A very old, medium-sized complex, right on the wonderful, very (really!) clean sea is. Staff are against very young and not at all motivated... The food in the hotel did not taste good at all. There eat one in each university cafeteria much much better! There was the whole time only fries, mincemeat dishes and... Other variations from the potatoes and minced meat. Fruit/ vegetables was very sparse offered. Fish there was also a, or twice, looked very unappetizing (as we are from Spain to very pampered been :-). read more

    In almost all restaurants in town to 90% fast food (the stand there probably really fries!). Fish was unfortunately hardly offered.

    Service in the hotel is very difficult to assess, since it not any service there. The beverages were almost exclusively in the non-returnable -plastic cup 'serves' (presented). Even espresso! Staff deed the whole time so, as if the us a large good deeds, in which they have something to drink gave (with the booked all inclusive!). The people are not mean, or hostile-who knew not what service is.

    The hotel lies really right next to the sea. City center is also in circa 5 minutes away by foot reachable. Since it was in the village of nothing really popular attractions, it played for us also no large role.

We were in the Hotel Perla beach 1. In the hotel is very quiet. In room was nothing special clean, but daily change of towels. Beach is nearby, very narrow, without kostenlöse Tualette. Water is crystal clear. ' all inclusive ' we will not any longer to buy, because the is very limited. Serving staff on Rezepschen are on the mostly unfriendly. Especially good was food - varied and tasty. read more

    frustriertes, unterbezahltes staff, so little motivation and responsiveness. There was always something missing on the tables, like for instance spices or cutlery. Change was front desk rarely available. No worst situations available ( and departure the bus approximately 200 meters in front of the hotel). No foreign languages skills of the staff, neither German nor English. Room were only cleaned superficially, that means only the beds were made. Child care limited very limited, would be at least 1 times per week all day desirable, so that parents of small children also a daytrip undertake could. On drawbacks details in the serving staff only a shrug of the shoulders.

    Pool area great but sun screens are not in sufficient number available and partly broken. Beach also top, unfortunately too expensive ( approximately 7,50 Euro per day) and fully, since open to the public. No sport and evening entertainment.

Rooms were large and bright. Cleanliness and cleaning left to be desired! Bath in every corner and edges mildewed, carpet (beige/creme) was dirty everywhere were stains! The mini bar was empty, despite all inclusive. Air conditioning very loud. The most rooms on the side the street, of peace no trace! Also by the lots of bars in hotelnähen you could hard to sleep! read more

    Bright room, large. Room and bathroom very dirty and smelled musty. Air conditioning very noisy, balcony very small. The mini bar was empty was not also filled up. Shower curtain mildewed, toilet and washbasin dirty and everywhere hair. The floor dirty. Partly ailing and broken decor. Afford between the badzimmertüre and the room broken, so the water on the carpet in the room drained!

    There was a restaurant, a lobby bar and 2 bars in the outdoor area. Small offer for guests with all inclusive. One got dirty glasses sick, even 2 times in a row! The food was hardly any varied, every day there was something with hack, it was cold and after not tasty. The plates were a under the nose pulled away, whether one was finished or not! The fruit was everything but fresh everywhere small flies around. Breakfast was very poor!

    Hotel lies 2 minutes away from the sea. One had only a street cross, however it was a private beach for you pay had. 1 umbrella 5 leva (2,50 Euro) 1 beach chair 15 leva (7.50 Euro). Was one however under the own umbrella on the towel you had to nevertheless 5 leva pay! To the center it was 10 minutes' walk, lots of offers, lots of people and many shops!

The hotel is a bit outdated already, is but clean overall and relatively well maintained. The rooms are huge, the furniture new and the towels daily against clean and good towels were changed. Bed sheets is also without stains and clean. The carpet is stained and must be replaced. The dining room is big, well air-conditioned and very clean however noisy through the many guests. The main courses and salads are very diverse and everyone always found something which tastes good. The desserts consist of only fruits and a few cakes and ice. The beach and the sea are easy ... to reach and very clean. The water fall by the pool is noisy, the number of loungers is adequate, of the umbrellas are unfortunately some broken. The place is great and there was always something going on. At night it is quiet. So if you deduct a few points can, for it is really recommendable. read more

Overall the vacation was ok. Very positive was a German speaking doctor service on the complex, we unfortunately to use, since both children became ill. Staff at the different bars rather unfriendly. Family room was very big, two TV, balcony with a sea view, great bathroom with very large shower. Food didn't tasted like this, especially the breakfast was not the brüller. Very many Bulgarians in the hotel, was however not unpleasant, was rather interesting. read more

Town itself is OK lots of shops, Standl, bars, café, disco only the hotel is old and in need of renovation. 'Exactly' look you should better not, but in großne and OK, essen is also very good and for every is something for everyone. read more

The hotel was in spite of the 3 parts not too big, you had a quick overview. It were too many German families with children there. To summarize the hotel was in good, well maintained condition. read more

    The family room in the pearla beach 1 are very nice, spacious, clean and well equipped. Unfortunately only in one of the two bedroom air conditioning. In the pearla beach 2 whereas, it was nothing special clean and the masionettenwohnung was a little cramped.

    There is a big restaurant for all 3 hotelbereicht. The buffet there ( all inclusive) was always good and plentiful, something for everyone. Also at the two bars ( in the lobby and at the pool) one was quickly and served in a friendly manner.

    Although in the hotel too many German tourists were, could hardly a employee German, let alone because English. So if you didn't speak bulgarian one comes only with 'hands and feet' further. As long as you itself was friendly, it was also the staff. Complaints are not heard with great pleasure. Apart from that was the service but ok.

    The entertainment for kids, as well as mini disco was well done. For adults there were however unfortunately not any animation, neither during the day yet evenings. In the lobby had good wi-fi front desk. If you a lounger by the pool wanted to get, you had to be fast. The pool was clean and beautiful with 2 children's pool included 2 slides. In the children's pool (0.50 meters deep), the children but only alone purely, if they selbsständig the ladder up and come down, you can unfortunately not for flex. At the beach one was unfortunately somewhat deported, if one a couch pay wanted. But otherwise a very nice beach, especially for small children.

    In only 5 to 10 minutes on foot one reaches plentifully shops, restaurants, bars etc. Still faster you at the beach. And only 15 minutes walk to the aqua park, the our kids liked a great deal. From the rooms you have a great view.

Great vacation, with small defects. The pool outside area could be better the beach sand cleaned and chair pillows would be also not bad. Please a private hair dryer bring your own, the in the rooms were sold nothing. It is just not a five-star hotel and if you lack to, the finds determines what. We were in any case content and want next year return. Is not as crowded as at the Sonnenstrand and a little cheaper than there. read more

The hotel made me other reviews neither an old a in need of renovation impression. We had a family room, which more than enough space for us 3 offered. The all-inclusive offer was enormous! The food was very diverse and something for everyone there. Generally but we had to continuously seasoning, since everything tasted a bit bland.     The family room consisted of: - a large, lockable bedroom ( with double bed, tables and chairs) - living room ( with 2 single beds, couch, armchair, table, television, fridge, air conditioning, closet and wardrobe) Bathroom ( large, walk-in shower, toilet, vanity and hair dryer), as well as.     The staff speaks as good as no German. With English one could get really good communicate. Everybody was always friendly and helpful. Especially the staff at of the pool bar is very nice, attentive and always ready for fun. The children there was exactly a lot of attention as the adults - nobody had to wait a long time or was ignored. The lady at the travel guide is very accommodating and dedicated-we felt it in any case in the best hands. The cleaning staff has every day the beds made, and all 3a 4 days freshly changed. The towels were changed daily. A small shortcoming was the hygiene in the bathroom. Washbasin, toilet and shower were only cleaned superficially, there you had to already them yourself. Furthermore stood the bathroom after showering always reasonably underwater.

    The swimming pool was great and the pool was evenings cleaned. Loungers were by the pool, on the lawn and at the beach enough available. The sea had 28 °C water temperature - unfortunately you could on some days not far, since the current was very strong. Water sports and wasserfun was for little money offered.     The distance to the beach is ridiculously low. Once over the street, a few steps down and already you stood on clean beach. Purchase- and entertainment possibilities in the city, what about 5-minute walk away, in abundance available.

Contrary to many negative reports in various fora, we can only positive things to say about this resort. Food was varied, the rooms, grounds and pool area in good shape. The beach was a dream and the water crystal clear. The price/performance ratio is unbeatable. Cheap prices for good quality. We would book again the area. read more

Holiday in Bulgaria: Good middle class hotel, offer of fruit and breads in the restaurant poor, with a large pool area would be a lifeguard sense, Location: close to the Centre, yet quiet location, occupancy of the pool chairs: with hand towels or beach towels over night, was new and unusual, but with management of the hotels are steered; no cushions and umbrellas at the pool; the room was relatively clean, simply furnished, bathroom too small, sometimes without shower. Conclusion: we'll be back for eight to ten days, two weeks too long and boring. read more

The sea is only a stone's throw away from the hotel, which one wants 'sea '! Even from the balcony and the sea view. in the three pools and water slides for our son. The elevators are a bit too small. read more
