- Room
The room is simple but spacious. It is very clean and tidy. There is no bath tub is the toilet but is the space is good enough for a shower especially after a long day out shopping or sight seeing. The bed is so comfortable that we slept soundly every night. There is also heater in the room so no fear if you are visiting Geneva in the winter.
- Gastronomy
The breakfast included was simple but yet filling. You can have a choice of coffee, tea, hot/ cold chocolate on top of the orange juice served. Your breakfast is served right up to you by the reception staff. The breakfast area is small and simple but it is cosy.
- Service
The staff is extremely helpful. He help us carry our lugguages (which weighs around 20kg) up the stairs when we arrived and when we check out. He also tell us which tram number and which direction to take to the places of interests in Geneva. This is something you and never find on the map. Though French is commonly spoken in Geneva, the staff speak excellent English.
- Sport & Entertainment
It is a very small and budget type of hotel so you can't expect any pool. But it did have free Wi-Fi which is so useful for bag packers like us. However, the Wi-Fi can only be use at the breakfast area and until 11pm daily. The Wi-Fi can't support Windows 7 yet.
- Hotel
The look of the hotel came as a surprise for my friend and I. The outer look might be old but the inner look is clean and modern. Though the hotel is small, it has all the basic needs such as lift, small but cosy area for breakfast, Tv, and most importantly toilet & shower in the room. The room is spacious and clean. The reception staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel also provides us with a consession card whereby we can take all public transport such as tram, bus free of charge within Geneva.
- Location
The location is superb, just 5 min away from Geneva main train station and Geneva largest departmental store is just next to it. A 5 min walk from the hotel will bring you across the bridge to the south bank of Geneva where the start of shopping paradise begins.
