Very nice stay at the price - very kind and helpfully staff. Our kids at 5 and 7 loved the mini disco every evening. We lived the beach, the pool was a bit cold and small for entertainment a whole week. Nice supermarket close to hotel, but no shopping nearby except from beach products. It's a good idea to have a rental car to get around the island. We would love to come back next year, there is still a lot to be seen at beautiful Mallorca :-) read more

It was a really beautiful family vacation we absolutely loved it. Big praise to the girls and boys the entertainment. Otherwise a compliment to the kitchen. The food was simply tasty and it was again and again something new. It is a wonderful area the very well maintained and every day on the new cleaned. This also applies to the rooms. For families with children really recommendable. We are definitely coming again. read more

The hotel you can for families with children recommend. You can actually the whole day in the hotel spend, should but also the trip to the beach not forget. The location is with 800 meters from the beach away barely far, that one the all-inclusive offer through regular walks also times can interrupt. But there is also for persons with a handicap a free shuttle bus to the beach. For the food I would at the 3 star even and the rear door hang, also due to the staff's hospitality. The entertainment crew seemed tirelessly to be made their job ... perfect. Always on the road, but never pushy and really important: always a smile. And not to forget: bingo! That is just evenings to that. Since the stage for events in the basement is, is the evening entertainment a few meters way not more to be heard.
The place is at the bus lines connected, so you even with the express bus to Palma could go, but a decent rental car there were hiperrent for 20 Euro per day ( better 1 month before book) in the neighboring town Cala Millor (3.2 kilometer on foot). All together completely supply for 2 weeks, which we gladly spent there! read more

The hotel lies 800 meters away from the beach. A free shuttle service to the beach, is during the day offered.
In my travel time there were about 80% families with small children on the complex. Most came from Germany, Switzerland and England. The noise level, through the lots of children, in the whole complex very high. The apartment was big enough, the furnishing however already old. A fridge could for 40 Euro/ week be rented. Hair dryer and air conditioning there was not. The small Miniröhrenfernseher is not up-to-date anymore. The bathroom was very small. The food the quality ... of the beach was for a three-star hotel ok. The staff were friendly and some have speak German. The animation is mainly for families laid out.
In short. For families I can recommend the hotel, for couples and singles, the hotel is rather too loud and boring. read more

We were very satisfied with the hotel. If you three stars bay, you can not 5 stars expect! This is probably some of the case. A problem are really the shelves in the bathroom. As a proposal for the hotel management: wandregale
Over the bidet and a few hooks. We got even without a large difficulties a room outside of the commotion. All were very friendly and accommodating. Very good was the solution with the packed lunch service. One got an empty carton and you could fill. Should other accepts.
If you no children like, you're in the wrong place ... here. It didn't bother us. read more

A successful vacation overall: delicious food, a pool, unobtrusive, friendly service, warm and dedicated child care, courteous, child-friendly and 'sunny' staff (animation, restaurant, cleaning lady), great weather, beach housing (on foot or with bus service) happy children, more relaxed parents.
Only the rooms were in badly worn condition, the balkonschiebetür hard to move around. The us however not bother us. read more

We had a very relaxing family vacation with great child care! I don't understand the negative comments not - it was clean, the hotel is nice and for the food there was something for everyone. Of course there are more luxury, however for the price you just couldn't ask for more. read more

For families with children up to a maximum of 14 years, OK. Who not only the pool want to use, is about minutes at the beach. Shuttle bus - bus goes only at certain times/inconvenient especially if you want to lunch to eat I would like-. Sporty plants leave to be desired. In september we are as a family to this hotel gwkommen. Front desk was perfect. Rooms were okay, but could be cleaner. Maid service was very unfriendly and never cleaned properly. Food was the first 2. days still okay, afterwards we had full and we rather the appetite vergenagen. Stayed in the pool area we never. It was too cold and too crowded. The shallow pool can one forget. No larger than a wading pools. Way too cold. No slide or other and only by a grid from the large pool separately. It is clear that lots of small children ... in the pool do wee-wees. So you had to live with it the everything in the large pool in flowing is. In addition the whole hotel with a stomach virus infested was. We have 5 days in the room spent, because a other stomach intestine had. At least 80 more guests had it. Everywhere was vomit, in the pool, at the bar, in the restaurant. Nice was that not. Our vacation was so the pure disaster. The hotel we would never again book. For the money you get in any case a bit better read more

Where the three stars come, is a mystery to us! The rooms are strong in need of renovation, as well as the whole area. If the rooms were at least clean, you could over some ignoer, for example no air conditioning, no hair dryer and so on in the leaflet was already pointed out, the Thursday and Sunday the rooms not cleaned, in other words no new laundry and towels. The pool is 'mini' and so lots of guests simply too small, swim that is unacceptable. The dining room is extremely small, one can hardly sit, without the neighbors to ... harass and after outside escape is not, you can eat inside. Well and the food: breakfast is rather poor, there was only 2 types of sausage and 1 sort cheese. Jams are about 2 sorts of and so on lunch and dinner is not better. For couples and singles the hotel is absolutely not suitable! read more

Yes, it is a somewhat older complex. Yes, the baths are in need of renovation ( however in our case not not disgusting or similar). Yes, the pool has some flaws. If you have all the way there marriages knows, is a wonderful and casual vacation spend.
The staff ( front desk, waiter, bar staff, animation, Cleaners) is very nice and attentive.
The food was okay and good in terms of taste ( you always find something the well is nice). Clearly also convenience food use, but where do you get this in this price range not?!
Therefore, that it ... is a older complex is the garden beautifully grown and great old trees provide. Because of this the hotel is very comfortable and friendly. If I on high Polish polished, but impersonal four star hotels in SA coma, in the comparison look at, I would not want to change. We would immediately go again. read more

We shall keep a pleasant and big hotel with beautiful planting in good memory. The apartments with a bedroom and a baby crib and a living room with a pull out couch for 2 people, as well as a bathroom without much tray surface were just enough for us and our 3 small (1-4 years). We lived somewhat remote of the commotion nearby the playground. The only thing which us dorthinten disturbed us, were the elevation changes between sidewalk and plants, a perceived half metres \u263a the smallest wasn't 10 seconds left unsupervised play. read more

The furniture in the room was very simple and the kitchen was in need of renovation, kitchen cupboards didn't open, the sink was stained and one might nothing sinks. On demand you got utensils at front desk, for example a pot.
And the food. We had booked all inclusive, last we did not eat more the breakfast. Roasted vegetables, perhaps once by hot water was ripped off, but never a pan with oil had seen, unseasoned and without any taste. Mushy pasta or rice with a little tomato sauce lapse could, so that it to something tasted. In short, unfortunately ... was the kitchen just bad. We have every evening ate out, which the vacation of course expensive made. And not about, that us meticulous naggers acts, we are a completely normal family. Like us it is also several other families and couples gone. You met this every evening in the neighboring restaurant. read more

The best about the hotel was the bar. The pool was rather a large Kinderklo. If at least 30 grandchildren in the small pool are, you can not differently call. The warm buffet was only bad (completely unseasoned, tough meat, the fish not enjoyable, no variation) but who salad, cheese and so on like in this hotel wonderful lose weight. The dining room is very loud and uncomfortable. Normal standard like hair dryer, fridge and air conditioning you can borrow (12, 40u. 70€ ) the hotel is for children a dream, for all other a nightmare. read more

Distance to the fine sandy clean beach about 5 minutes on foot or with a free shuttle bus.
We have an apartment booked, and a double room directly through the entertainment stage received.
On the day there is peace. Of the evenings from about 8:00 P. M. it is however extremely noisy. At rest and relaxation until about 11:00 P. M. not to think. 1 to 2 days we thought we were the able to bear.
After a complaint at the front desk but the booked apartment was the friendly response: we are fully booked and have no ... as to change.
The staff are from the reception over kitchen, bar and animation very friendly and helpful.
This hotel is not recommendable, there the management the hotel-room / -apartments is poor. read more

Outwardly a beautiful well maintained hotel ( about 150 units) in the bungalowstil with a nice pool.
However unfortunately very small apartments with little shelf space - more below
All inclusive: there were bands on the wrist carried. The children get a white, the adults a yellow.
Super was, that one for the whole day drinks get free-just for children good.
Children's entertainment great! Very nice entertainers and had mini club with good care and of course the evening mini disco!
The mini club and playground itself is located in a remote part of the hotel - by a small ... side street separately. There are also apartments ( it is not therefore all apartments directly at the pool or on amphit -theater in the center the hotel).
Too many were families with children there.
Mainly German, however also English, swiss, norwegian or Italian.

Beautiful peaceful location but nevertheless all within walking distance. Apart from that there is a hotel's own shuttle bus to the beach and from there you can continue.
Very child-friendly! Great animation!
The best food, which we have ever had. Very diverse and not only breaded Stuff. Even the desserts, the otherwise sometimes for sweet hardly any edible are, were excellent.
We had a lot of fun, felt wonderful relaxed and we would definitely go again. read more
