The hotel complex is huge, but nevertheless the 'crowds'. Our room was clean, it was daily (except monday, there is no room cleaned) cleaned, our room was with a sliding door to an adjacent room separated where the children sleep. We had all inclusive and the food was a crazy, there was so much choice and something for everyone, there was even a private children's buffet. There were starting over fries and burgers to a wok, vegetables, meat, etc. Simply everything. The buffet was always beautifully prepared, only you had to partly with the desserts be fast, because the people ... ( in particular russians) so much loaded and the majority of unfortunately left and unfortunately very much was thrown away. Austrians were our time not very many in the hotel represented, but it was very lots of russians, Sweden, finns, danish, English etc. So the various nations! And not only retired, but also very many children! read more

The room was clean with us, it was with a sliding door from the closet separated, where the children sleep. Apart from that there was a table, a sofa, tv, air conditioning, safe, balcony, telephone etc. But after we mainly at the beach respectively stayed in the pool area and only for sleeping in the room were, we didn't use it. The bathroom was in any case always cleaned, the beds were daily (except on mondays) made, towels etc. Also exchanged, so we had nothing to fault. Although we had no room with a view of the sea, but with straßenblick, what the whole but not detract from our stay done has!

The food was very good, there we could nothing to complain about. There was a private children's buffet, starting over fries, burger, pizza to international courts gave it all, a salad buffet, dinner buffet, starters buffet, desserts buffet etc. There were also theme evenings; for example a turkish evening, then a 'far east evening' etc. Bars were both at the beach, as well as by the pool. Drinks ( alcohol-free, as well as partly alcoholic) were free. We had all inclusive and therefore arrived for us no further costs to add. The breakfast buffet was as well as huge, starting over muesli, bread, pastry, scrambled egg in all possible variations, rice pudding, mini- pfannküchlein, tea, coffee, choco, milk etc. Finds thus here in any case something for everyone! The restaurant was also very clean, hardly was a blank plate at the table this was immediately shood around. Was a bit on the floor, it was immediately away. The staff members were in any case very hard, that you feel comfortable! The only thing which disturbed, that mainly russians so much food on their plate loaded and most of the left-this is probably a downside of all inclusive, because you need to be the food pay, they would surely do not.

The staff were very friendly and the children very hard. We were also asked, as we in the hotel be comfortable and, if there was a little be improved should. With English one comes everywhere and partly speaks the staff even well German, depended on, if you can. The room was daily (except monday, there is the free day) cleaned. We had nothing to fault. A doctor there was on site in the hotel as well as a dentist, we have however thank god none of these used. Child care there was also ( either Nazar - is international and English spoken; respectively there was a animator who speaks German) only we respectively our kids this animation not taken into account. Besides that were all very friendly and accommodating and we once had at the front desk noted, that we a towel ( in the room) too few had, the was immediately yours. The towels for the beach/ pool could be changed every day!

There was a children's disco, there were also children's entertainment which we however not taken into account have. The entertainment for kids Nazar was in English, however there was also a German speaking children's animation, which we however or better said our kids needed. The children were too much with the water slides and the sea busy. Shops there were directly at the hotel or vis a vis from the hotel or you could a trip to a bazaar or in the nearby located places. Access to the internet there was likewise, we have however not used. The pool was clean and it was at the pool as well as at the beach a 'life-guard'. The water slides were a dream for children and also for the adults. The sea was crystal clear and pleasant, the beach was very clean, there there are no faults. The only thing which didn't bother us, that some persons both the chairs at the beach, as well as by the pool booked! However apart from that everything was great! Sun screens there was also enough. There were also different activities for adults offered, we have but also never taken into account, but it was for example water polo, darts, aerobics etc. So there is in any case something for everyone!

To the beach we had only a few meters to go, that was ideal, especially with the children. If you have a baby carriage or ( the hotel is in other words was suitable for wheelchairs) a wheelchair, are all the paths very good. The distance to the airport was unfortunately a little 'long' at least for children, as the transfer but a bit more than half took a couple of hours, but the holiday was in any case worth! Excursions and the like were offered, we have however no taken into account, there the children with the beach and the pool so happy and not any more from the hotel wanted to get away. We would have however the offer for a dolphin-ride in a boat, a dolphin-show, a trip to Manavgat, a trip to a bazaar, a boat trip, a pirate trip, etc. So it was lots of possibilities, the water sports was, you could amongst others the following ( for a fee) snhl: Banana-boat; parasailing, pedal boats, ringo, jet-ski...
