Over the internet we booked a ' heidehof special' wellness weekend with two night including breakfast, twice a three course dinner, an anti stress massage and a willkommenstrink.
The hotel was renovated, the rooms are spacious and with modern small extras.
There was a brief tour, unfortunately you could have been a bit more can be. ( access to the pool area on ground floor. And so on)
On the first evening there were food from the buffet as to this day a candela light dinner gave. The selection of appetizers was very good, with the main course i must ... unfortunately a few minus points. Here the selection was rather small and what was empty it wasn't refilled. A great shame. The desserts buffet was against again large. The waiters were very pleasant, it was missing unfortunately somewhat at the attention.
On 2. evening there was the three courses -menu included greeting from of the kitchen.
The dishes were very nice arranged and of a very good quality. Also here i must unfortunately a point flushed, because my allergies (which i when booking with indicated) not were taken into account. Unfortunately!
The breakfast buffet was very good and plentiful.
Now to the wellness area:
Also here a lot was renovated and beautified. However on closer look at one saw still some what might have been done better
Above the hot tub (it was cold/no instruction to turn on) are on the ceiling stick/mould marks. One finds these unfortunately also in the sauna area. Unfortunately.
The spa area can also ' not hotel guests' be used, then it came which you as a hotel guest neither a sunbed a seat got.
The whole pool and wellness area is for older people and people handicap not convenient!
Are missing railing, they include travertine, higher seat and possibilities to lie down.
Now to the beauty farm:
The anti stress massage was just simply wonderful.
Our facial was not bad, however also not perfect. The i know other
With manicure/pedicure were the ' device' old and not devices hygienic.
Unfortunately, the team is very pleasant.
In the bar get great tasty cocktails mixed, a thumbs up!
My conclusion:
It has done a lot for my last visit but it is even better!
In the hotel was a lot newly decorated, but a lot is not properly thought through.
The new chairs and armchair in the breakfast room and in the bar are nothing for pudgy bunch people. Unfortunately. read more

We were from skiing vacation passing through, with hrs a room the default category booked. But we are directly to the hotel and asked, if we so can book. Yes was the statement and we would even a better room received. Since i in business much trip i used always the rooms before to see. The room was okay on the first glance. Again in the lobby was the statement the you if you are in the spa area want towels and bathrobe but separately had to pay. But it could also a room the still better category and there ... would be all inclusive. I booked it and we are in the thermal spring from Ingolstadt (wonnemar). When we got back i the new nor better room looked at. Unfortunately it was in the bathroom an absolute disaster. Mold in the shower all lime the tiles near of the toilet dirty and the toilet inside the reason black. The hair dryer almost fell from the wall (electric shock not excluded). We are then at the bar and eat. There was the barkeeper very nice and competent. The food was ok. We have club sandwich ordered with turkey breast but it was only cooked ham mood. Otherwise ok. At the front desk i about the room weighted however the you was completely overburdened and i agte the he the room want to change, but only if it things all umräumt. When we were finished with the food was not at the front desk to find and the room was not changed. The next morning we were having breakfast. Unfortunately it was not much better the yoghurt was warm only one type of bread. Sausage and cheese looked bad. As the whole impression of the hotel was superficially okay but if you get closer look look everything was old and the star in need of renovation. When checking out i have the lady said (which the same from the night before was) i would not 148 Euro for this room bezahel, since it was was worse than me for 98 Euro before shown had. She wasn't able the situation clear up and the management was not to reach. You can me 6 Euro abate. I asked you with me the room to look at and to convince, it a catastrophe is. She has someone from the service sent and this person said it was everything ok. I said again that i it not zaqheln dignity and the 98 Euro write off could. In this hotel it is so that you at check in a credit card should be. What amazed. Now i know why. It seems the more people refused for this work price to pay. For me is this hotel a catastrophe and i really don't understand either how you here 4 stars could! read more

We will come with our friends two or three times every year to a ladies spa weekend. There have been no complaints. The rooms, we have already several occupied, are exceptionally tasteful and very well-kept. The food amazed us every time new. Particularly the competent and friendly staff
Makes the stay pleasant. We will definitely come back and the heidehof absolutely recommend. read more

A very nice hotel. The staff were always very friendly and willing to help. We had a wellness weekend and the hotel on this weekend not even leave. We really enjoyed it! The rooms were very nice and above all clean! The bathroom was big enough. In the wellness area were all women very nice and competent! We had a evening the candlightdinner it was just brilliant! Even at breakfast there was everything which one so morning wishes. Of freshly squeezed orange juice up to warm food all. Evenings in the restaurant we à la carte dinner and this was ... top. The portions very adequate! However I found the beverages somewhat overpriced. Sounds may be a bit much. But I am already the 2. been times there and drive certainly also often back! read more

We had as damengruppe booked an arrangement and a very nice, relaxing weekend spent in this hotel. The service was very good, room nice and spacious, staff was always friendly and helpful. The massages and treatments in the beauty farm just amazing! The spa area very nice and tidy.
The food was also very good - however we felt on the first evening as a group with a 'Romeo and Julia'-dinner a bit misplaced. read more

Here you can get a good rest. We were with two friends of ours and all four of the same opinion, that this not our last stay in this hotel was. Because of the À-La-carte food possibility both in the restaurant as in the bar or swimming pool we decided, only breakfast and not with half board to book. There were guests all ages in the hotel. read more

The recommendation the homepage of Ingolstadt village and the site attractive pictures we encourage this hotel to book. We were on a city break and also in the village little to shop.
Optically in the entry and in the wellness area is the Parkhotel very appealingly designed. Modern and quite pompös decorated.
All together however the hotel has in its deepest internal the best days were already seen and you can tell, that an outdated hotel renovated. The course, staircase us lift are very narrow and dark. The initial brilliant atmosphere holds then not more. read more

Nice equipped hotel room ( first business room ), flat screen TV, large double bed, small sofa.
The hotel consists of several Additions, thanks to leadership during the check in we have everything well found.
Since we in June our three day long wellness stay had booked, it was in the hotel very warm. An airco was neither in the room yet in the restaurant available.
In the bathroom there was the toilet and shower not clean.
Varied breakfast buffet, on request will omelet amongst others directly at the buffet prepared.
The beverage prices are somewhat overpriced.
The wellness area ... is well equipped, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, various saunas and steam baths.
Unfortunately was our visit not everything funktionstüchtigt, in indoor swimming pool neither the water fall yet the massage Jets worked. The wellness area is with beautiful and comfortable rattan furniture equipped.
On the whole we had a pleasant and lovely stay, connected to a few downsides the Parkhotel Heidehof in our eyes rather to a three star hotel power. read more

Very in good taste and high quality equipped, well-maintained hotel. The room was however very small. With a hotel this price range you could possibly an airco expect; so what the room to warm. Otherwise I have a possibility to iron sorely missed. Noticed me breakfast buffet offered ' Grander -water', a esoterischer, useless and expensive nonsense. Should be in a serious hotel have no business being.
Altogether I can the hotel but recommend. read more

We are a 3 friends in the hotel arrived. Our first impression was actually very good. But with the closer look we had to unfortunately note, the above about 5 years the whole hotel renovated, but then there were only makeshift repairs carried out. In the wellness area the actually very nice was, went for example the two cold water hoses for leg casts not. In the resting room, the Chinese decor, rippled the fountain so sad, I in temptation was, 5l of water reinzuschütten, on the quality there existing water not to mention. We would certainly have also the ... one or the other drinks enjoyed, if us but someone asked. But since one has the whole day nobody seen. In the outdoor area of the hotel you have forgotten or other lawn to mow. In front of the entrance of apart from that it was nice, I was in sad a concrete planters with SAD dwarf pine. If you are in the hotel area turned onto, was just on the left side of the loading area, in the well-being of the garbage, the cars and the equipment of the cleaning staff would leave their mops were stored. Also the window the dining room went out there, whereby you tried this with nontransparent Foil glued had. Such a nice purple painted wall was with pink color poorly repaired.
We had 3 single room with the name: first-class, but really nice and new and clean. Then we had luck with the food, on the first evening was Cantle -light dinner. The was really good. So all in all described: we twice look, a pleasant weekend. And still another tip for the operator: please a little more to keep an eye and the things not so go downhill and might also on the weighted-mail address. read more

Hotel is overall good. Food was very good. There was a lack of details. In the day spa designated spa facilities there were no towels. Loud front desk must be a towel ( lag in the room ready) to abtrockenen, lie on it and for the sauna rich. A shame! But the first impression counts. read more
