Very beautiful hotel. Unfortunately but also a little dark. The empfangebereich has only window to one side (winter garden). He feels so a bit dark. Same goes for the dining room. The is not only huge, but also very dark. By the size you feel almost as a mass processing. Otherwise, everything was tastefully decorated and clean. With us were lots of small children in the hotel, what a not unserheblichen lautstärkekulisse run. Large criticism i would at the from the hotel organize zwergelskischule comment. The saving grace was the own babysitter. Without him it would be a complete disaster ... has become. A ski school with so small children requires no profiskilehrer, but teachers, the with children familiar with and motivate and belustigen can.     Basically, everything was offered good to very good tasty. But i expect for a 4 star hotel with the price of a somewhat einfallsreichere cuisine. Especially the dishes in the evening were not very original and offered no kuliniarische challenge. It is also many a time a buffet was offered, which now not at all our conceptions of a cosy meal met. The selection of the offered meals is really needs to be improved. Especially there was always a meat, a fish and a vegetarian dish to choose from. If you you carnivores is, you need so convenient not at all to select. The desserts were alright however also not really excellent. In the closing times of the restaurant is a absperband before the course. My one has almost 5 days needed, to understand, that he still at the drink fountain machine must. Since you could maybe a sign up.

    Very good and extensive offer. The day was way too short, around everything to use. It was even in the winter horse riding. The horse riding instructor do a great job. Keep it up. Schimbäder were also great. Unfortunately the saunas a bit small fancy. With more than 3 people get on the claustrophobic. It is also the 90 degrees sauna so hot, that one almost burns. The 60 degrees sauna is so cold, that you. And in the steam room of the bright light blinded. Would be nice also tea in the relaxation area available to please. This is now the standard. Only small criticism is, in our week very lots of small children (until about 2 years) the food were. The clearly have a much greater demand for care than older children. This had the carers little time for children, the walk and a bit could play. In this case a gruppentrennung certainly helped. Unfortunately wanted our daughter then not any more in the service,

Alltogether a very nice hotel, but the last bit to the perfect holiday is missing. Specially with children, the already a little skiing but can still the ski school and not more directly in front of the hotel learning is be careful. A shuttle (from the hotel or ski school) necessary, what time consuming and inconvenient. The size of the skischulsammelplatzes needs getting used to. Annoying corridors without motion sensor (permanently the light if it is not), and the sensorgesteuerte taps on the rooms (environmental protection in all respect, but a little longer should run). Perfect service in the restaurant ... combined with an excellent cuisine! Flint staff at the reception - the boss, we expect more presence and friendliness. Hotel is specifically for either very small children or families, the no ski lessons need more. read more

Very good-a perfect family hotel, at the (almost ) no wishes remain open. When booking the winter spoil pension are daily 4 meals included. It is until 10:00 p. m. drinks from the juice bar (i. e. different juices and syrup, water, ice tea) and until 5:00 p. m. coffee-and tea-inclusive. All additional ordered drinks will be charged- the prices reasonable. While we were there, there were mainly german, austrian and croatian guests were present. Mainly families with small children. A bit annoying was, that wi-fi in reception and near the bar was available. There would be an ... increase to the rooms desirable. read more

    We were 100% with our room satisfied. The furnishings tastefully decorated and thoughtfully, the size ideally, the private sauna a real luxury, the view a dream. The rooms are quiet and very clean! With a microwave, fridge and kettle also suitable for families.

    In the gastronomical area is this hotel great! The dishes were all delicious, fresh and brilliantly prepared. The change in the evening between buffet and response to dinner dishes was great.     Here there was nothing to complain about. All of the staff are friendly, helpful and competent. The program of the child care is varied and the food/very lovingly and nice. Also the service at the bar and in the restaurant was great!

    The location the location is great-a bit raised with magnificent view on Hinterglemm. The next ski lift (Bergfried elevator-a drag lift) is on skis simple and reachable in a few minutes and the return on skis after the skiing is over the slope the 'underground lift'. The daily free shuttle drove several times daily to the town and back. In addition to the specified times of the shuttle but also on call available (5,00 Euro).

We stayed with our 4-almost 5-year-old daughter now already the 2. time the ellmauhof and again we felt comfortable all around. No matter wether skiers, horse crazy or wellness lovers-all family members come here at their expense. In our opinion it is value for money. The staff are very friendly - wether at the front desk, at the bar, in the restaurant, in the massage area or of the child care. In this hotel left nothing to be desired. The swimming pool is very well maintained, our kids were especially from the slide enthusiastic. Food is great, for children buffet ( it may never too quickly go ), for the adults a delicious menu. Also the pets corner, as well as the ponies have loved it. Here you feel just probably! read more

    The food was of a good quality. Only the buffet is to mention, as it in my opinion rather too small for the size of the hotel is. That means the selection of specially at the breakfast is but quite manageable.

    The service, especially in the gastronomy area is a four star superior hotel not appropriate! For breakfast in the reiterstube no plates cleared away, so that after a while the plates on the really small tables piled up. This was every day so. Dinner (menu) was so, that only sporadically cleared away, whereas it should be mentioned, that it here from the staff depended, whether the service good or less. (without individuals to mention). Regarding the staff is, as in other reviews already mentioned action! The housekeeping staff was very friendly and has a good job. To be criticized is however, that the blanket in our room already holes in (i would in such a hotel category not expect).

    For entertainment especially for the children is ensured. Our kids are in the evening in the kids club and had a lot of fun. There is a wealth of possibilities of pony rides on traktorspielplatz to farm or fish pond to selberangeln. The pool has a nice water slide and a great panoramic views. For the very small there is a special baby pool which was also nice and warm.

    The hotel lies at ainem northern slope above Hinterglemm. You have a wonderful panoramic view and the suns from the morning until the evening on the terraces of the hotel enjoy. In the winter is the babyskilift right on the hotel. To the various tourist attractions ( talschluß, etc.) One has very short ways.

Our kids would rather today as morning again. The decision a new hotel for children to test has wholeheartedly worth it. For children is this seat simply unique and for parents a dream.     Our suite was always perfectly clean! Service mostly friendly, have a waiter (Peter) from our 'old' hotel again and we felt right at home! The bar with Christian is really great, it is totally nice, outgoing and fast! A short conversation was always time! The ladies at the reception could be a bit more enthusiastically at work his, they are although it is very helpful from you felt the love for the profession not all! They are eigenstlich the attraction of a hotel!

Up to a few unclean corners in the room and a small table in the restaurant, the hotel is really recommendable. We will a couple of years certainly back. Also the area is worth a trip. Great great offers what hiking for children and the pastures are worth a visit. read more

    Beautiful pool area and wellness area, despite at short notice reservation and almost fully booked hotel not a problem with massageterminen, good sporting activities with a competent and friendly pe teachers ( regards to Helmut!) We didn't make use of the child care ( the 'small' was horse riding, the boys in the mountain biking and rafting), therefore, no review be delivered

The hotel is exceptional, the staff continuous very nice and helpful. Our son was even extra Karoffelbrei made, because he has already the whole day wished. We already have some beautiful vacation in beautiful hotels made, but we were never so thrilled. The gastronomy is spectacular, only was the problem, that one constantly too much eats and Waage at home from ... the lot was.     The rooms are very spacious and modernly furnished. The shower was on us all the highlight. With great rain showers -shower and blue light showering was already an experience for small and large.     The kids club was for our kids very popular. All educators worried affectionately about the small. The program for children was always varied and interesting. Especially the pony riding was a hit. In the hotel there was a small souvenir shop with many beautiful memories of a vacation to remember. The pool area was unique.     The hotel is a bit raised from the town center in wonderful hillside location. You can Hinterglemm by car in 3 minutes or on foot about minutes reach. There are many sports shops, 1 large supermarket and smaller souvenir shops. Otherwise there are a lot of cafe's and restaurants. The possibilities for outings are almost unlimited. Wether hiking, museums, märchenwald, uphill rides, hexenwasser... And much more, everything is in a short period of time to reach. After salzuburg one drives about 1 hour.

    The hotel lies beautiful somewhat above Hinterglemm, if you wanted you could a meadow in 3 minutes in the village down. Hinterglemm is beautifully located in the valley. The valley is not so spacious, like for instance the stubai valley, that makes it in my eyes all the more delightful. The nature is spectacular. The highest quality with its attractions is definitely recommendable. I was regularly tennis play, we were with the children hiking ( great erlebniswege, Kodok, Montelino, baumzipfelweg etc.)
