I took my 11yr old girl here and the aquapark is fantastic. Kids enjoy it for hours. the whole hotel and its grounds are fantastic.Ashley and Bono from entertainment keep the kids busy and the adults of an evening. There loby bar service is great from Ala. and if you want to sun it up go the relaxing pool, Where Mohamed and Ahmed will tend to your every need. they are great guys. Food is lovely. It was a great holiday. And I would go back and plan too. Thanks guys from Ray s. read more

Just arrived home after a week at tirana aqua park. Was a bit anxious about us all getting bad stomachs. Can honestly say none of us had anything at all. Didn't see anybody else either during our stay. Saw the staff constantly cleaning and really trying hard to keep on top of the vast amount of cleaning. If was to go to sharm again wouldn't hesitate to book again. read more

    The hotel was only 15 minutes from airport, so there wasn't a long transfer. Not far in taxi if you want to travel to naama bay. Only negative is that the whole of sharm is a huge building site. So wasn't very pretty.

The last time the I vacation do. German there are not at all welcome. My 15-year-old daughter was given by every worker turned on but also attempted violent to sexual harassment of employees. At the end wanted was afraid they no longer at the Pol or let alone from the room. Not safe for girls in this age. The Hauptpol too loud music loud as in a disco. Many British people very lots of Russians ( these are apparently welcome) despite all inclusive are the children insulted if you too much drink. The food disaster. Guest unfriendly, very dirty, mold ... on the walls in the bathroom never again. read more

In the general a very poor vacation. The plates were all dirty. The rooms also very poorly kept up. ( mold, Cracks in the ceiling and on walls...). In the area it was very loud! read more

Our first time in tirana aqua park and had an amazing holiday everything was perfect no complaints from us regarding staff, food, cleanliness and amenities, we found the only issue was the distance from bars and shops required a taxi or a bus which was layed on by the hotel at a small charge. The hotel is excellent, plenty of restaurants to choose from food we found to be good quality we never went hungry or ate outside of the hotel. The aqua park is great plenty of slides and amazing pools with plenty of sun beds no need to ... get up early to reserve a bed. Staff were friendly and there to help if needed, always smiling. We both had a fab holiday and will definitely return to the tirana in the future. read more

Preferred hotel of at least 80% English vacations, the remaining 20% were too many from Russians. German guests were as good as not to find a ' Sprachlosurlaub '. The waiters was just overburdened and accordingly not really patient or about too friendly. One was' unfair' Cleanliness and the general structural condition left also to be desired. The water whilst showering ran under the door the shower out, ran in the shower not at all only from. The towel rail was from the cleaner broken. Tray could do with a good scrub rusty, grout was in the shower. Curtains moldy. ... On the positive side, that the complete staff the English language and therefore communication was possible. read more

this hotel is beutifull and is great for familys but i found if you have a pram you have to carry up steps, but what i didnt like and would not go back was thy were not giving you the food you asked for if you want the turky you got stuffin instead but ther was a cooked turky on show said i cldnt have that you went to get meat you got grissal althought ther was meat ther two but wouldnt give if you child went to get hotdog thy would cut sausage in half wich is not right ... weve paid a lot of money to go ther but i enjoyed the animation team thy were good but if you tell them your gonna put your complaint on tripadviser you can have anything but you shouldnt have to threten them all time spoils holiday read more

    The rooms were big enough. We had a extra bed in the room is possible, which the way to the balcony door blocked. Was somewhat a pity, we were only to 2. were. Our balcony door was broken, but after a quick call, a repairman was also immediately on the folder and the repair made. No toilet brush available. Cleaning the room was good, towels were changed daily and bath was always clean.

    The main restaurant was in our eyes a catastrophe. The atmosphere just a bahnhofskantine. According to and the cleanliness the table also left to be desired. The food, which in buffet form was served, was often cold and the chicken meat very dry. The offer was varied, the quality but for my taste rather poor. Except for the main restaurant there are five more restaurants, we two (italian and chinese) test. There has the food really really good. Fresh zutateten and nice ambiance.

There was no tip, you get direct access to the thin coffee from the 2. choice -machine. Just as with the wine, the one in plastic cups instead of glasses poured out gets. Not the level of a 4-star hotel. And one had to say, in relation to tip not cheap were, so roughly counted we arrived for one week much over 50 Euro.

    The swimming pool was really wonderful. It were enough chairs available, also to pool bars it lacked and the selection of drinks was completely sufficient. Very good entertainment you have at the aqua park, the slides make really great fun. We had in supermarket a private mature bought, as only a few were available and we do not have desire on long queues had. However not all pools heated, which however also not was very bad. Entertainment was available, however nothing special, but ok. Unfortunately ran a week the same cd, it would be a bit more variety have been desirable.

    When you leave the hotel, left also the vacation feeling. Construction so far the eye rich. The way to the beach is about one kilometer, however is a shuttle bus organized. However you can take the path directly save, we were there and very dissapointed. The beach is of a massive construction surrounded. We had with the travel guide complained and then a shuttle bus to the sister hotel as compensation received. We have a beautiful strandnachmittag spent. To the airport it is by bus only 15 minutes, noise from the planes holds itself within limits, as the air traffic not so closely getacktet was.

The resort is structurally and architecturally a very nice area. Everything is large, but straightforward decor. Several pools (also heated pools), restaurants and bars complete the atmosphere. A massive AQUA park, with many Megarutschen the small and large children available. A spa centre and a fitness studio is available. (please read the descriptions of the tour operator) all in all, made the holidays area, at first glance, a good impression, one can see a bit more closely, you can considerable structural and hygiene deficiencies. Particularly beautiful the conference rooms five star hotels, a massive filthy Chamber to put. The guest ... structure was about wiegend Eastern European and Russian. In the further Beurteilungsparameter I will the hotel after the criteria a 4a 5 star hotel rating. read more

    the room was not adequately large, since the seating area not used could. Access to the seating area, the bed blocked. The telephone functioned. Fridge worked. On the television only 2 German programs. (Second channel of German television and RTL) the bed wasn't worn out and hard. Bed sheets and towels were always clean and fresh. The balcony was large enough and with good furniture. The bathroom was functional, but there was no toilet brush. The room boy makes all toilets ( all rooms) with a toilet brush cleanly, this is still very hygienic.

Everywhere there was plastic cup. the food in the main restaurant was OK, the quality was satisfactory and a good choice and the for breakfast and dinner.

    Service is the wrong word. It was a lahmarschiege, Russian, mass processing. No waiter service, for drinks and food you stood, 20 to 30 minutes, in a queue. Please do you assume, you are, every day of vacation, at least 2 hours in a queue find. The cleaning of the rooms was still acceptable, although I, every day, the dust could see. At the bars there was, usually, drinks in, bad cleaned, plastic cups.

    The sunrise Tirana is very attractive from interstates/ highways and unfinished construction surrounded. The airport is just 10 minutes' drive away and the planes come, in 5-minute intervals, on the resort. The plane from the balcony from photography and the odor of kerosene enjoy. Between hotel and beach (about 1 kilometer away) is a strip mine pit, in the Korallenschotter be dismantled. In the open-pit mining pit with large dredgers, Truck s, and Pickmaschinen worked, which was great noise and dust causes. The Korallenstaub you can in the hotel everywhere and see the noise you can at the beach enjoy. At the beach there is also still another incomplete building site to see. The Strandriff is, however, very nice.

The hotel has its best time already experienced. Unfortunately lots of Russians, we were a handful of german guests. The dining room very led dearless and badly. The food is Masses instead of class. In room in the main building very loud noise until early in the rooms. At night sleepless because of High noise level of the cleaning staff in the lobby. The beach section with a construction ruins' spoilt ' and a construction site next door, the for a few Years for noise and dust provides. The entrance to the sea only over a pier possible. Snorkeling by ... the staff Only approximately 20 meters in a direction permitting, so boring. read more

All in all a failed vacation. The cleanliness in the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. The food is I didn't get. Had to go in the small hotel supermarket drinks get, because the glasses very unclean., however an expensive business. For Richard German standard not recommendable, since the area at the hotel and the beach only from building sites, and after rest and relaxation looked in vain. read more

3 years ago was in this hotel. It is, of course, a certain loss to see. The distance from the beach is reachable on foot in 10 minutes too. Particularly praiseworthy this is excellent price performance ratio. To given I would recommend this hotel again book. read more

A very good hotel. Extra Bellmen concerns therefor that really nothing can go wrong and provide for a pleasant stay. Tasted very good varied food. Friendly service (also without tips). So we were all together really pleased. Unfortunately nowhere lifts so we had to the baby carriage constant anywhere up or down as bear no choice ramps available but it was okay. 1 the pool was heated to about 28 °C warm. 1 of the pool slides and the baby pool. Unfortunately the remaining not, not even the 2 other slides I am therefore slipped 1 time there and then it was just too cold. The food was found pretty good. Particularly the À la carte restaurant delicious. So if you consider what you pay for I would say very ... beautiful successful holiday. Unfortunately the beach is nothing for children just don't go there into the water at the beach as it is right time 35 meters steep down because of the reef. But the snorkeling if not so many waves are great. read more

price-performance really reasonable. Massive location with all what your heart desires. Nice staff, great room and light blue angels, for the guests around the hour were there. So if something used was, or help required is, a call was already a helped, thanks to the nice (light blue) dressed ladies of the front desk. All together an excellent service. read more

    There are 4 other restaurants: Lebanese. -Chinese-Indian restaurant. But since the food in Hauptrestaurantso was good, I have no other want to try, except the Italia and am promptly decived me. It was very nobel decorated, but my pizza missing 2, according to map there, ingredients. This one was much ungehalten over a very restless child from 3 years and after one and a half hour to go (we booked for 5 people from 19° °) around 20,30 the restaurant was still empty except for 2 tables. The cuisine was a mix of cultures' except German Speisen' everything was theme nights other Nations Limited, for example Greek; was only no Greek since. The atmosphere right actually a well visited station hall thus very noisy. The waiters hard-working also without tip on the beach drinks to bring apart from that was self-service. Extra prices the all exclusive there was not. The tables need repeatedly cleaned and not only on the terrace the Platzsetz be turned over. And there was only a bar inside, as mentioned very noisy, and three in the outdoor area.
