We were from 8-3-13 until 17-3-13 in the Grand Seker. Had luck and got all a family room. The standard double rooms are quite small. Cleanliness and friendliness were in this hotel largely written. Also the food was great excellent. Since no one can complain. Always hot and above all varied and diverse. The waiters were always hard, to fulfill every request and always friendly. For all of us a successful and relaxing vacation. This hotel you can confidently recommend. As mentioned: the normal double room a bit small. But if you a while had booked, you can move to ... the room change. read more

Was in Turkey for the first time and i liked this star hotel very much my mother-in-law was now already the 3 time in this hotel, i can really recommend it, you have about 5 minutes to the city and 10 minutes to the beach the very well maintained. Food was very tasty and diverse, is always something for everyone. What can one still large letter, your best fly there, which i again next year to 100% do. read more

The hotel is rather bad, because it was very uncomfortable, no quiet sitting areas, the bar was rather than train station, loud and cold. The doors also after several complaints not. No one felt really responsible. The evening entertainment was also nothing special. The whole area was not very inviting. Unfortunately, we have no alternative, as at night time at the bar to sit and the friendly waiters to be served. Samet and gentlemen were really very much endeavored. Also in the restaurant there were waiters, the very nice and friendly were. However, i would hope, that the white collar ..., starting with the manager, more friendliness and sensitivity the guests opposite would show and it was just a short hi. At least we know that from other holidays.
The rooms are very small, in the bath is missing to handheld showers, magnifying mirror. It was cleaned daily, also the beds were always changed, only the bathtub was not really been cleaned, my showering things were in the evening so as in the morning. The wardrobe is way too small in the deep. Everything is absolutely wrong to the wall. The way to the beach was by construction limited, but hopefully soon is over.
The dress code and the benhmen some guests to eat was sometimes really not to
Bear. And it was absolutely loud.
All in all we had fun, but, if we book this hotel again would, is questionable. read more

The tables in the bar respectively on the television-play area were as good as never over day wiped. Some waiters or servers could be a smile. read more

The hotel is already a bit older, but they are well maintained. Our family room had two rooms and was renovated. The bathroom is for four people very small. The premises and the pool area is nice, only the playground is not well maintained. The water slides were daily for about four hours in use. The pool was but very cold. The way to the beach are approximately 300 meters and only by baustellendreck. Opposite is a hotel built, truck traffic from 08:00 until 21:00 o'clock, that was really annoying. The beach we found not well maintained and ... dirty. Facit, Grand Seker is a good hotel, but the construction ( especially the dirty streets) before are really daunting! read more

In march is the pool too cold and the water slides or not in use. At the beach bar you could only drinks and no food. The travel time was too early. read more

We were now already the 2. time and guaranteed to come back. It is not a new hotel, the it needs but also not at all to be. Me is a charming hotel much better, than a new luxustempel (which unfortunately in the neighborhood of the hotel springing), in which you only as number feels. A very much praise goes to the entire hotel team. They were really all super on your toes. It was on our individual needs received great and after two days knew the service staff exactly, who to whom belongs. read more

After several years and hotels, in the Grand Seker for the first time booked, and we were very pleasantly surprised about this hotel!
Unfortunately we had in Germany the mistake and booked an economy room, but this room (blocka) did not please us as we have gone against a small surcharge transferred.
The hotel is slow grown, you will see in the architecture the the lobby earlier in block a home was. Then later between block b and c has been established. Which is great that the hotel its roots from the sugar trade union has maintained (Grand Seker = ... large sugar). The staff the zuckerfabricken spend their relaxing also in this hotel, what is in the food and in their diversity mind. We had therefore in this period lots of fun! read more

We were from 23-03-2013 until 04-04-2013 with altogether 9 persons (4 adults and 5 children of 1a 8 years) in the Grand Seker and it was just great! I can many of the negative reviews here not understand, if you want a luxury hotel should want to ask one for etsprechendes money! As many here have already written is the gs an old house which you here and there to see, but in every corner is efficient and reconditioned and one is always endeavors for the guest a nice vacation and just that is what counts!
For the lots of ... construction works around the hotel can anyone here something. We also inside of the hotel not by construction noise or similar feel disturbed, only on the way to the beach has the construction really notice, but even that wasn't a problem.
Here big importance was for cleanliness, %blank% in the rooms like also in the remainder of the complex to detail.
All work here those, from the cleaning ladies to the management are very friendly and almost everyone spoke german. Everywhere you can Euro are charged. Very informal atmosphere and that it is the charm of this hotel mind. I have stayed in lots of houses in Turkey, also from luxuriöserer facilities, but none of them came to this atmosphere that there is over.
The average age during our stay in the easter vacations was really 0-99,is something for everyone here. Mainly german tourists, dutch and turks. Free wi-fi in the lobby, in the restaurant, in the whole pool area and partly in the rooms. read more

We are just home and can only say a succesful vacation. The food was very diverse and the staff very friendly. This is how you want a vacation to be, that the water not yet so warm was clear. Again next year and we have already seen a lot what not so great was. Four stars the really worth it. read more

Am alone with my 15-year old daughter traveling. From may starts unfortunately only the high season, so the slides not yet in use and the pool bar also not. However, since very many children were there, was decided spontaneously, the slides assembling. The romos and the bathroom were small, but we found it nevertheless more than enough, finally one wants the day not in the room spend. Cleaning lady was perfect nice, rooms really clean. Minor complaints were within minutes. Wlan unfortunately only in the lobby and at the pool. Way to the beach was quite dusty (5 minutes). It ... develops new hotels. The construction noise we didn't hear. Pool very large (3 piece) and 1 indoor swimming pool-heated-, also large and clean. Not so much going on, except for bingo and so on. Disco was with us (off season). Were lots of young people since, but it was in the evening not much going on. For pool towels you had to pay, also for the change (but it was very cheap 1-2 Euro). Food was great delicious, however it was very repetitive. Vileider there was no ice cream included staff was very nice and helpful. Bus service to Side and Manavgat 2 minutes away: bus came every 10 minutes. Have noted, however, that the business locally (down on the street, you have to to the left go, cheaper!. At the beach we were not so, because everywhere construction activity was. In the hotel were almost exclusively german. Television program was plentiful dt (RTL II,ProSieben,ARD, ZDF, satellite. 1,RTL, Viva, KIKA, super RTL. Was for us a great vacation. Value for money is okay. read more

This was our 5. time in 7 years Grand Seker, the the quality of the place has clearly increased. The mtabeiter are friendly and competent. The rooms are renovated with laminate and new furniture. The food always diverse and bar areas were fantastic. Dessert and cake brilliant. The value for money is very good. read more

We were in march 2013 since. If we something to moan about have; then the the rooms, as well as the balcony a bit small and in the rooms see that the hotel somewhat older is. Are. However, the complain about of a high standard. Everything very clean and really top.
The staff is very helpful and friendly.
The food in a wide choice, even if some of the food repeated so there were daily new. The offer was so big, so that you always something found.

Friendly and very hard for one to take care of it. The only thing which disturbing, the construction across the street the hotel, if you from the hotel came, one was mostly in a cloud of dust by the truck's arrived, the construction drove.
