From this hotel you could in any case more. The landscape is a dream nice and the hotel is located in absolute while resting and zwettel not far away.
To the hotel:the maisonettes are very badly soundproofed and just over the outside area via some steps reachable. There is no bell service. The empfangsgetränk, a small glass of apple juice (nothing against apple juice), was carelessly on the hotelpult enough, while we the gästeanmeldung signed. Made no good impression. We had the feeling, so correctly processed to be. Short explanation as we have the basement of the outside area ... to our room %blank%.
The wine list consists of a large book, most of the sides of which are empty. The order of courses, although we a longer pauses between the courses requested, was ignored. The salad bar is rather poor and the salads very marinated. The dishes were partly good, but by far no revelation. The kitchen is no enrichment. The staff are very friendly, sometimes too friendly which was annoying. You want to enjoy the evening and not consistently answer a question. For breakfast we asked for soft eggs, after 40 (!) Minutes after repeated urgency were served, at the plate, not in a cup.
In short: we stayed for 2 nights included half board 420,00 paid (which not a problem represents, we knew that)-but for what was offered unfortunately too much! Recommend this hotel therefor unfortunately not further. It's good value for money not at all. read more

Waldviertel relaxation, comfort in nature: spacious, nice room with a good reading light, new tv, lift, good comfort level, schallschutztür and 2. door to the room, large anteroom, but unfortunately no bidet. In respect to 4-stars could be as improve. Very nice spa, extra room of silence, waterbeds, sadly in the lower relaxation room always the same meditation music-a romantic outdoor pool, a natural swimming pond. The roasted dumplings with egg beware: the waldviertel erdäpfelknödel and the can not be. The Gulasch excellent, the young finch very recommendable. Crew speedily and competent, very nice receptionists, attentive manager. The rundwanderwege at ... the zwettl and the kamp necessarily enjoy (maps available) shopping possibilities in zwettl. Go there and enjoy. read more

If you want a nice wellness weekend or wellnessurlaub to spend wants, needs no spa. The Hotel Schwarz Alpine has a really beautiful and new spa! All great! Beautiful and comfortable relaxation rooms. The sauna was large and with a view of the great swimming pool! In the spa are wonderful quality juices available. The gym is new and modern and with a view of the swimming pond. Simply a dream! read more

The hotel is on a hill with a wonderful view. An ideal starting point for excursions by bike. Beautiful town with good shops. Footpaths and hiking trails invite, the area to explore. The dishes in the hotel were very good, the staff very friendly. We were very satisfied. Everything worked perfectly fine. read more

The hotel is very nice, however the quality of the food a 4- Sternebetrebs not worthy. It has both days bland tasted and was dearless arranged. The staff behind the bar has eebenfalls ständi the impression gives, as if one as a guest mind. read more

Was on a Firmenseminar there-but the location was great-one is totally secluded, so really 'in retreat'
I slept great-really quiet! Would be also suitable, if you home peace and relaxation searches!
the quality of the dishes was OK, but not outstanding, the same goes for the wines.

The hotel black ALM is the ideal place for peace searching. Time for relaxation and for relaxing. A few Miles outside of the hotel options for shopping. The furniture is partly already a bit shabby, but with the cleanliness we were very satisfied. The staff were mostly very friendly. I was also nicely surprised, that technical problem in the house( warm water) as soon fixed was. The breakfast was varied and very good. Unfortunately, we couldn't our vacation not quite enjoyment, since my husband after the second dinner the half night with diarrhea and on the toilet spent and we ... on the day of departure nothing more able to visit. It was so but a beautiful and quiet stay. read more

We spent two nights at this hotel with half board (outside of Zwettl)-here we would have liked to stay longer. Pure relaxation in the middle of the nature and the spacious wellness area (Turkish, brine steam bath, bio and Finnish sauna,) we really enjoyed. The hotel also has a big sunbathing area and a natural swimming pond, which we due to the time of year (December ☺ couldn't use. The rooms are big enough with balcony and even the maids were very quick and friendly. The cleanliness of the restaurant was very great: delicious buffet breakfast and dinner consisted ... of four courses (salad buffet, soup, 3 main courses and a great dessert). It was excellent, the staff is friendly and competent. We would definitely come again to force to recharge the batteries. read more

Starting at noise at night, dirty shower/toilet (brownish deposits), dirty coffee cups for breakfast on old food, the 2 and 3 times with rancid edges again at the buffet was offered to the unfriendlyness of the staff (greet in the morning and also otherwise is an unknown custom ) one can only say, that no hotel for a 'well-being holiday' is. read more

The black Alm is a nice hotel with great view on the landscape, ideal for relaxing - a bit away from the 'action', but the quiet. Rooms are very nice. We had a Begrüßungsobstkorb and sparkling wine for everyone, really great. The dinner - romantic dinner was great; they responded flexible on 'special' meal preferences. Staff are very friendly. We would have liked to stay longer. Pure relaxation in the middle of the nature, the wonderful swimming pond and a generous spa area we enjoyed very much. The restaurant prays excellent dishes made with locally grown impact (for example, farmhouses carp filet with poppy seed crust). We will definitely not come to power to recharge the batteries.
