Sensational! I would immediately go over there again. What disturbed me the most is the loud music from the neighboring hotel. Apart from that everything is clean and really recommendable! read more

Cute, small, idyllic hotel. The garden is very nice with lots of palm trees arranged. The area nearby the wellness centre we didn't like it too much.
Throughout the facilitities are wi-fi available.
Could the hotel only recommend it farther. If you not so much importance on newest furniture etc. Sets, he feels himself well over here. read more

The rooms are not overly large, were enough for us but more than enough, since we also only for sleeping in the room were. Completely, very small minus for lack of tv. However these beach holidays not even miss it!
The complex in the remaining is brilliant! Everything is green and with palm trees covered. To the beach (directly at facilities) one runs on always clean betonweg downhill between sand and palm trees. Coupled with the sounds of birds and the always loud becoming sound of the sea, is this through the paradise the booking value \u263a
We had only ... with breakfast, however this was great! The chef his bowl with the ingredients for the omelettes rich (or any other egg \u263a. Furthermore many other side dishes, also always rich, cut, fresh fruit.
20 meters from the main entrance away, is the beginning of the pedestrian precinct. There you can find everything you need! Right at the beginning a supermarket and afterwards restaurants and bars at the piece! Better (at the beach but right on the vibrant mile ) that is unacceptable!
We liked it so much, and would recommend to all! read more

As repeat offender I can this hotel really warmly recommend.
Super service, friendly, competent staff in all servieabteilungen.
Most beautiful beach, natural facilities for me absolute Maldives replacement!
Great location of the hotel between beach and promenade (only 200 meters on foot away).
Nearby varied restaurants with good food.
The hotel with half board book! One can then consider, whether for lunch or evenings eat.
Small shortcoming is the neighboring beach Club mamitas, is but also since the wind the music in the other direction carries. read more

We have a nice holiday at Las palapas had, would but nevertheless not stay here again. This is due to the fact, that we our last weekend, witness could, how noisy the music from Beachklub next door can be. Unfortunately the Independence day celebrated, and the bass of the music system were so loud, the walls our room actually vibrated. Apart from that I can the previous reviews only agree: pretty and clean hotel on a wonderful beach section, friendly staff, delicious breakfast buffet ( the selection during dinner we found not so great). The location is great, if one ... buying or eat out I would like ( definitely a Mayakaffe in the ' Yaxche ', a chicken breast with Chimichuriwürze in 'El Diez' or fish of the day in the 'Fusion' try!). However one is continuously addressed, which we as somewhat annoying found. Our excursions we booked over the internet in advance Mexico-Mexico booked and paid for, worked fine. We have five excursions made (ISLA contoy, Walhaischnorcheln, cenote and visited Turtle Bay, Minirundreiseund Xel-Ha), and nevertheless not seen everything, we will Mexico therefore definitely visit again! read more

We deliberately for this small complex decided, because we do not want a 5 star bunker. It should rather typical of the country its. And weren't disappointed!
It is already a bit outdated really but we knew this from the start. You could also here after reading.
It is a beautiful small complex with small Cabanas and so green as far as the eye can see. Simply said jungle feeling pur. A little oasis!
On the complex are also iguanas, racoons, coatis, squirrels and agouti if one with open eyes through the complex runs are you all to see-) ...
We had a double room the simple category ( bungalows standard) and nevertheless surprised. It was everything available what you need simply but clean.
The room was on the first floor under a palmendach with four poster bed. A large fan over bed and an airco
Air conditioning and fan were not disturb loud.
The average age mixed. Too many German, swiss.
The check in and check out was problem-free and fast over the stage.
Friendly greetings to frida the always very friendly and also very good German knew.
Actually all were nice and very friendly and hard-working. But unfortunately you can also not all names-) read more

The breakfast was always fresh and delicious... There is something for every taste. So great fruit such as, I in still no other experienced... It were many germans since, little children and the hotel is very green and idyllic, unspoiled... Simply great... read more

The complex is really nice green, is also super well-kept.

There is in each case 1 bungalow with 2 room, a top ( better category) a bottom. We had the downstairs and were glad, could not believe the thatched roof not so) read more

Especially good at this hotel is the small number of beds, the direct beach area and above all there was no all inclusive returns. The bungalows are in terms of size completely sufficient and are also not so close together that you from the neighbor hear everything.
The beach section is good one goes left high after a short time the hotels always less and one is then almost traveling alone. The chairs in front of the hotel are not so close to each other as in many other hotels the space has. One descends on the right of high ... it will always full and the beach we found not so nice.
Mornings there was everything needed for a good breakfast need sausage, cheese, eggs, fruit and much more the should normallerweise every for breakfast rich.
The already so often mentioned music can really somewhat annoying his, but if you are there just in the hammock comfortable and only the boom boom boom ends.
Who a nice, small hotel and not a giant hotel ( is unfortunately very many on the Riviera Maya) without this annoying all inclusive bracelet is Las palapas a good choice.
The outside has Tulum, chitzen Itza and cobe to visit the recommend I to rent a car the best of Germany from cost only around 30 Euro on the day and everything is really easy and just on your own explore. read more

Unfortunately at the wrong time in the wrong hotel.
Actually a dreamlike complex, really beautiful, big room with hammock on the terrace/ balcony, the complex in a tropical garden with direct access to the beach, pleasant staff, as would be everything great. But.
Unfortunately the joy clouded (we had the bad luck over Easter= SEMANA SANTA on the complex to be), because after noon the whole complex of driving techno -music from the neighboring beach club in concert volume was subjected, as you could be, where you wanted, in the whole area bebender noise. The whole took up against 20 ... until 21 o'clock Then it was in our room (111) unfortunately with full steam further, this time from various other clubs on the stichstraße to the mamitas club and every night at least until 2:00 A. M. in the morning, so that we could not sleep at all. In short: this hotel is a no go during various Technofestivitäten -please definitely before check, whether because something take place ( seems unfortunately nichzt too seldom happen). read more

Great hotel located directly at the beach! Friendly staff and very well maintained green complex with lots of palm trees, where the locals wildlife comfortable. Restaurants on the doorstep, but also the hotel's restaurant you should try. As even had 'only' breakfast booked, so we were forced into flexible and therefore had the free choice of countless restaurant playa del Carmen. In short: everything right!
The afternoon (but not every day) we left us by the music conveniently located by Mamita's magic, close to from the hotel is. Twice the week there was a theme night ( Mexican and Caribbean) ..., with live music and tasty buffet.
We envy all the, the decide in palapas las spend your holiday, because we found it to be very nice and was sad home start! read more

Complaints, like a broken lamp, needed three days to remedy. At 2 days without warning Montagearbeiten (Espanol new Gardinenleisten velvet curtains ) carried out, a benefit of the loft sometimes impossible.
Kritischster point was however the proximity of our loft (no 7) to restaurant, it several times guests to shortly before midnight be left, that sleep for us was impossible.
Altogether outweighs however the pleasant Page of the hotel clearly.
The breakfast offers so quite everything, which one of tires fresh fruit could want. First class fresh juice, after personal collection prepared scrambled or fried egg, different muesli- and nut ... varieties, different Yogurts and so on., there remained no wish open.
Spacious rooms, large bathroom with shower of the toilet separately, no 20 meters the Chair at the sea, very good service ( beach bar served not only at the beach, but also provides food and drinks in the loft, front desk offers clearly better and more favorable tips for excursions, Taxinutzung etc., as for example our travel agency-Representative)-under line was it just great! read more

The hotel is magnificent. The whole complex is very well maintained, the bungalows beautifully and the beach also super. The breakfast is good however after two weeks also a bit boring. The staff and all other employees are extremely friendly and who originality loves as my wife and i, will feel very comfortable here. Light drawbacks are certainly by the loud music between 2 and 6 hours in the afternoon, but if you are hotel descriptions and reviews read, need afterwards also not to complain. We was heard, but it did not feel disturbed. read more

the complex 'Las pleasant' is a small dream, whose luxury not in a material things, but in the design and location of the resort is located: surrounded by greenery and the fine, white sand beach are located with a lot of natural materials designed small houses, the 2 restaurants, a TVroom/library, the pool, the fitness room with modern devices, the small beach bar and a lighthouse. We had two simple ground floor-double room with air-conditioning and fan and were very satisfied with it. (there are double room with four-poster beds, all rooms are obviously a small little different). TV, radio ... and telephone we didn't miss anything. The furnishing is not luxurious, but modern, practical and very tidy. The terrace attached the hammocks. A few steps in front of the resort is the modern town of Playa del Carmen with cafes, restaurants, shops and nightlife, but in spite of the nearby there is experience no noise disturbance from there. From a other Side: the approximately 200 meters away from the beach-club 'mamitas'. It is unbelievable pity, pity, pity! The 'read pleasant' is in our opinion a pearl, we have no area at the beach see, the US better would have liked. But during our stay sat 10 am shortly after fierce techno 'sounds' from the' mamitas' until about 7:30 P. M. 19 hours/the 'read pleasant' under sustained fire. Techno and overall the overloaded, wummernden bass were everywhere to be heard, including at the beach. The complaints of numerous tourist in the 'read pleasant' of the front desk this allayed, we can't do anything about that, it is a multi-day event. The short visit of a annoyed guest in 'mamitas beach- Ckub ' and a conversation by DJ brought for the rest of the days a respectable sound setting. (thanks!) (the 'multiple event' was just an excuse, the ' mamitas is every day active, especially at the weekend. It would be interesting, whether other guests the ' mamitas' before and after us similar problems had, or, if we just bad luck had. After the music more bearable became was, we stayed in the 'read pleasant' a great vacation and would have liked to have longer there remained.
for small children there is a baby bed and high chairs.
in the room there was a safe available ( free). From time to time will dinner as a buffet offered, played a mariachi band, a Cuban transverse flute players, a Caribbean band. 'entertainment' does not exist ( luckily'. To the Mayan city of Tulum are only about 50 minutes with the taxi (500 peso), but there are also from the bus station comfortable buses. At the front desk of 'las pleasant' is Spanish, English, German and French spoken. read more
