The hotel is approximately 15 minutes away drive from of the city Reykjavik. Before the door drives the buslinie 1 right into town. We had a superior room in 2. the upper floor. Directly through the front desk for 4 nights with breakfast booked. We are relatively late (at night) arrived. The check in was quick and friendly. In the hotel there was free internet access. read more

    We had a superior about 30 square meter in 2. the upper floor. With a small kitchen (kettle, microwave, fridge, coffee machine) had german television ZDF. A large couch with 1 chair. Large double bed. The bathroom with a bath. Tv and wardrobe also available. Cleanliness was on the whole alright.

    We had booked accommodation with breakfast. Breakfast in the basement a. Taste of the start to the day. Definitely try icelandic porridge for breakfast. For a three stars hotel a good breakfast The desk area and in general clean. You get to the front desk also alcoholic and not alcoholic beverages. Happy hour from 17 to 18 hours, half the price of the beer. In general is Iceland expensive. Publilkum mixed. German and english

    The icelanders are general very friendly and decent. One of the employees spoke german well. In the hotel at the time when we were there 2 grades. The grades did not bother us. One was only informed, after) hours for breakfast to go. Room cleaning and change of towels was alright. We have directly at the front desk the trip for the booked blue lagoon. It was fast and uncomplicated.

    We had a transfer from the airport keflavik. About 60 kilometers away. As mentioned above, you can get the bus number 1 to the city. The bus rides are available from the front desk. (00 isk cost the bus ticket cost about 5 Euro for the whole day. In the vicinity is a supermarket. At the bus stop kringlan gelant in the largest shopping mall Iceland. The bus about 5 minutes walk

The rooms of the hotel are very clean and spacious, partly with a kitchen and fridge equipped. I found the stay as very pleasant, in particular the staff were friendly and very helpful. Everywhere in the house there is a free wi-fi-access, the breakfast is for icelandic standards plentiful and in consideration of price-performance -proportion the hotel is really great! read more

    My room was approximately 18 meters² large. Had a small kitchenette with a fridge, a desk and a tv, the in the remaining 3 German tv- channels received. The bed was warm and cozy.

    The hotel is near from hafnafjördur, a small contemplative hafenvorort of Reykjavik. On foot this is about minutes away. There, there are a variety of restaurants and small cafés, the to stay a while inviting. If you are even catered for runs 200 meters until the next supermarket. Reykjavik can be reached in 10 minutes on the bus, which stops just in front of the hotel. The blue lagoon is easy to reach. Great location so.

For a city accomodation Okay the evaluation of the gastronomy refers to the breakfast. The breakfast room in the basement has the charm of a youth hostel. Breakfast dishes had to be cleared and graded. Service only with the quality of the food here. Tables were partly not cleaned. The quality of the food was not good. The taste of orange juice was artificial, ham and the like form of meat. The worst Hotel in comparison to the other hotels on the island round trip. read more

The hotel has approximately 60 rooms, is so for Iceland relatively large. Nevertheless it seemed not crowded. The nationalities were we felt that as everywhere in Iceland mainly German, Austrians, Swiss and French. Thanks elevator and large rooms wheelchair accessible. In front of the house are enough free parking available. read more

    We were from the room loved it. It was very large and clean, had great Parquet floors, with double bed and an extra bed, a large desk, 2 chairs, luggage rack, telephone, TV (our only hotel in Iceland with German program: RTL) and a kitchenette inclusive fridge, microwave, kettle and complete crockery equipment. The bathroom was also very big and had a bath tub with door shower, Mirrored wardrobes, and hair dryer. Shower gel and soap are available. By the curtains it was because of the midnight sun unfortunately not completely dark, which didn't bother us however.

    The breakfast room consists of several long tables. For the number he seems to us quite small, we were however very early and it was therefore still relatively empty. The furnishing was from IKEA. The breakfast was enough for us and delicious. There was cheese, Salami, ham, ready peeled eggs, tomatoes gherkins, Melon pearls, jams, Cream cheese, butter and margarine, toast, croissants, crisp bread and different rolls, muesli, Natural yoghurt as well as finished waffles and syrups; to drinks coffee, DTE (bag), orangesand apple juice, milk. New for us was, that the guests here himself. One sorted by the breakfast the own dishes, cutlery and trash on a trolley a. Unfortunately the tables only rarely from staff cleaned. The hotel offers no dinner to, in the in the room provided book is however with Umgebungskarte on all restaurants/ fast foodShops nearby pointed out. The front desk helps for example with the order pizza, the one directly on the room to supply leave.

    We were also 1 hours at night welcomed in a friendly manner, the front desk was full all day and answered questions quickly and polite. Since we only one night were there, we can further service rate.

    Good location nearby from Reykjavik without the urban bustle. About 35 minutes driving directions from the airport Keflavik. Next door are amongst others a hamburger shop, bakery, pizzeria, Subway, Chinese restaurant, gas station and a supermarket. The hotel is a good starting point for the Reykjanes- peninsula, so blue lagoon, Solfatarenfeld in Krisuvik, lake Kleifarvatn etc.

About 15-20 minutes drive from hotel reykjavik. Bus station directly in front of the door. Ideal starting point for excursions. Hotel is located in an industrial area, shopping possibilities available. In The centre a ten minute walk from hafnarfjordur good. Car recommended. Nice Staff, basic but large rooms with kitchenette. Hotel including breakfast. read more

Initially from the location a bit disappointed, but it turned out to be perfect. So don't let this put you off! Bus service right next to the hotel and quickly in reykjavik. Nice big room with a huge bathroom, everything clean and tip top! All the staff extremely friendly and helpful! TOP read more
