The hotel is located unfortunately too far away from the city center, almost all the service staff was not exactly friendly and often not willing, drinks. Already about 30 minutes before the end of the meal time the food cleared, the bar closes on time at 24 o'clock and if you then arrive, as we did, then one gets nothing more to drink. Apart from that, the hotel is very clean and tidy, but the service corresponded everything but our expectations. read more

We spend with a small group christmas/new year in the Porto Bello hotel. After we have three times in 2012 here you can details to the rooms, food and so on in my previous contributions read. As always everything is great. Curious this time we were on the public holiday. It began 24 december with a formal dinner. The two noel was normal. However the buffet offered as always a wide selection of delicious dishes. After the weather big luck we could the three weeks largely in shorts and t-shirt on the hotel terrace spend. The absolute highlight was the ... new year's eve party. She found in one of the congress halls in the basement instead of. To the party came not only the hotel guests, there were also lots of guests from outside. Altogether approximately 650 persons. The room was festive in white and gold eingetischt. There was a 7-course gala menu. Consisting of soup, häppchenteller, appetizer plate, two main courses and dessert. I had, though i quite corpulent am, a hard struggle. But it tasted everything so well, that i only the soup did. A band entertained the audience with tiirk pop, as well as european hits. At the later evening Bauchtanz. To midnight a small glass sparkling wine. All together a great celebration in the all of the staff at the hotel by a magnificent job gleaming. A most memorable family holiday

We were greatly surprised at how wonderful this hotel was. The hotel was extremely clean, the staff was attentive to our needs, the food more than met our needs (quality and variety). The diversity in nationalities as great. Transportation to points of interest was easy with bus routes on both sides of the hotel. We prefered the bus to the taxi as we liked getting to see the local Turkish people. The vacation was a memorable one for our family. read more

    We stayed in the suite on the top floor on the sea side. The room was large with a great sitting area. We played cards in the evenings with family and sat on the balcony. The staff were excellent in cleaning the room each day. There was great attention to detail even to the point of washing down the deck each afternoon. The air conditioning in the rooms were off (winter) so it could have been a little hot in the winter but we could open the doors to the balcony and it was fine.

    It was winter when we visited so the only restaurant open was the main one. We were completely satisfied with the quality and diversity of the food. We had no issues with getting seated. We generally stayed past closing time for the restaurant and were never pressed to leave. They worked around us, asked if we needed anything and continued with their responsibilities.

    Wonderful staff from the front desk, to the food area to the maintenance staff on site. All were friendly, attentive to needs, handled any requests and responsive. Restaurant staff remembered drink requests and by the third day would bring drinks to the table even before we ordered.

    Was surprised ad how enjoyable the activities were. We played darts, bocce ball, pool, swam and used to sauna and Turkish Hammmam. Too cold to swim in the Mediterranean. I would like to go back in the summer to see the beach though. It is more of a stone beach rather than a sand beach. I am not sure what that would be like.

    Location was perfect for our needs although it is a ten minute bus ride to local attractions (museum, old city, shopping and etc.) I would rate as excellent but most may prefer closer to town. Bus and taxi service was clean, reliable and safe so no worries in traveling to shopping, entertainment, etc.

    My room number 638 in the Antalya wing with a grandiose view of the city and the bay of Antalya was, as well as the bathroom, small, just enough space for two chairs and rauchtisch. But perfectly enough for me as a lone traveller and very clean. Refrigerator and air conditionning silent. Nice curtains and curtains to darken correct up and without marks or holes, as unfortunately so often in similar busy hotels. Very good king size bed, with damastbettwäsche and pillows in two degrees of hardness. Despite fewer german guests, four german-speaking tv channels. No on tv integrated radio program and no integrated time. Standard sees no kettle for tea/coffee and no slippers and bathrobe. Soundproofing i could not find. Smaller manifestation of wear clean carpeting should be overlooked, finally the hotel is 10-years-old and busy. Very good double-glazed windows. You need a great deal of strength, the heavy sash window to open. About 50 centimeter deep balcony, is more a french balcony, to sit not convenient. 6 stars for price with all-inclusive, but unfortunately only stars overall assessment for complaint in the bathroom: makeup/shaving mirror with ineffective interior lighting in the amount for those species of small size people appropriate, no seifentücher, towels partly strongly worn.

Location: Ideal for ausflöge west ( geyikbairi ), but unfortunately like the majority of hotels with minimal space to the beach and to 4-laned noisy highway. Sleep with closed fentster was ok. Food: Evenings: appetizers and desserts good, main course average, a little greasy. As a vegetarian missing variety. But: once there was sushi! Breakfast: good and very extensive Other: Good gym and good sauna, the pool looked great, but was never in it, because we were always traveling. Guest parking in front of the house was smooth, in the season one must probably rather on the hotel parking guest ... parking, the 100 meters away. read more

The Porto Bello is a very nice hotel with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Directly at the beach with a long promenade and in a well kept residential area of Antalya location. Until to the center one drives around 20 to 25 minutes with the Dolmuş. The food is exceptional! The wines as a part of the all-inclusive programme were very good. Very important for us: the Porto Bello is no 'pure' badehotel with exclusively european tourists, but more a city and conference hotel with many guests from the Turkey and arab countries and great possibilities for swimming and relax. ... We felt very welcome and cared for and recommend the Porto Bello very gladly! read more

    The romos and the bathroom were well furnished, Big enough and very clean. The beds were nice and soft. There was a flatscreen tv with international selection. We had a balcony with a great view of the sea. On the whole the rooms everything, what you need from a good hotel-however no specific 'highlights', therefore here ' only 5 instead of 6 suns.

    The food was exceptional-mediterrean or oriental! Very fresh, well seasoned and healthy-tasty grilled meat and vegetables, pickled vegetables, rice variations, huge salad and cheese, different kinds of bread, fresh fruits, a large selection of desserts in a wonderful small snacks, so that one without remorse much could try. The beverages as a part of all-inclusive more than adequate - we have agreed on efes, the great wines, Raki and turkish tea is concentrated. There is also an extensive cocktail menu - the cocktails tasted good, but different than usual.

    The staff members were everyone is very friendly and helpful. The service in the restaurant and the bar was quick and competent. The gästebetreuerin spoke very good german and us for example good tipps for excursions given. The rooms were always clean, there were daily fresh towels.

    The beach was through an underpass from the hotel easy to reach. In the historic part from Antalya around 20 to 25 minutes (Dolmuş right in front of the hotel on the quayside or more links about 200 meters away on the main street). Only minor negative: the coastal road is partly busy, while having the windows open sleep was hardly possible.

If you're not too large expectations at a hotel has, is right at home here. The best years seems also here over. The waiters are very unmotivated, the all inclusive customers to operate, yes absolutely unfriendly-there is obviously of motivation for the very young serving staff. In any case is this five star hotel not worth 5 stars, it has only 4 star, but good. The clientele contacted for our stay to 50% of turks, circa 10% russians, circa 30% German and the rest other together. It found some congresses in the floor below of the lobby instead, what we ... however not when disturbing felt. The city of Antalya is a lateral road further for 1 Euro by bus number kl08 ( konyaalty -Lara) to reach: the bus driver take gladly euros! Also in the old town kaleici is everything with Euro possible pay. Summary: we were with the hotel satisfied and would return. Predicate: recommendable but upgradeable! read more

It was very nice and relaxing. But i can imagine, that it in the summer very busy and stressful is, since of the hotel with approximately 30-40% utilization quite fully looked... The alcoholic beverages didn't useless for... The staff were very friendly! read more

All together we liked it. This is also at the review fantastic. But totally disturbed, was the traffic noise despite closed window and that hardly shopping opportunities in the area are, where it in the evening times hinzubummeln worth it. Otherwise speaks the staff exclusively in English. read more

Gravel -beach, it is a very deep very quickly. Water sports was modest and expensive. Very enjoyable, that almost all furnishings in the hotel ( as water slide, animation, bars) also in October still active were. The all inclusive drinks insisted too many from to sweet sodas. Five star naturally only after turkish scale, in Germany more like a 3 + or A 4 stars. But we for this price also expected. Value for money is very good. read more

The hotel is very good -disadvantages are: Bad animation only a micro on the stage. For young people not recommendable. At the front desk speak only 2 persons German. -in the disco nothing is going on the music is too loud and the lights seem in the eyes -cleaning the room at three days first at 4 o'clock Too few loungers by the pool. The snacks at the beach bar not enough choice only bread with coating no pizza or other details. Benefits: On the day of departure the whole day still free eating and drinking. Very good wi-fi connections. ... -all meals are very tasty and a lot of choice especially during dinner The hotel is especially good for couples from 40 to 99 without children. -good bus connection with the kl 08 (proposal the hotel has own buses only for the staff why not twice a day for the guests in the historic part drive for 5 tl per person) read more
