I was now for the 2. time at the same time in this hotel and have as a single person felt good. There this hotel is not so large, i think the easy going atmosphere very pleasant. One becomes acquainted with thereby very quickly other guests know. I have the delicious food and the kindness of the employees really enjoyed. The staff of the Side Star Park hotels, has my vacation only a vacation spend. The hospitality, service, and the powers and handling the waiter was absolutely top-class. Overall a decent hotel, the 'normal' demands full. Nice, friendly staff - helpful, attentive, unobtrusive. The complex overall clean and the service alright. The location is quiet location on a side street, shops nearby, buses, beach, easy to reach and in the historic part from side only 10-15 minutes on foot along the beach promenade. read more

Now we were already over 10 times in the Side Star Park and would recommend it anytime. The complete staff, deserves for friendliness and service already a huge compliment. The hotel is located in beach and to town. Facilities and beach too small, this is with use of sister hotel. Spa area is good, unfortunately the resting room, as well as the swimming pool is the raumtemberatur too cold, wassertemperstur ok. The rooms small and in many buildings, very dark. Staff very helpful and friendly, as long as tip gave, with some exceptions! The food, besides salad and dessert buffet, leaves a lot to be desired. Vegetables mushy, fish dead, chicken escalopes too dry! In short, the food for 5 star hotel, miserable 3 star! In the restaurant, tischtecken ... often dirty! Guests which one as regular guests could have called, many more than 3 times in this house have said, it would be the year 2012 a deterioration of 100% and not more the hotel book! read more

We drove at this time of the year, to peace to find us and to relax. It was a wonderful vacation, the you can only recommend. The food super, the waiters/chefs simply only nice. Room large, bathroom a bit small, but still ok. It pleased us so well, that we the next vacation for the fall earmarked have. We are already looking forward to it today point. The rooms were unfortunately only very late, so that it sometimes problems with the nap-but one has arranged. At the bar there could have been a bit more fresh juice give or juices ... at all. Also in the fridge in the room, where it unfortunately only water there was. But this great holiday rewarded us for everything. We can really recommend. We were already often in this hotel and come again and again. That this year especially surprised were the birthdays of my husband and a day later the his brother. The bedroom especially presented. Fruit plates with sparklers and the evening a cake. The new manager is very friendly and with the regular evening he has a speech. What this time annoyed me was the one our laundry has forgotten to return. Because this service for regular customers is optimal, because in the winter yea more warm clothes in the suitcase and that means more weight. We experienced in the Side Star Park friendliness, very good service and a great kitchen. The food was always very good, the food exceeded all of this.
