Have this hotel for the 4. time and was this time not so very satisfied. The room which i had (maxorata, 3. floor) was dark and without the sun on the balcony, drafty and due to the cooling system of the kitchen so loud, that sleep couldn't be thought of. To 4 days in an apartment moved, then everything ok!
The food was up to the year nothing to moan about. But this year has been substantially saved, less choice and sometimes overcooked vegetables or tasted questionable. So i knew the food has not and i assume, that a new ... chef is involved. read more

So, the first impression deceptive! The ascent to the hotel is not very promising! But the check in was really great. We had a late arrival (about 9:00 P. M.) but were great great welcome. Then the first day! The hotel is no five stars Riu-hotel, but that you knew yes before you book it, it is an outdated hotel, but clean! And the rooms are daily (from very nice maids) to the smallest detail cleaned, however they speak no German! But for us that was no matter. With a few German/spanish/English, you can get there everywhere ( ... also in the place) was to navigate. The food was good. Plentiful selection of everything and very varied. If you didn't get full, it was your own fault! One had however very good in the stairs are, since at the time of our stay the elevator didn't work. So we had to daily the 128 steps up and down to run. We would at any time again, but stay longer than a week. read more

The hotel is now very urgently renovated. Also unfortunately around the outdoor areas, and flowers are no longer maintained.

The general cleanliness leaves something to be desired, besides the rooms.

This is the former Riu hotel and a bit shabby. The carpet in the hallway is just in need of renovation. Until now we were always Gran Canaria. The beach there is a lot beautiful. If you transfer over 4 hours endure can one of the most beautiful beach you can imagine compensated. Please take a hotel with shabby rooms gooder.
However everything else is perfect. Service, service, staff everything harmonious and contributes to a wonderful vacation near. We would like to warn before the trip on the pirate ship. read more

Pleasantly surprised we were by the very friendly staff. The rooms were rather small and the furnishing a bit' ageing', but everything was really clean. Safe only for a fee. The food was sadly too good. (3 kilogram more in only 1 week \u2639 ). To the beach need to get good on foot his. But a dream beach. From the pool 2 you had to for beverages completely through the hotel and to the pool. There was then a small plastic cup for water or cola. At the evening -animation there is still work to be done (1 once ... bingo, 1 times Ratequiz, 1 times light' dance performance'). Rent a car in the hotel is okay. Don't forget to bargain. Drive to Corralejo (dunes), ajuy to (caves ), Antigua ( mill) and above all things the oasis park (zoo with animal shows, Botanical garden, cactus garden) we can highly recommend. read more

The hotel lies very nice, if you with children is, ideal! For younger rather less suitable. In the winter only retirees and in the hotel little is the matter. To animation we are in other hotels gone, here was rather kindergarten and Selbstanimation given.
We had all-inclusive, food was really large and good choice fresh food! Drinks all inclusive oK, remarkably was the champagne every morning, that was more than OK!:-= so much one wanted, never all.
The all inclusive Formula is certainly worth it, you can the whole day over eating and drinking:-=! Rooms were simple and ... somewhat worn.
The lots of shops on the promenade a few hundred meters from the hotel are very attractive. Wonderful, long, incredibly broad sandy beach! All together a successful holiday! read more

A clean hotel complex, the already getting a bit old is, but for the price totally acceptable. We were in Tamango complex and had all inclusive booked, which also very recommendable is, if you evenings gladly in company wanted to drink.
the complex has lots of stairs, but it keeps well known fit. For people, not rise gladly stairs or in the wheelchair sit is however also taken care of. There is a Außenfahrstuhl and many ramps for wheelchairs, even in small pool. read more

A older area, a a bit shabby, but clean! In was the February main restaurant closed because of renovation the kitchen, very cramped in the alternate restaurant and the dishes limited. Good value for money for a package vacation with all inclusive! Two things go in my opinion but not at all:
1. Safe Rental per week 25 euros ☹, being operated on long-term,
2. Wi-Fi in the hotelhalle 25 euros, ☹, this is not up-to-date anymore! There are, however, thank god, some pub nearby with free WiFi zone. read more

Large, clean hotel-/ apartment complex, the however getting a bit old is. Partly already very worn clouds the unfortunately the overall impression. The complex and the pool are well maintained. Food was rather unimaginative and not really typical of the country. Since the purchase-/ Unterhaltungsstraße in only about 3 minutes footpath to reach is, can one also well eat out ( typical of the country). Options for shopping also-you should the prices however exactly comparisons. Beach is far stretching and very clean. Take peanuts with, if your on the beach the path leads through a small nature reserve and as ... wait chipmunk, even out of your hands. From the hotel you can good bicycle- and tours start. The value for money for a short break was OK, however we would have in the hotel definitely not a longer stay want to have. read more

Had a apartment with a view of the sea what I really liked, quiet and centrally located within the hotel complex location. The cleaning staff was very attentive and friendly and the apartment always very clean. The food was very varied and offered wide selection of food. Apart from that has the hotel a very pleasant atmosphere and you directly feel very at ease here. Also lies the hotel very central and one is fast at the beach or have a short walk to the nearby bars, restaurants and to the shops. read more
