The South Tyrol is always worth a trip, and this we had in the first week of october 2012 again retreat. Together with beautiful landscape, very often blue skies and a mild climate is the lived hospitality a clincher. These factors, we have in the apparently smallest star hotel south tyrol- 'alpine garden resort' experience. The other reviews already proven reputation from the hotel manager, Markus h., to the housekeeping staff fully justified. And the kitchen crew under young leadership understands it, the culinary spoiled guest fully cater. (on the free use of available rucksacks, hiking sticks or mountain bikes we have from 'convenience' skipped it). All in all a hotel, it thanks to its charm, its peaceful location and the always attentive staff very recommendable shall apply. We would gladly come again. With best regards, Roland and ying

We have the room superior alpin booked. The room was big with sufficient space for everything necessary.

The food was excellent! The choice at the breakfast was large, everything was there. The quality of the dishes great!

All in the hotel were always very friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned really well. The room was also in the evening for sleeping arranged.

The spa facilitities are large, two pools - the outside and inside. We we felt very good and after the hike also good rest could.

The hotel is really great! It is not large, but if looking for peace and quiet, the is here exactly on the right place.

The hotel lies on the edge st. Ulrich, but on the promenade you can walk to center come.

We had the superior alpin suite and upgrade, which completely wohlduftendem pinewood appointed was. Bathrobes, sauna towels and saunakilts, flip-flops in bags made available. The duschgelvariationen I have in no other hotel this category seen.

The young team of of the kitchen convinced with gaumenschmeichelnden food. The dinner consisted of 6 courses, where no wishes were left unfulfilled. The wine list offers a rich selection at regional wines and the waiters were very attentive and well trained. Also the annoying sign of zimmerrechnungen is comfortable in the breakfast table regulated.

All of the staff are extremely friendly and attentive. The turndown service during the dinner, the obvious. The handling of complaints professional received and promptly solution found.

The style of the spa area is for me unique in this form: the whole area is in egyptian style and the saunas and steam baths are accordingly thematizes. The lawn for sunbathing with the outdoor swimming pool and the jacuzzi is for relaxing.

The hotel has approximately 30 rooms, so everything is very personal and the staff is warm and you feel 'home from home'. The decoration is very harmonious and you can tell the attention to detail. We had the three-quarters guest house booked, which breakfast, afternoon snack and a fulminant dinner includes.

Without a car it is somewhat laborious to the nearby center, however the hotel offers a free shuttle bus at. The view of the Dolomites is gigantic and the area general is for relaxing created.

Large room ( superior classic) by its length a bit unhappy layout was. By the location, in the corner of the neighboring building there, it was unfortunately somewhat dark, but had direct access to the garden and therefore also to the outdoor swimming pool. From the window one had also here the indirect view of the langkoffel. The other room appeared brighter and better design. Free wi-fi-access. Unfortunately was here the problem with the furniture. The tv was on arrival defective, was replaced immediately. The bulbs on the doorstep had twice renewed. The toilet made over several days not what it should be. Even if itself again and again therefore cared and the 'trick' was shown, it seemed so before, as if I for stupid a conditioner to use. The double bed was pleasantly hard and a good size (one blanket), with different pillows to choose from. The rooms and the whole hotel were always clean and very well-kept.

The breakfast buffet is very pleasant with rich facilities ( fresh fruits, freshly cut ham and cheese, freshly made egg dishes and pancakes, good coffee, espresso amongst others). In the afternoon, a small snack, yoghurt respectively creams and cakes offered. Lots of and taste were hearty and good however without highlights. The dinner menu (4a 6 courses) was mostly very good, but it however also runaway upward and down there. So were the lamb cutlets wonderful and the nudelspeisen also. The meat was however times a bit too cool and the creams a bit unimaginative. The dessert buffet disappointed. Special requests were fulfilled immediately. Unfortunately was several times not the on the menu standing food on the plate, respectively missing individual side dishes, the then other were there. The please me a wine recommendable, I received the information all its very good. The helped me not really, but the 6 wines I tried (except for an all South Tyrol) were really good and at a reasonable price. The bar is well equipped and offers something for everyone. The greeting cocktail (a' Hugo') was nothing really demanding, but good. The selection for example at whisky and Grappa was extensive and I tried grappas (from 4,50 Euro) good and reasonable in the price, as well as espresso and beer.

The service is friendly, however not always very attentive. Unfortunately we had also several times problem, time indicated tv or the toilet, several times with wackligen chairs or missing coffee/ cutlery in the restaurant. There was already tried us fast to help, but if the things multiple serotoninergic mind it. Thus it occurred already times that a waiter to coffee asked, then the 2. Afterwards once again came, we then the coffee but again order had. The staff members were friendly, the chef mostly very accommodating, however unfortunately also slightly condescending. Probably we just had bad luck in this week, however our expectations were not fulfilled.

Wellness area and the inside-and especially the outside -pool were really nice and have a lot of fun. The fitness room weren't used by us, but made a first-class impression. The massages and the wellness treatments we found very pleasant. The rooms were absolutely appropriate and nice in the optics. 4 saunas, with relaxing loungers in three different areas, to relax a. Us was the sole/salt sauna and the infrared -sauna not warm enough, but I think that's a question of taste. The saunas have a beautiful size and are very welcoming. Everything is clean and very well maintained. For hikers are good hiking sticks and rucksacks free of charge available, for cyclists mountain bikes. A entertainment program was during our presence not offered, guided hike there was only the place, not from the hotel.

Small 5 stars hotel in the upper part from st. Ulrich. For us ( included our friendly couple), it was a hiking vacation in grodnertal. The hotel is very clean and has many beautiful corners (but purple like should). We had unfortunately apparently a ' montagswoche ' caught, as we had already were a number of inconsistencies, which we in such a hotel actually not as expected. It is for example the spa area with two pool really welcoming and nice. However were the services and the food times great and next time so so. Altogether corresponded the hotel not our wish, but rather to the small glitches lag as to the overall impression. The furniture fits in with the style of the hotel and is maintained and harmonious.

The hotel lies above the town center with indirect view of the langkofel. It is the front of the hotel surrounded from a big enough, very nice garden with a swimming pool the swim invites. To the town center one must good 10 minutes downhill, either on the panorama trail or along the street. Other shops or dining in the town center. The possibilities for hiking also start mostly not at the hotel, but the place, or other places were mostly also with the public bus reachable are. The hotel has a private bus, the us but not actively offered. The possibilities for hiking nearby the town are very nice and offer for every taste the right. From st. Ulrich daily a guided hike offered. Of our table in the conservatory you could the langkofel side see. Opposite the hotel is the grödnertal and this one looks on a forest with a water fall.

the rooms were huge new and in top condition with safe, shower, mini-bar and terrace and much more as you need ☺

A restaurant and a bar, everything very noble furnished with small details and a large radix complement only real flowers and plants and a rose on each table. the food was perfect easy, relaxed, varied, with a lot of color and decorated, not only delicious also every time a eye catcher. the atmosphere was very pleasant, tips, Markus boys in any case earned and prices are for which one offered gets very reasonable. small guy, you must definitely a Hugo drink very pleasant refreshing Apérétif with Proscco, Holundersirup and soda was a pleasure. Cheers ☺

Was first class the staff were super friendly and helpful one regarded to them that they were each individual customers and also still were delighted. they spoke all German or English and Italian or Ladinisch as their dialect called what wonderful sounds. I had a service in the SPA the was like on clouds float, in the wonderful hands of Renate and Fabio you could forever remain lying. complaints I can tell you not say how you deal because it could not develop even the small Desire or instruction was taken care of.

The wellness spa has to be seen, wonderful in the Egyptian Admire and very relaxing. You can Wiki at the front desk questions on social price for the whole week and one can 4 devices with a user account merge. Top! An indoor and an outdoor swimming pool are available, as well as the inside and a Außenwhirpool. the pool I didn't used is me too hot ☺ but the comments my family judging also dreamlike as well as the peace area of tea and juice available represents.

the hotel is very modern designed, every day I have small new details discovered and was anytime again loved it, it has to 30 rooms and therefore it was a very personal and individual service, the refined customers I did not leave a desire open. what the cleanliness wise, was fantastic, every day new towels, the whole room again spotless clean and tidy. the food was brilliant! From the breakfast on the afternoon snack but evenings the food was unbeatable dreamlike exquisite light delicious kitchen from all world the whole, divided into 5 course, for a sweet tooth like me the desserts loves the goods dreamlike and every time a delight. the other guests were very pleasant, friendly and polite, lots of different nationalities but despite all a very pleasant company. the age group was very varied, just as good young people from 0A 30 but also the age group 30-60 was very highly represented really older people rather less.

We were at the exit from ortisei/Sankt Ulrich with dreamlike view of the wolkenstein. to the town center there were one and a half kilometer, the whole day on the hotel's own mini bus ruffen you to the slopes ran or like me into town for shopping ☺ excursions otherwise I have no but if the mountain again down drives should Bozen a lot to offer and Cortina d'Ampezzo is great for shopping his.
