the sandy beach Playa Flamingo about one kilometer, the old port and pedestrian zone 2 kilometer, marina rubicon about 3 kilometer. highly recommended (and reasonably priced) is the rent a car (local vendors) for this reason alone, because the island and neighboring island La Graciosa worth seeing offer, and the most beautiful beaches (costa famera, playas papagayos away. read more

The hotel is located at extreme edge of Playa Blanca. Until the next acceptable beach is 20 minutes. Shopping or shops are about 3 kilometers away. The average age is over 60 it were almost no children in the hotel. 70% of the guests were England. The hotel has a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. read more

The hotel, now a bit shabby - at least in the block, we have stayed in. The furniture in the room should be replaced. Television from the day before yesterday.

The hotel is very tasteful and with much attention to detail decorated. Already the entrance area and the lobby indicate, that someone really gave itself trouble. The many plants and the small pond with fountain framework and ensure a dignified, friendly and peaceful atomsphere. The guests mostly came from England (circa 65%, 30% germans, remainder of frenchmen, austrians, swiss) few families with small children, otherwise rather middle aged to older guests. read more

Near many dishes the spices were missing, otherwise very good. The service was great. The evening entertainment quite boring. The strong 'England-Touch'was something exaggerated. Room tidying up and cleaning was in the quality very varied. Altogether trtzdem very pleasant vacation! read more

Furniture in the room and chairs in the dining room very run-down. Rental car is recommendable, because the hotel somewhat remotely located. Hotel mostly by english visited. No window table during dinner times. You always got a table from the restaurant manager assigned even at breakfast. Sometimes you stood 10 minutes in the queue before the dining-hall to you at the table sat. Was partly very annoying! read more

The hotel is for spanish standards a rather small hotel with 270 rooms.
The condition of the hotel is rather ok, but with the years after (chair in the front desk are every year shabby...)
The average age is in the month of january but rather to the 70, so older people with wheelchairs and walkers ☺ but i personally didn't bother me.
Wi-fi is available in the front desk, my daily newspaper but dowmnloaden i needed 40 minutes (home 20 seconds)

The state of the hotel has since our last visit before 3 years not changed. Value for money votes. The rooms are very quiet and have mostly a beautiful view of the sea. The staff (many long-time staff ) is very friendly and helpful.
Small points of criticism there are nevertheless:
1. the safe is not in the room, but behind the front desk and costs in the week 12,00 Euro, plus depot 10,00 Euro.
2. the filthy blankets in the closet (why does not exist ceilings as in airplanes, which after use cleaned and then again welded ... are?)
3. from the drains in the bathroom it smelled very unpleasant, here, definitely remedy.
Suggestion:
Nice one thing we, if an organization chart with names and photos of the staff hung would. read more

The was certainly times a very nice and attractive hotel. But now it is totally in need of renovation. There is almost nothing, which in the rooms, in the lobby or in the dining room not changed or completely to be reorganized needs. The same goes for the grounds as pool, tennis court, Midget Golf or beach chairs. The equipment in the so-called gym is extremely dangerous and harmful to health, if one is not been versed or careless is. Our room in particular was again and again covered with small ants; to resolve the problem we got a can ... of anti-bugs spray, which we plenty of use.
Quite in contrast to this the staff, which extremely friendly and always helpful. After my complaint after our arrival, that the fridge does not function, was circa 5 minutes later an employee with a new refrigerator under the arm in front of our door.
The hotel's location is also fantastic, even without direct beach on the doorstep. The hotel and the grounds are very nicely arranged and tempt to linger. As soon as the hotel a complete renovation/restoration has been, i would would gladly come again book, even if in the hotel nearly only older public from England there is. The occasional german guests all the pleasant and friendly at the talks. read more

We are for more than 30 years Lanzarote guest and were for the 2. time at the natura palace. The hotel is its 4 stars well. Popular with retirees older 60 years. British and german determine the guest structure (stops in the Waage.). Altogether very quiet hotel.
Beautiful pool area in a well-kept garden area. Attentive staff at the reception and in the restaurant.
Immediate beach does not exist in the hotel-but beautiful waterfront promenade with a direct access from the hotel to the right to the lighthouse Faro - to the left it is to the harbor and ... into town.
Lanzarote differs from the other large excellently clean-also thanks to the work by césar manrique. Especially for the price first time visitors are a lot to see and to discover. Timanfaya national park once you have experienced.
Another tip: in the spring/summer is due to the direct seaside location and large garden area with mosquitoes to be expected; the kampfspuren in the rooms show the.

After 11 years Canary Islands holiday is this hotel for us the most pleasant. Over here we feel ourselves' home '.
It should necessarily the worn armchair, old tables and old tv replaced. It also needs the carpet in the bedroom needed a cleaning; if the sun seems gee jam you the innumerable dirt stains.
Not to forget also the small ants in the bathroom, rooms and even in the linen closet around race.
The other pleasant atmosphere of the hotel leaves but this can deal with.
The gymnastics exercises will only be moderate accepted; you should better on the ... majority of the guests (+60) be!
Tip: since november 2012 there is a bus system of the tourism office at Lanzarote for the northern and southern route. The ticket costs 19,50 Euro and you can the whole day the yellow buses with the label 'Lanzarote vision' use, get off where you want to go and with the next bus drive. On monumento al campesino you can also from the south tour at the entrace change and vice versa. On these buses is relying, as a the other waiting!
In the other public buses there was chaos: times the buses already 5 minutes earlier from, then you come much later. In the penalties the stops not optically appropriate, the smaller stops are not marked and no timetables appropriate. You can only very, very difficult to navigate.
Lanzarote tries chinese and russians in the country to immobilienkauf allure. We experienced several times how dreary chinese to the bus stops to enter wanted, the driver experienced, that this is not the right bus. The hotel is visible ageing. This concerns especially the furnishing and the condition of the rooms and corridors (damage to furniture and walls, signs of usage in the furniture in the rooms, lobby, bar, restaurant).
For cleanliness is in all areas much attention. The pool area is generous. Even between christmas and new year, a period with very many guests, there were free pool chairs. However, you should the period because of the high number of and due a large crush in the dining room avoid as much as possible.
The staff were always friendly and hard-working. The selection of ... dishes was large. It seemed to us in such a way, as if it would be a bit less varied than in previous years.
The location of the hotel is not so ideal, since there is up to the place about 30 minutes on foot and to the harbor rubicon again about 30 minutes. However drives also a bus twice the rate.
Shortly after christmas were older guests (over 60) in the large majority. Then a significant rejuvenation a. A majority of the guests was english speaking (about 60%).
All in all we can to our 3. stay in the 3. year the hotel especially because of the services and the food good, even if in the structural area reductions to make. read more

We, retirees around the 70, i ms and in a wheelchair, as in vorigem year highly satisfied. People, the activities, actions and beach life be, may think differently. We are as lowbrow has become. Sun, a beautiful ocean view, waves, good food, a clean room, friendly staff - what else could you want? Our thanks again at the staff the natura palace.

It was our 4. stay at this hotel. The hotel is now has 10-years-old, which one also on the a or other point look at them. The rooms in the hotel were clean. For us the most important. Besides the hotel has a beautiful garden- and pool area. The hotel is too very nice opened. There is a small allies and very many green plants in the hotel. With the good food is something for everyone. For those who don't like is this hotel certainly nothing. Older 4-story resort hotel with a nice garden and 2 pools. Nice view on the sea and Fuerteventura. Quiet area, since there were mainly older guests. Enough parking spaces for rental cars, the the location very recommendable are, available.
The armchairs are in the lobby mostly worn-out and the cushions worn out. Wifi is in the reception area with its own equipment possible. Computer use, as well as safe-use only for a fee possible. read more
