The hotel looks on the picture beautiful, however this picture probably already 20-years-old. Cleanliness is ok also okay, if every day tip for the woman is given. However the hotel is already so worn, that the best cleaning staff not and rooms to clean. The walls were broken, window, baseboards, yellowed shower cubicle and so on read more

    The value for money tuned for the rooms. Mini bar, safe, coffee machine. What is this, but you need definitely not! Cleanliness was ok, but everything is outdated!

    When we review for our vacation read, we thought... My god the exaggerate again grossly with the bad criticism... We found feast, the they still understatement. We were 10 years ago in Bulgaria, there the food was exactly like now. We have the pictures compared and it is almost identical! There is food in masses, however it was really always luke warm or cold. There is afternoons and evenings something else, but somehow everything tastes always the same bad! The berüßung in the hotel, comes the feeling on, that you here only tolerated and not welcome! Tip applies only to the moment. Minutes later know that no more! in the dining room prevails cleanliness... However friendliness of the staff does not exist. The chef checks were always events, however can he also a waxwork of stand. A English soldier in front of the palace in englandsollte a example it take!

    The service at the pool bar is the last. Only guests served the bulgarian speak or a similar language. German and English-speaking guests will be ignored! At the front desk there were the whole week no staff what German or English reasonably understood! Smiling staff (in ) you had to search! In this occupation is friendliness the A and or no matter wether stress or not! For parents with children( from 7 years ) is this hotel a paradise! The children are the whole day busy and the parents could finally times rest!

    The animation at the pool was wonderful for children. However this was only for children. From 20:00 make sämtlichste bars by the pool to. Other hotels it have music and dance. However must there not. Even if you the beverages pay I would like! There helps only a taxi and it costs also already again 20 Euro there and back! The pool and the beach are clean. Loungers we have in the late season received. But rarely under a umbrella.

    Into the sea you can almost from the bed jump. The market is also not far, with very good restaurants, the you can recommend. After varna directly, one is in 10 minutes.

The hotel is in feast in East European hand with all its ESS habit. Very much kids can do what they want. We in any case will not be going back to Bulgaria. Adios Bulgaria read more

Would stay there again vacation. Weather was excellent. Beach, water and taste of the food were really good. It was a great relaxing holiday. Also the excursions with jeep and bus with very good travel guide are recommended. read more

On the balcony collapse site strongly, strongly in need of renovation! Plugs and door frames not built properly eating only tasteless! No sugar and salt! Dishes were cracked edges, too little forks, knives, napkins! Only plastic cups for coffee and tea! Service by robot, no verbal exchange, no smile! No standard-Cocktails at the bar, bartenders know nothing, you must say what you want in it. Bulgarian! Holes in the walls, glass front very warm in the room the front, A/C for the size of the room too weak. Everything was very unhygienic, diarrhea on the agenda! After German standard hotel ... with more than 3 stars worthy. read more

The sheets much too small, rooms very sparsely furnished for a 4 * , food monotonous, daily the same choice, hot food to 99 % cold whether you are traveling in the early, lunch or dinner. Room was never swept, sand was constantly accompanied us, you could never looked closer though, used. read more

    The room and the balcony was en very small, spartan, rather functional. There were a maximum of the beds made and fresh towels given out, the floor was full of sand.

Fortunately, we were only in this hotel four days! I'll start out with the staff at this hotel: it is in almost no time has a smile for a. One has the feeling rather, me to hope that no-one speaks, I do also not to work. It is also no one, if something not working or missing, then it is just like that! And it functions rarely wasund it always what is missing. The dining room is dirty, the tables were sticky and it is missing at the little things like knives, or napkins, everything must collect you. The coffee ... maker are filthy, dishes is dirty, disgusting. In addition it stinks there after dreadful? Pool: is cleaned during the day somewhat, it smelled horribly of chlorine and the water is extremely cloudy. Also the beach chairs were dirty. Never more! read more

Hello, We were to fourth in this family. Such a bad food we have gotten in any holiday. No clean table, the cutlery you had to get itself. The hotel is unfortunately also not more well maintained. We have written in our guestbook the evaluation, it is within a day just out of there have been separated. Personally we can unfortunately only. The hotel is in our opinion not more than two stars. read more

According to the catalog promised us four star and the perfect vacation fun. Where do we were there. Mildew, musty, unclean room and could not understand the hotel director, why we wanted another room. We were given the still. We all had flohstiche or other Ungezieferstiche four. The mattresses were unhygienic. The dining room often very dirty, since Russian guests enjoyable food not know. The staff was found as a result. A smile, it was hardly a greeting. It is a pity, because the world smile beautified. We could hardly but also laugh. Food service two weeks the food is ... always the same, usually only lukewarm. Activities for adults are not valuable. Trips that can be booked at the tour operator were overpriced. Rip off! The was a short version. Much like on request. Relaxation of well-deserved summer holiday not given. read more

The worst were smell of disinfectant of the whole house and particularly in the room and the not operation of the air conditioning, so the room was unbearably hot. Very negative impression of General dingy. The food was good and typical for the country, annoying but the foreign language competence of the personnel. Very disappointing and not to be recommended. read more

    We were all inclusive, there was plenty of food, but very bad quality. No diversity, every day almost the same continental food. Definitely not 4 stars food. You had to wait very long to get drinks. The waiters were lazy, or pretended to be lazy.

    no fitness in hotel. There is a VERY old , lousy fitness 'room' nearby hotel, which is never open and never used. Bad animation team, no communication whatsoever. Swimming pool contained dirt and bugs
