Very good bartender Zülküf in the Lobby Bar, he is very friendly and competent, makes excellent coctails and speaks foreign languages very well. Best Moijtos ever.
In the Panaroma Restaurant is very good service, the best waiter is Ahmet, he is usually working outside in the evening time. read more

Crystal deluxe in Kemer is a very nice, clean and well-maintained hotel. While we were there, there were almost only german guests in the hotel. read more

Great hotel, with little faults in the food area. It was always abundant, only the variety was missing. Rarely something fancy, chicken, trout, perch, salmon, no beef, sometimes veal, no prawns, no innerein. Everything steamed dishes. Very kochweise the russian people laid out.
Hotel staff really friendly! Cleanliness on german level (johnson diversey!). Unfortunately no (or little ) entertainment in the evening.
Very beautiful room (we had a massive family room, 4. floor 1437!) With 2 baths.
Cleaning of the room was okay.
Negative was: 90% number of russians, the rest german, iranians, palestinians. Wellness area was good.
Water in ... the indoor swimming pool too cold (27 °c).
What was annoying, that constantly dirty table-ware in the corridor before the lifts stood.
Very good was the mexican themed restaurant.
Super is the proximity to the beach and the city, as well as to the bus station. read more

There are certainly in Turkey hotels to offer optically more but we were a week felt very comfortable.
The room was good equipped, a mirror would be in the bathroom there was still have been helpful. The room service was good, the minibar is refilled everyday, towels were changed every day.
In the restaurant the dishes repeated unfortunately again and again in a slightly modified form it but tasty. Food is for the whole day possible. If the restaurant not open, there were always snacks in the lobby bar and outdoor at the pool bar were able to delight the ... children hamburgers, hot dogs, spaghetti, salads etc. Be.
The spa area is very well equipped, very tidy and clean. The staff very nice (the boss sometimes very present), and they have done an excellent job. The massages are every Euro value. Many thanks to non and your colleagues. Unfortunately the indoor pools with 28 °c water temperature specified, but not more than 20 degrees. For me way too cold.
The whole hotel is in good, well maintained condition and the staff are attentive but not pushy.

This hotel can definitely be recommended! All employees tried the guest make it as pleasant as possible. Particularly the reception i would like to stress-thanks sevgy! She was perfect nice and competent, if questions were there.
The only thing which improvement would be is the coffee! Maybe new machinery buy? read more

Christmas and new year's eve in crystal deluxe resort was a good choice. The hotel has a large lobby and everywhere you can easily sit and relax. One is despite all inclusive at the bar quick and served in a friendly manner. The drinks are ok. Drawbacks only with the cocktails. Too sweet. Enough different nuts and vegetable dips. The rooms have except for a few all at least a partial view of the ocean. They are very clean. Daily bettenwechsel if desired. Mini bar refilled daily m soft drinks. The hotel is located in a quiet area but very ... central. The hotel has a large spa area. Towels bathrobe and slippers available. Very recommendable, if you don't mind that sauna use with swimsuits a must is. A shame if the hygiene thinks. The massages and applications are excellent. In the restaurant there was a lot to complain about: noisy like in a cafeteria, bright, hectic, -zig free umherlaufende cats, no romantic no candles, service and food was good. There is almost around the clock everywhere delicious food. Lunch in the restaurant and at the pool bar (grill).
New year's eve was the hit - even if not geböllert -which is a real plus. There were 6 course menu-live music-relaxation. Huge compliment to the hotel. If you the hotels in Kemer from that point of view, the crystal deluxe resort a top hotel. Definitely recommendable. read more

To the many positive statements regarding the crystal deluxe in Kemer is not really anything to add. It would be just repetitions. Worth mentioning is however the events at christmas or new year's eve. On 24 december was not only a something of a holiday gala evening decorated, but to the surprise of all guests the director of the hotel Ali d. as well as boss the front desk Sema u., the service staff yüksel bed. As well as other executives of the hotel german weihnachtslider payments. After andächtihem silence werfolgte then the pay for the presentation- minutenlanger applause. Simply ... nicer. Very new year's eve with a welcome cocktail and gala food started, around midnight champagne available and from a live band to dance played. A belly dancer zeihte their art. A successful evening in convivial company. I am often and for a longer period of time in this hotel and again and again completely contented. read more

Overall i was 10 days in the hotel in a double room for single use with a view of the sea and the december. The weather was unfortunately not to use the out door pool suitable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a cold and i was the complete staff very helpful (purchase medicine in the pharmacy to breakfast the bed). The spa area was really außerordntlich well run and the ambience certainly more stars. The food more than enough and always diverse. The cleanliness of the hotel always perfect, except for the many cats were sometimes ... a bit annoying.

I don't know what the guests got to such high reviews, but they are completely covered. The hotel is certainly not bad but more also not. The whole complex is not more zeitgemäs, the beach section is a joke, not even a pool chair available. A hotel which also in the winter on has, has the beach to maintain. The whole wellness area is currently heat, massage it recommends a cover forward. The with the service is for me a mystery, times you are served, another time you will left. The wifi only works in one part of the lobby ..., probably the weakest area in the entire Turkey. The wifi the neighboring hotel was certainly more. Should that really one of the best 5 star hotels in Turkey be, we were only in 7-star facilities accommodated. read more

The hotel has approximately 350 rooms the over 4 floors. Amenities include a beautiful lobby with a reception, a car rental service, elevators, an internet corner (for a fee), wi-fi (including, in the room but no front desk), 3 à la carte restaurants, a lobby bar, a disco, a cinema, a hairdresser, a laundry service, a doctor and a game center, the for a fee is. Crystal spa and wellness center is located in the basement of the hotel, sauna and hammam are free of charge, massages and other treatments are for a fee. In the outdoor area are 2 ... swimming pools, with sun terraces, an indoor pool and a separate spa pool, the only the guests the spa area is available. A pool and snack bar is also available. Chairs are by the pool and indoor swimming pool available, beach towels are available free of charge. To my time came the majority of the guests from Germany and Russia.
