Rooms okay, pleasant size, mostly barrier-free attainable, however no mini bar. At the weekend inexplicably on a minimum zusammengeschrumpfte menu, a great shame! Service is friendly but optimierungsfähig, which the gastronomy wise, reception/living perfectly. All in all thumbs up, the price/performance ratio. read more

Arrival saturday afternoon, 16 hours, and the initial information we will receive, that the restaurant now closed. Our room was at the end the corridor, right next to the elevator of the staff. Mornings at 6 o'clock los, and every 10 minutes you could hear the clatter of putzwagens, terrible annoying and loud! In the room was no mini bar available, not even a fridge, no drinks, nothing except for a wine and a beer glass. On demand with the staff we have the information, that in some rooms refrigerators available, this but empty and not cool would. There were ... two different types of pillows in bed, but both very uncomfortable, exactly like the bed itself, which constantly in the middle auseinandergerutscht is, since it from two together pushed single beds was. The furnishing seems to somewhat older to be, there are in the last few years no modernization made. It was not a safe in the room available. The klopapierhalterung on the wall in the bathroom was broken and is constantly broke. Although you're tired and was broken and a shower to gönnen itself wanted, we have the left, as the sight of the mold on the tiles and the stinkigen and old shower curtain the mood has passed. For breakfast there was no wide choice or was 1,5 hours long filled up nothing, when we arrived was almost nothing and so it also remained the next hour. Very sad! For a 4 stars hotel we somewhat more expected! Very disappointing! read more

We used this hotel for the 2. time for one night before our departure. In spite of the location a busy street we had a quiet night. No disturbing noises of departing fellowman, polite front desk. Only the parking can be a 'search' represent. The hotel's underground car park it is just too expensive! A shopping centre is nearby, as well as several restaurants. For one night definitely recommendable! read more

A good, if also not cheap hotel in vicinity of the airport (free shuttle service), therefore ideal for people who travel by plane. Very clean rooms (except for the carpet), quiet, good (but very expensive ) breakfast. read more

Everything was really clean and the staff very friendly, especially at the front desk. The fitness room is quite large, and we could all alone use. There was (filtered) water and extra towels. The hotel has a private parking garage and offers a free airport shuttle service. A metro station is at the langenhorner market, about 5 minutes away on foot. There there are some restaurants and a small shopping center, for example with deichmann. Lidl is right around the corner. read more

Absolutely handicapped friendly, a few stairs, only the lifts are in my opinion little comfortable for large wheelchairs. The hotel has 147 rooms-watch out: there is also smoking room (even if only a few)-before you go check and ... reconcile this, if you are not a smoker room to have wants. The general state of the hotel is completely okay, if you are looking for, but there are always opportunities for complaint. But i had no reason.     I was a single traveller a double room on the 2. floor received. The size was also for 2 people enough (estimated 13-14 metres ²), with full luggage for several weeks, however, that it would be in the closet very tight. It was in all areas, especially in the bathroom very clean. All rooms have free wi-fi! (but also the necessary plug for the wire-line port). In addition there was a tv, a seating area and a tea/coffee maker The bathroom was big enough (s. pictures)

    The breakfast was very good stocked, there were all food for breakfast, in a star hotel expect can. Also the quality was very good. For lunch there was a buffet offered with a salad buffet, a type of fish, one sort of meat, different vegetables, rice, potatoes and really delicious, beautifully arranged desserts. It was also always refilled, but it was not, even if a small group at the same time had to eat. Tasted there was nothing to complain about. The restaurant is decorated up to date, there is generally 2. or 4 tables. Room the gastronomy service is also offered, but i didn't use it. The ibis's rendezvous bar is somewhat separated in the entrance area and offers the possibility, from 17:00 until 01:00 o'clock at night at tall tables or cosy corners all desired beverages to itself to take or to hold conversations.

    At the friendliness and willingness to help of the staff there was in any of the areas a little to complain about. The front desk is open 24 hours and multi-lingual. Complaints i had no, so i can not judge the handling of them-you gave definitely a helpful.

    There was a gym with some equipment (1 bike, 2 treadmills, 2 cross-trainers), and a sauna and shower facilities. In this area, you could only with the room card, everything seemed very well maintained especially clean.     The hotel is located relatively close at hamburg fuhlsbüttel airport, a free shuttle bus is from the hotel designed. This is ideal. But it is in the district for langenhorn and therefore quite far from the city center away. At a distance of around 5 minutes away on foot there is a u-bahn station 'for langenhorn market', with the line u1 you both to Hamburg City (around 25 to 40 minutes drive, depending on, to anywhere you want to go ), as well as further to the north. For a typical hamburg shopping trip, it would be for me somewhat too far outside. The location of the hotel is absolutely quiet, the airport you can hear only, if you in the outdoor area and exactly hinh��rt. Nearby there is some purchase possibilities, bars and restaurants rather less. Of the location it is an ideal conference hotel. The assessment is so difficult, as i the location conference hotel with 6 suns mark would, than städtereisenhotel for Hamburg but only with maximum 4 i mean the whole therefore 5 suns.

Very friendly staff, a compliment to the nice frontdesk employee. Shuttle service to the airport worked perfectly. Room was neat. The carpets in the house and in the room it was relatively quiet. The breakfast buffet offered a very large choice of meals and the quality was also very good. We loved also that the waiter informed before the buffet was diminished - in case we still have to get to. To the city center and to the harbor you need however with on foot to the subway/ drive and possibly change a three-quarters hour or more for the ride. ... The hotel is but ideal if you near the airport would like to remain. read more

I was to second time in this hotel and was unfortunately not so excited as the 1st time. My room was apparently on the hall, where all welded, etc. Forth are, with a wide edge available should be. To the noise the driving Scales the crash and tortured if you on this edge pushed together. I am almost out of the bed like with shock! Free water bottle was missing this time. In my hotel room there was a connecting door to the neighboring room, the not locked! We goofed I thought and entered the other room to the door ... to lock! I hope, next time there is then a better located room, where you only a little noise from the planes has! read more

We have this hotel because of the offered free shuttle bus-services to the airport and were more than satisfied! Everything worked great, the pick-up after the night before -check in and the pass in the morning at 5:00 o'clock back to the airport. Unfortunately we could because of the time of day in the morning still don't eat breakfast, but there were already at 5:00 o'clock mornings in the lobby snacks, croissants, coffee and tea ready! Great service and very nice hotel employees! We would book this hotel again anytime for a overnight stay before or after the ... vacation! read more

The hotel was very clean and tidy. The staff are very friendly, but also with the hotel's restaurant no need to vertsecken. The complex works from the outside small, but was a bit bigger, as they are to the rear spreads. In the middle of the hotel is ( garden), pond and terrace. read more

    The rooms are relatively large. During our stay was the room always very well cleaned. To the furnishing of the rooms belongs an airco, a bathroom with hair dryer and bath tub, a new flat screen tv ( which during our stay in every room newly installed ), a mini bar, what at the beginning was turned off, however for our longer stay turned on, a kettle and a telephone. The furniture was already older, but in a nevertheless good condition. The lobby is fairly new and the fitness area also. The restaurant and the bars are also very modern. So I think, that as next the rooms at the row are:-).

    There is a bar and a restaurant, the relatively expensive. The quality of the dishes is nevertheless very good and the barkeeper was always nice :-) Even here, everything was clean and tidy. Since we at the time October have, here is also a special map to oktoberfest offered. Otherwise there is' hamburger pannfisch ' and food typical of the country.

    The staff are very friendly and helpful and you can nice with them chat. The cleaning of the rooms takes place always very satisfying. If you things the laundry; these on the next day washed, except at the weekend. With complaints was during our stay very open way, even if the only complaint in our opinion the lahe of the wellness area was.

    As already mentioned above is the location the fitness room next to the underground car park and in the basement. Otherwise leads only a lift up and down, which is, of course, not so inviting. The actual fitness room seems newly renovated and makes a good impression.

    The shuttle bus of the hotel runs one always directly to the airport Plaza ( between terminal 1 and 2). To the city you have to in the näheliegenden u3 or from the airport with the s1. As it is an airport hotel is the review the location in 'very good'. Shops ( kaufland, Lidl) are around the corner.

Despite being close to the airport the hotel was relatively quiet. The interior was fine, everything in bright and friendly colors. Service in the restaurant was great-all special requests (if possible) were fulfilled. Since we gladly with public transportation on the way are, made the distance to the city center nothing from. We were in any case pleasantly surprised and comfortable-up to the mattresses ( the were a little too soft). read more

Modern furnished and spacious room and bathroom. As I stayed at the four stars-area already considerably bad in hh seen. Merely the garage of the hotel is inadaquate expensive. Free parking but there is on the road. read more

The hotel we have as overnight accommodation before a early departure from HH and were with the service, the facilities and the peaceful location ( despite being close to the airport) very satisfied. Value for money was great. read more

The hotel is rather small and well arranged. The rooms are okay. The types of people are very mixed, as many holidaymakers the hotel as stopover to your holiday destination use. The parking garage has several level and enough parking spaces. read more

    The rooms were pleasantly large. I had a room to the inner courtyard. The furniture was sufficient, not out-dated and clean. The carpet however had some stains.

    I only the breakfast and was with the choice of buffet and the size of the offer very satisfied. As I the dinner too expensive was, I either from the supermarket right around the corner bought or am a restaurant gone. Other guests were with the food very satisfied and found the value for money appropriate. The bar has juicy drink prices, but by the pleasant atmosphere invites you nevertheless to stay a while

    The staff are very friendly and hard-working its guests a best stay to give. Foreign languages skills are sufficiently. Every guest could with the staff communicate. The cleaning of the rooms was done well. Apparently not in all the rooms a fridge -i was lucky. A very large plus I give the hotel for his free shuttletransport to the airport and back. However there is only there that transfer. I had a meeting and wanted this service take advantage of, at the front desk I was this negative since the drivers only from the hotel to the airport and again back drives. I think a great shame and therefore, there are no full marks! For business travelers this would service for us a reason to book this hotel.
