When we arrived we were informed that there was a problem with the duplex room we had booked and were given a free uprgate to a family suite. The room was gorgeous with fantastic views. I did see the duplex room and this was quite small, fine for a couple but not for 2 adults and 2 children. Well worth upgrading if you get the chance. Fantastic hotel and would definately go back but would need to be in a family suite again. read more

A nice hotel, friendly staff, good food, everything was great. The hotel is definitely recommendable. The complex is also very nice. The pool is great, unfortunately it was still too cold for bathing. read more

Please note although I said excellent for Leisure facilities - before Easter there is very limited entertainment inside due to the weather, I understand that big shows do happen in the summer. The pool outside is not heated - too cold to enjoy at this time. Lots of work happening at easter to finish for the summer such as painting, curtains on gazebos, gardening, etc it was a pleasure to see the final touches. This is truly all inclusive, lots of choice, food drink etc and staff cant do enough to help. Clean towels when required, wonderful restaraunts - a ... la carte. only 3 available in winter, be ready for booking system! Good Beach facilities, some free watersports.
Gardens are beautiful, Concorde modern and interesting in structure. Although Lara did not appeal to me as found expensive and dull, most of the time was spent in this wonderful hotel or beach where we were spoilt. read more

You feel comfortable all around. The food was excellent. The service, both restaurant, as well as rooms, was very good. Very beautiful grounds. The surrounding area was, how often in Turkey, not so great (lots of construction, dirty). read more

The hotel is very clean and cozy. Hotel is located close to the airport. The internal design is worked out very well. Internal infrastructure is convenient (bars, spa center, buffet, little shops, entertainment all inside). There is a very good terrace with a splendid view on the sea and pool. During our stay, some repair works were performed (e.g. the walls were painted).
During all meals it was offered a variety of soft drinks (presumably some soluable drinks), expected to have juices instead with more natural taste.
End of September - the majority of guests were Germans, mainly of ... elder age, fewer were English, very few Russians (maybe 1% or even less). read more

the hotel is small and getting old. The rooms are very simple and the bathroom was a disaster. The washbasin was clogged and the shower with an old shower curtain separated. The room in 7 days only twice and toilet paper gave it also none. Drinks from the business were not allowed into the hotel. The us!, we should use the beverages in the hotel expensive to buy. However, because we are there nevertheless if consumed, were hardly greeted. The service at the hotel evening it was always cold and poorly prepared. We went to the Concorde not at all ... felt comfortable and we were only there to sleep. Otherwise the location is quite good and we were able to a lot undertake. But every time we came to the hotel looked at the gentlemen of the front desk if we do not shopping bag be settled. Simply terrible. read more

Was delayed in arriving due to Thomas Cook , but once at the hotel everything chilled out from entering the plush reception area, bags taken by porter and speedy check in we were soon in our standard but very nice and spacious room .Room was of a very high standard as was the complete hotel.Pool area and beach was lovely very relaxing or as busy as you wanted .Plenty to do day and night with plenty of variety of food and drink .We loved our short week in the hotel and will be getting back as sson as possible . read more

I don't understand, that companies such as GTI unprofessional hotels work can. It was in the morning around 9 o'clock loud music at the front desk place, no friendly welcome. Hotel is surround of construction and high rise buildings. Under three star I am what other before! read more

A good clean hotel where we love to go back vacation would book. Front desk and Personsl very good. An extensive Parkland the pool area with plenty of pool chairs a. Fine sand large beach with beach bar and protection from the sun. Beautiful large room, in the bathroom for disabled shower missed. Dining room nice arranged above all at the choice of dishes. Meals were partly in front of the guests prepared. read more

the hotel is in any case highly recommended, especially the friendliness of the staff is especially to be highlighted. The only what I didn't like were the birds in the dining room, the very a lot dirt was left behind.
also the wellness area I like very good, unfortunately it was a little more expensive.

The hotel is in a great location: a few meters away from the beach and a few more to the city center( along the main street on the sea along). You feel very at ease there, well cared for and get charged. Super-service ☺ You feel like a part of the family and at the end of not at all' more way, because all the heart closed.
the value for money is simply right. Great holiday for little money ☺
perfect holiday, which is a must repeat should.

We found the hotel to be very clean, efficiently run & friendly. The hotel is right on the beach and has several big pools to chose from. We thought the 'silent pool' was a great idea. We found the food to be of a good standard with plenty of selection, although were suprised that unlike other all-inclusive hotels, there were no antibacterial handwash dispensers before entering the restaurants. Any staff we had contact with were most helpful and polite.
The only negatives we have to report are that the air conditioning in the rooms seemed to blow out hot air ... (and yes we had checked it was not in heating mode) and that getting a reservation for any of the al-a-carte restaurant's was near impossible. read more

the room which we had (406) had no new furniture, such as one other review to read was. One of the two beds was worn and you could feel the springs clear. The other was OK. The bed sheets was washed but unfortunately stained, here would be a new Sentence duvets appropriate. Since one is anyway only in the hotel stayed was enough the furnishings perfectly. Air-conditioning, safety deposit box and the beach, as well as Billiards cost extra: beach for beach chairs/beach/2.50 YTLumbrella, Billiards 2,50 euros, safe 2,50 eurosPer day, air conditioning 5 eurosPer day. The ... Elevator worked. The location is almost perfect to look at. The manager speaks very good German and tried to remedy any shortcomings. You must open their mouths. For a three star hotel in Turkey fully in order. The breakfast we have omitted, because the offer not acceptable. The drinks machine our knowledge in the week not cleaned. The staff were always nice and friendly. The rooms every second day. If you every day fresh towels we would like to, this is the manager should say, as you just about every three days to be changed. The dinner we had not noticed and it can therefore not rate.

for a short break to stay OK but for one. Appreciative vacation not really suitable here should then 200 eurosPer week for a more all inclusive hotel spent. On foot from the hotel in a short time to reach everything you need for the day. read more

For the price it was OK. What I didn't like, for safe and air-conditioning ekstra money was required. The rooms cleaned every day. The bathroom was very small and very old. For people who didn't have high standards and just cheap vacation want to do is to recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel lies directly in the center Alanyas from where you almost everything on foot distance. read more
