The Bonus this hotel is clearly the breakfast. There are really everything that you could wish for, from baked beans to the oven-fresh Croissant and fresh Melonenschnitzen. The rooms are rather small, but in a city such as Amsterdam one usually anyway only for sleeping to the hotel. Also cleanliness and service gave it with us nothing to fault. Free internet there was also a stand-computer next to the reception and the tv had not only German program, but you could also listen to the radio. Otherwise it lies quite central ( to the train station circa 15/ 20 minutes ..., Waterlooplein cIRCA 3/ 5 minutes), we were always only on foot on the way. Highly recommendable also the botanical garden, just around the corner is. A small bonus: also right around the corner there is a supermarket ( Albert Hein), where you stamps to buy can. read more

I was already the second time in IBIS Amsterdam Stopera. For a city break really recommendable, there on foot the center in about 15 to 20 minutes reachable is. Nearby there is a little convenience store. The breakfast was not included, this cost circa 11 Euro extra per person. read more

My daughter and me the hotel has especially because of the beautiful vista from our quiet location room on the canal good. For a small budget the hotel is for us a very good address for a city break when you don't spend much time in the somewhat small room spends. The staff were very friendly and helpful so we good felt. read more

This is a great and cheap hotel in a very central location. The breakfast buffet was varied and good. Bicycles you can directly in the hotel rent (while supplies last ). The room was rather small, but very clean. I would the hotel would always book again. read more

    We have stayed in some hotels and therefore on this hotel disappointed. The rooms are enough from the size. The bathroom coming now to me the language. Hair in the shower, on the toilet and even on the door. No toiletries, but a tube with gel, the filled and where the fingerprints of the other guests on it. A fresh towel brown had stainsi would like to mention, there was only one blanket, which (as well as the bed sheet) of foreign hair. A trash can, there is only in the bathroom, but no toilet brush is. 2 nights but also for 339 euros shall be by far not justified... Never again

We stayed for four days. In one day we saw the most important. Better the location is the ibis main station (central), if you have more wants to see and experience the train to the Hague and Rotterdam, (including Amsterdam) all cities can be seen in a day. Train to the Hague and Rotterdam very cheap and highly recommendable. Amsterdam red light and coffee shop-suitable. The Hague and Rotterdam a beautiful historic city the contrary, modern architecture and a lot to see. If you for a city trip decides, better a hotel nearby one of the stations, rail or on ... the book, which is much cheaper than in Amsterdam, major criticism of the Ibis stopera: nothing in the rooms invite you to join up to a power outlet. Short-circuit programmed, and hotel staff argued, that the charger has led to congestion. This leaves you sit on this. The worst, the problem is the staff and nothing on the other hand. Breakfast not book! 15 euros per person is very much money, just around the corner (toward the rembrant pants, next to a supermarket) is a very nice cafe, where one can have breakfast very well. read more

    The room was medium sized with a view of a channel, the was very nice! The bathroom is a small cabin, in the room is installed, however very well equipped and chic furnished. The colors and the other Layout of the room was good. There was a double bed, a small closet, a TV, a work desk with telephone and chair. A safe could one against 30 euros deposit rent. The room was modern and always very clean.

    In the hotel everything was very functional for a city break arrongiert. The staff at reception is fast, nice and speaks English. We booked this hotel for three nights-the day of arrival we were much too early, but still, we immediately got a room. At the reception they spoke fluent English, and some receptionists could even speak German. We arrived we were immediately on arrival a Citymap of Amsterdam and a booklet for excursions, in addition, we also, the 1 hour WiFi is free (you get the password at the reception). The room was very spacious for Ibis standards. We had also a safe available and the room was in a courtyard, very quiet (, though the hotel itself on a relatively ... busy street). What you should keep in mind if you have a Bay-one does not Ibis mini bar (at least we have never had one!)-what a Holland-where there is much to buy cheese course a bit heavy. The location of the hotel is great-not quite in the area where the tourists tummeln, but after a few minutes you can reach the city center and the canals. In addition there were two supermarkets in the proximity (Albert Heijn, spar). In the case of our reservation was also a breakfast was absolutely fine, there was plenty there, plenty of choice. You should go out for breakfast only early enough, as we noticed as soon as it is a bit later, also the tray stand and more people are so crowded, that the trays on the tables, which leads to lack of space! The problem we had was but never ☺ A little tip for people who are light on their feet-we should not be from the train station to the hotel a bit crowded public transport death, because if we Hendrikkade along up to the valkenburgerstraat PRINS is one in ten minutes to reach the hotel (for us was the metro and the tram nine was very crowded). read more

The hotel is the usual quality of the hotel chain. It is a little outside of the center, but with good tram or metro connection (about five minutes walk). Staff was friendly, check-in/out was fast, you can store luggage, if you before/after check-in/check-out time arrive/leave. Only in the evening was the staff (!) in the small restaurant/Bar area overstrained, so that you sometimes had to wait for your drink. Breakfast is plentiful! Rooms are clean, big enough for a city trip, with free safe. Bathroom is rather small, shower large therefor. Unfortunately you can hear very clearly, it is in. ... Conclusion: The demands on a hotel for city break more than fair, we'll be back. read more

For a city trip to Amsterdam for six days the hotel. Online reservation of the hotel Homepage (?) is bad, because the specified, very convenient day price over the following days could be booked, but the price is rising dramatically. That is, however, obvious, if you convert the total. The location of the hotel is very conveniently located regarding public transportation, and close to the old town and many good restaurants. The hotel restaurant is only moderately and one could walk 20 minutes to the inclusion of order and then again an hour wait on a lasagna. Finally, the bill ... was then lost in the system (wasn't a big deal for us, but the deficiencies in the Organization). The breakfast (15 euros/person) is plentiful, but only of average quality. The rooms are pleasantly furnished, clean and bright. The bathroom is a bit small, but OK for one person. Conclusion: it would be cheaper, would be the price/performance ratio OK read more

Meine Freundin (19) und ich (22) waren 7 Tage in diesem Hotel, Zimmer 205, zu Gast. Da ich aus der Gastronomie komme, habe ich viele kleine Sachen gesehen. Zum Negativen: Es ist ein bisschen ringhörig zum Gang. Am Rand der Waschbeckenkombination hat es ein paar Ablagerungen und um die Scharniere bei der Duschtüre wurde auch schon länger nicht mehr richtig gereinigt. Die beiden Mängel an Sauberkeit sind jedoch nicht auffallend und störend. Was den Zimmerservice anbelangt, kann man nichts negatives sagen. Jeden Morgen das Bett perfekt gemacht, das Bad sauber und der Boden gewischt. Das ganze Personal ist sehr freundlich ... und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gross und vielseitig und stillt jeden Hunger. Es sind auch nationale Frühstückskomponenten vertreten und nicht wie in ein paar anderen Hotels, die Weltweit das Gleiche anbieten. read more

Für einen Städetrip nach Amsterdam ist dieses Hotel ausgezeichnet. Obschon ich anfangs Mühe hatte, das Hotel von der angegebenen Tramhaltestelle zu finden, klappte es anschliessend vorzüglich und die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr war sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind IBIS-Style und nicht besonders gross, aber zweckmässig, da man sich nicht allzuoft im Zimmer aufhält. Das Bad ist relativ klein, dafür hat man in der Dusche genügend Platz. Mich störte das nicht. Der Zimmersafe ist aber an einer ungünstigen Stelle - unter der Sitzfläche neben einem Bett - angebracht. Das Öffnen und Eingeben des Codes funktioniert nur indem man hinkniet, oder ... sich besser hinlegt. Die Betten waren gut und machten einen neuen Eindruck. Das Frückstücksbuffett war mit 15 € pro Person eher teuer, dennoch fand man neben Wurst, Käse, Saft, versch. Brotsorten eigentlich alles, was das Herz begehrt und genügend, um satt zu werden. Einzig das Rührei schmeckte sehr künstlich und war nicht sehr schmackhaft. read more

Die Buchung und das Hotel waren einwandfrei. Sowohl Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe als auch die gute Anbindung zu Tram und U-Bahn sind sehr gut. This relatively new hotel exceeds my eyes the basic standard every Ibis hotel offers. The bathrooms are not very large, but very convenient and nicely decorated. Some rooms also have views over the canal (canal). The breakfast buffet was varied and tasty. read more

Suitable for a city break. In about 10 -15 minutes you reach the city center on foot, the Central Station in approximately 20 minutes. If you like to have a drink it was to sleep in my, you shouldn't have self catering, bar prices are not bad either. All in all it was very clean and well maintained, the staff were friendly and accommodating. read more
