Love Elke and Michael, me is 2 days exactly the same thing happened, am however on the 2. day in the divan Otel landed instead bavyera. Is probably could so here? My light over the bed is no light, the Zimjmer was today not cleaned and around the towels I had to my beach stay from 10 to 16 o'clock also extra offer. The eutschen channels here in the room not and TV worked very bad, Turkish channels I do anyway. Have booked half board in bavyera and must always for dinner there, was gesetrn from the staff here why ... I not eat, is however paying extra! Is probably a joke! read more

With GTI travel at 3.30 o'clock arrived. We were told by the staff of the hotel, all rooms are occupied in bavyera hotel and we in the divan Hotel (a hundred meters away) again. The room was very dirty and shabby there, rather 0 stars. After a short night I exchanged once torn apart in the cloth towels and toilet paper worried. The staff of the hotel was hard, but partly understood either German or English. As compensation we were given at least the air conditioning, as well as beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach for 7 days ... free. The breakfast was rather Spartan (white bread, tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese, sheep cheeses, honey, jam, coffee, tea), but for those price okay. The buffet waiters in short pants and flip-flops appeared mostly very listlessly and stood in the corner, instead of worrying in order and under the tables. The compensated for everything but the great location, the beach and the many shopping possibilities and restaurants. The transfer by the travel agent GTI travel to and from the airport was without problems. Conclusion-price/performance ratio okay, if we had stayed in bavyera Hotel. For a beach holiday in a central location with good bed and shower. read more

This was a cheap, last minute holiday for us. Alanya is the most beautiful place I have ever visited and I would return in a monent. The resteraunts are fantastic and food is amazing. Locals are friendly (if a little pushy at times) but they are just wanting your custom. The hotel Divan is very small but clean and basic. Rooms are tiny but we only used it for sleeping and changing. Toilets are like cupboards but very clean and functioned well. Pool area is very small but because of this, there was always space - lovely and quiet. Pool ... was a lifesaver as Turkey is so HOT. Beach is at the end of the road is stunning. If you want a 5* hotel then pay the extra but I would have no worries about the Divan. I got what I paid for and was very happy with it. read more
