Very good bartender Zülküf in the Lobby Bar, he is very friendly and competent, makes excellent coctails and speaks foreign languages very well. Best Moijtos ever.
In the Panaroma Restaurant is very good service, the best waiter is Ahmet, he is usually working outside in the evening time. read more

One of our best vacations. Since i was taking a disabled woman in wheelchair on the way was, i was very good in this hotel reversed. The behind. Fair room was alright. (toilet, lido,and so on) here, i can to anyone with a disability recommend this hotel. Our suggestions and wish were settled within the shortest time. Will this hotel at the next board meeting of vdk speak out and recommend it. Only with the entertainment it habert. There was of the guests, he after the entertainment is. (techno music) normal schedules the entertainers but after the guest and ... play demendsprechende music. This was but also the 1 reason in the negative sense. All in all a successful

Great hotel,
Per everyone is very friendly and accommodating, the hotel is generous, very clean and very stylish. The family rooms (2 rooms) are huge. The food is also for vegetarians great. Nice, well-kept cats in the outdoor area. The spa is great and quiet. (pool/sauna/steam room and many more!). The massages are great. Guarded car park for rental car free of charge. Great bar with games and entertainment.
Negatives below. The internetqualität has really bother us.
Cons: in the march sadly no child care, lack of small guests.
Internet in the room in the last 3 days no longer ... functional, only inadequate response, no problem from the reception ('down here is '). But also in the lobby totally lame. Do not want to know, such as the in the summer is. The in-house indoor pool water was rather cool for toddlers for adults ok. Tiles in the area was very slippery. No response of the staff, if with shoe in the barefoot area walking was. Hairdresser and a rip-off! 55€ f. haircutting, during the prevent a tools touted. Cleaning staff not too efficient but nice and thorough. (clean sometime in the daytime, not just in the morning. Particularly in march, if you more time in the room is, annoying). read more

Location of the hotel for excursions good, spa recommended only with restrictions - a sauna (of 2) except operation, indoor pool was too cold for us and extreme mold on the walls. Hamam with massage was okay. Food was good, specialty restaurants recommendable.
Service was always great and friendly. In the pre-season were 80% germans in the hotel, Kemer itself is in the high season in eastern european hand. We personally for this travel time then no recommendation-also because of the adjacent open air discos. read more

Our stay at this hotel we as very pleasant found.
The staff was very accommodating and having fun with the matter.
Especially good the spa area pleased. The extensive offer in mentally-oriental ambience and professional masseurs left nothing to be desired.
Emphasized should be the entertainment team, the right slow guests for lots of activities to inspire knew.
Unfortunately, there were also something negative to say. The cocktails tasted mostly very watered down and therefore had little resemblance to the original.
We are already looking forward to our next vacation in ² Hotel Crystal deluxe resort & spa ²! read more

Very friendly, competent staff in all areas. Cleanliness is ok in all areas there. The food is varied and tasty. Recommendable is the italian the à la carte restaurant. Dolmuş stop about 500 meters away from the hotel, also there the shopping possibilities. During our travels lots of german guests in the hotel. read more

A really great hotel, with only friendly staff. The entertainment was very good and diverse, the mini-club has despite only a child great things offered. It was nice to see how lots of fun the entertainment team at his job had.

We stayed at the crystal deluxe a great week spend. It is at this time still quiet in Kemer. In this hotel the attention and friendliness of the staff particularly positive noticed.
Very correct and yet relaxed service were exemplary.
Our room with a view of the sea with two beds (1.00 times 2.00 and 1.60 times 2.00 meters). On the mattresses we could like at home sleep.
In the cool evenings we have a nice spa area with a sauna and hammam used extensively. The hotel management is particularly concerned about the european guests and ... tries against the otherwise in Turkey very strong representative guests from Russia abzugrenzt. read more

Very clean, huge buffet, friendly staff, fitness centre, spa, sauna,... Everything was great.
This hotel i can recommend a lot.
Only fly in the ointment is, that no imported drinks are all-inclusive.
At my travel time were hauptsächslich visitors from persia in this hotel represented. But about the friends from Iran i can only positively speak. Everybody was extremely friendly, courteous and interested. Was itself several times in the Iran invited... But this has nothing more with the hotel to do ☺

We were as a family over easter in chrystal, i personally the 3. time, each with my husband and my mother. We were very well cared for, got as regular guests even fruit to the room and even coffee/tea making facilities. Even a pillow in different variations, we would select. Since i never in the summer in Turkey was, i can only for the springtime my assessment letter. So far we were very satisfied, it was clean, the rooms generous and as a family room very comfortable with a connecting door. This hotel is in a peaceful area, somewhat remote ... to the beach what we especially liked. Not so far to the shops and it is a friendly atmosphere. The food tasted good and was very versatile. The waiters were very attentive and also have their little jokes the especially good for the kids arrived. A relaxed and relaxed atmosphere. We will definitely choose this hotel again. read more

We were a week without children crystal deluxe. We felt good overall. The room was great and in particular very clean. The beds are excellent, great mattresses! The food was very good and varied. The only weak point the atmosphere is with the meal. The restaurant is more of a large cafeteria and restaurant area in the open is nothing special nice. The waiters are but very nice. In this hotel i have for the 3. time my vacation spend and it won't be the last time. Everything is perfect and the guest is satisfied. It is because of its location, on one side the sea, on the other the mountains. The friendliness of the entire staff is unparalleled. Leisure and sporting activities you can depending upon desire and mood realize. It was once again a great vacation, although us the weather this time something in the lurch left.
