The rooms are modernly furnished. Equipped with flat screen, mini bar and safe. Bathroom was spacious, clean and modern. The hotel has a asian touch- fengh shui. Very beautifully is also the wellness oasis decorated. Really to be comfortable - pure pampering pleasure.

The dining room is for the number of rooms too small, so that several rooms/ niches set. For example lounge with fireplace, weinstübchen. The guests were because of this limited. Since we wonderful weather had, we could us in the afternoon on the terrace planting. End of the day was only at the bar, there the tables already set.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The bathroom and also the room was very clean and tidy. On the first evening we had an adjoining (behind the buffet) a table. Since the room no window had, we were in fensternähe a table. Our wish was fulfilled immediately.

We had a double room ( residence Victoria duo north/east ) with half board booked. Unfortunately the room was a bit small. For our autumn holiday the space just enough for us, as a small terrace available beach. For a skiing vacation it is too small. The room was modern decor. However without desk, with only a small desk/ ablageplatte about 30 centimeter deep under the tv mistake. There were only 2 small stools ( the super establishing fit ) available, however in the winter no places to put things offer. Breakfast and half board were rich, very beautifully prepared and delicious. During our stay were very lots of swiss people in the hotel.

The hotel lies at the top from the place. The on foot is steep downhill in the direction village respectively steeply uphill back to the hotel. The subway-station church I reachable in a few minutes. From there you can 'free' to the cable car respectively the shuttle bus drove.

The rooms are big enough. The furnishings the state, with bathroom, tv, balcony respectively terrace, telephone. What is especially great think, is the cleanliness. The very big is written.

The gastronomy in hotel castel is perfect. The dishes were tasted really excellent. There is a variety which is ordered and also daily can choose. There are also very good selected wines offers, it is for the desired in the assortment. It is a great great atmosphere, alone if you have to the hotel and enter the spread over the whole week - a super great well-being.

As the hotel lovingly run, is also the staff selected. It is always very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are always super clean and tidy cleaned. If you after skiing back in the hotel is. The hotel staff is very efficient and you feel very well cared for. It is also much in the spa area offered (also massages and various beauty treatments ) - total relaxation.

There is in front of the hotel a sun terrace, the super comfortable and where always made available are. Extremely comfortable to relax in the sun. Very relaxing, i can only recommend. For the youth there are pub. There is also beautiful hiking trails (also in the winter).

The hotel is very new and very lovingly and tastefully decorated. If you are in the front desk, you can tell the attention to deail. The cleanliness is very much emphasized. There is a very extensive breakfast, a afternoon buffet with different cakes, etc. And an awesome dinner buffet, where really something for everyone is and very tasty tastes. The guests come from the various countries (Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland, and so forth). We have been years in this hotel and it is again and again a feel-good experience. It is in the entire hotel a wonderful energy from,. They must definitely try it.

From the hotel to the ski lift has a on foot of about 7 minutes to the subway and then in around 10 to 15 minutes for the elevator. A grandiose solution. The great departures through a variety of lifts are in place, are simply fabulous. Which i especially important is, that for our small a great offer kept ready,.

We had the double room Viktoria Duo South and were in the old building third floor, with view to serfaus. The room was very spacious with pleasant high ceiling. The window were good close and probably new, the balcony very nice with a wonderful view. The cushions on the chairs on the balcony could you perhaps before the frost and snow removed, because they are still long wet will be. Room furniture, especially the sofa, was very old, the closets but good and sufficient large. The connections (Wandbuchse) the tubes-TV (!) with broken remote control should not have loose Kalbeln to slopes, but in a box wrapped will. There is a safe, however no mini bar, no coffee machine. Wi-Fi available, but very weak and cut often. The very small bathroom was old and not very clean. This was for us the biggest point of criticism, because there would be no complaint helped, that the staff be seen. The shower's wall hung loosely from the leaders out. In the washbasin-cabinet (File!) the water from the drain. In shower and tile joints stood in certain places mold. The grout on the floor with the remodeling be forgotten. The Trash Bin was broken and every day only again optically built together. Here it is no longer the responsibility of the guest in a 4 * hotel to complain about. Something must staff be notified and must not be left. Pictures for all the described defects are available, belong but in my opinion not in the the Urlaubsdoku of holidaycheck. We suppose, that the later built newer room in better condition are, but these experience reason enough not again.

Very positive we would like to highlight the chef, which with a lot of love and detail very good menu-plates leaflet and lovingly Kuwaiti. On Sunday there was a siebengängiges dinner without choice of the menus, otherwise 3 main courses the election (in breakfast define), daily salads, appetizers / soups partly with choice and one or two desserts. The so-called cheese buffet was a bit poor in the selection. Kitchen Austrian/ Italian / mediterranean. On Wednesday there was just buffet (see service). For breakfast there is tea/ coffee / Espresso machine, fresh egg dishes (on the omelet still need to be done on-was more fried egg -here you should the chef an eye on it to have) and the selection was sufficient and varied, so that each certainly always find something suitable. Every room get a fixed table allocated to. There are various' parlors ', the sometimes windowless and are very dark. Feng Shui has actually also with light to do? We were on the first evening in the corner the corner table with view to the wall (see pictures) expected (what with Feng Shui ambiance to do?), which only on the next day after complaining against a very pleasant table transformed (why is this even a complaint necessary? The first table was but simply unacceptable and would not be allocated may). The evening bar is next to the aquarium really nice, but very drafty, as right next to the front door. The so-called lounge constant as additional dining room for groups and was thus evenings not available. It remained so at best the private allocated table for the evening.

Both boss of the house, as well as staff were at any time very friendly. The service in the restaurant was very good, except for the Büfettabend on Wednesday, in which it buffet to clear and the usual service staff at the table velvet chef free. There were even stacked plates not cleared and the so-called show cooking Counter only by ' Hilfsköchen ' service. This gives us one point of criticism, which is 4 * service not at all. The cleaning of the rooms was mediocre, bathroom see description of room, dirty towels once on the ground left. A desired blanket only second request and was dirty.

the sauna area on the ground floor consists of a very nice peace room with a few lounge chairs and two large double waterbeds, a freshly-sky for cooling (good idea), a whirl tub( children-magnet), as well as an infrared cabin. There is furthermore a so-called Organicsauna, which tiny small (2 persons) and with nothing to do, because they were dry. The plastic steam room was without odor and stunk instead. It was also a bit mold to see. Managed against the saltsauna. Here, 4 people still comfortable place and there is a possibility even aroma infusions to make. Since this because of quality general the most popular sauna is, is it during the peak hours but fast times closely. The capacity of bio-sauna plus Turkish wanted to maybe go for a bigger sound sauna with 50-60% humidity are exchanged. Towels were in wellness area sufficiently available. Bathrobe there was in the room. A little disturbing was, that you after the sauna in the bathrobe the Speisetischen walking. The Beauti area is on the first floor with 3 rooms untergebraucht, of which 2 massage/ Behandlungsliegen. The massage and Fußreflexbehandlung was very pleasant, the lady very friendly.

Small hotel, inside only partly newly renovated, international guests, also many families and groups, daily Arrival and Departure possible ( very nice), half board, average age 40-60.

the building is located in sunnier Situation relatively high on the southern slopes of serfaus, above the church, with beautiful view in rooms south. A steep Slope is from the about 5 minutes metro station to manage. Parking in the open in front of the house or in the hotel garage( steep ascent with curve). The car in serfaus only trip there and back moving. The ski in Skidepoat at the gondola and accessories very convenient windsurf board, must however one-time to subway / back be dragged, since the driveway by car the depot unfortunately is not allowed. This makes it a short break nevertheless tedious. Without the skis is one in 5 minutes with the subway at the 3 gondolas (careful: in the morning waiting times at the subway!) or just in about 10 minutes on foot.
