The hotel is located absolutely quiet. We had booked half board. The entrance area reminds first of a youth hostel, but if you the rooms and the speiseräume sees is you positively surprised. While we were there the hotel was not fully booked. read more

the hotel is located in a beautiful location with Brixen and is within ten minutes by car to reach. It has enough rooms -we had a smaller double room-, is very clean and furthermore still cheap. Half board with a firm menu in the evening is included in the price. The boss is extremely kind and helpful, for example uS (as variety for skiing) beautiful Walks or hikes recommended.
the location to the winter sports region Plose is very good. The winter sports region is in tight ten minutes to reach. in front of the hotel the ski bus leaves ... from. read more

The location of the hotel is excellent for people seeking peace and quiet. Top is the chef, very creative and informative. For children there is a playground and animals. Great is the free Brxencart we got from the hotel. Thus one can drive with bus and train in South Tyrol. Furthermore, cable cars and the visit to the museum that is saved from doing this. read more

The hotel enjoys a great location on a 900 meters high above Brixen terrace. The last part-as usual-no more in the mountains than vehicle width, but with passing places. The front desk by the manager and staff was very activity options friendly. The big surprise came at the Dinner, as by Nina an excellent 3-course menu was served, the top chef Hubert was prepared and every evening. Also the breakfast buffet with left both quantitatively, as well as quality nothing to be desired. read more

All in all, we were very pleased with the hotel. If you are in the mountains holiday want very recommendable. Price/performance ratio, free time There were more than enough! The check in is a bit hard to get used to, narrow mountain road, but to overcome! What should be clear if you are in the mountains holiday power (broad highways there wasn't't)! The surrounding area is lovely, the hotel is surrounded by a breathtaking mountain panorama. The plose Skifahrgebiet is only a stone's throw away, great slopes. The roomsBathroom was free of mold, newly renovated. The kitchen was perfect, more ... than met expectations (3-course). Would gladly come again! read more

A nice small hotel with a quiet location.
The staff must be very 'slave', as it is a lack of staff.
Hotel director very nice and accommodating, but not really 'Mr of things'.
Uniform clothing for staff would be an advantage, so that you as a guest the 'view Durck ' has... read more

The leisure activity options at the hotel with our group was 37 people ragged. On room requirements was reacted with insults. On the first day there were bread rolls, was still frozen. Water flowed either didn't as brown broth and mostly just cold. Our travel agent in the absence of a just got his room removed and relocated. On our complaint was very rude response. The only nice person at this hotel was the service-Doris.

We went to the negative reviews in September with very mixed feelings into the very nice hotel Mair am Bach risks.
Upon arrival we were greeted very friendly by the Director and the staff, who tried to meet every wish. The rooms were clean, large enough and in order. Except for the rooms on the top floor every room has a nice terrace with flowers. We have half board booked. The breakfast was more than adequate. Eggs were served on request. We especially recommend the hotel for gourmets. The meals were very tastily prepared. All special requests were fulfilled without ... any problem. After asking we were told, that the chef to come back in the very prestigious homes has cooked.
The hotel is located in a very quiet and secluded in the town of Brixen, St. John. From the hotel you have a great view of the Eisack Valley. The property offers a wonderful of trees ingrowing Terrace, especially during the summer holidays.
We have at the Hotel Mair am Bach felt very comfortable and would recommend this hotel in any case. read more

at short notice (24 hours) booked we got a nice room with a balcony and view over the valley and the mountains. This peaceful hotel is located some winding roads of Brixen in the middle of nature. Booked for four nights as half board the food exceeded our expectations: normal breakfast buffet, for evening meal the chef deserves at least four stars. The staff was very friendly, extra wishes at the Food was not a problem. A longer trip we had at the front desk advertised and our menu was around 21:00 smiling served. The bathroom: shower/toilet/bidet not huge ... but clean. The towels were always fresh, the beds made. For children in the garden a small petting zoo, as well as various toys and two large trampoline.
Our request for a mixture of culture and nature in the holiday has been fully met. The Würzjoch offers Hochgebirgs feeling and the Brixen card were all cable car rides and free admission for example with the metropolitan and Pharmaziemuseum, monastery of neustift and a trip to the ötzisuite to Bozen on the plose or a gondola ride we have been exploited.
The hotel is nothing for night owls, the next disco is likely to get Brixen are? (about 6-7 kilometer)
If you're looking for peace and nature will find them here. The price/performance ratio. read more
