That is the worst hotel what i in my whole life ever had, just... Asocial, dirty, very loud and completely disguisting. Speechless together with; r unfriendly i can't say but the employees are not aware that we are guests. , bathroom and toiletter in the hallways, elevator permanently blocked by the putztrio, the value for money here in no relation in the station to sleep would be as pleasant and this is not exaggerated... So stay from the hotel. Double room for two nights 190 €without bathroom and toilet read more

A small hotel right next to the main train station, so great if you have a late-night or early in the morning or leave. The breakfast was also very tasty. read more

I 1 week and must say for the price of 45 Euro per night I expected more. It is very badly soundproofed, toilet in the hallway and through the curtains you could even see through. Positive is the rooms cleaned daily and the immediate proximity to main station. In short: only for short stay recommendable. read more

On arrival found the man in the office despite long browsing our reservation not-US saved, the confirmation had. But- nevertheless, our room was not reserved and all full!
Initially there was only space for one night, then we should the room change. We should only once to a night are charged, the luggage will on the next day of the staff into the new room brought. The next morning new staff: no, we are the luggage bring down. The new room was only afternoon free. On the same evening of the third tv- watching man in the office. Neos rooms? ... What? Why? -he didn't. He could us our luggage play. Only, because I insistiere he finds after longer Computer click-thru out: we have the old room. And we should pay: two (!) nights. The have a colleague on a note delivered. In truth we had a night paid and it was only about a, luckily I had the receipt. I paid so only the second. I really factual Statement, that this surprises, which I as a guest here every time again have to experience, burden, with a very unprofessional content aggressive and schneidenden tone's response met. Original soundtrack (small section): ' they insult (!) me. These were my colleagues. You are me.' I got before this professional service providers really fear.
At home I see on my credit card, that 1 night (after I both individually had paid) once again had been charged. Prompt call, laborious discussion. There is a few days later the referral for 1 night.
Days later I visit, that both nights already directly after my login (! Weeks before!) card were. It follows a call, followed several emails. Only one of them will be answered. There is so done, than I would on the a in the meantime reimbursed payment stand out. The email is schlaumeierisch from above written.
Either wanted owner not understand or they were simply unable to. After 3 calls and as many mails the last straw-I bawled at the telephone so around, I have never in my life done have. (this would be before a possibly Display the last call before)-strangely helped the and once the booking error admitted. The money was a week later there again.
My in short:
Perhaps the hotel is oK, if all plain sailing goes.
But if a problem performance, run against walls!
If I introduce myself, I would live abroad or neither German nor speak Arabic, I would not know, as I my money would get back to! No opportunity! read more

We had booked the hotel from Saturday on Sunday than sleeping room for a football weekend and were only there to sleep. The rooms are really small and the hotel is more like a hostel than a hotel but for the price and star you can't ask for more with a toilet on the floor then you will need to live. The breakfast we had. read more

The hotel is suitable for the pure night with little budget very well. It is very simple, but clean. There are rooms with or without a shower (in the hallway). Toilets are on the corridor.
Great location with two minutes to the main station and five minutes to city center. Despite street was very quiet. 24-hour front desk, breakfast taken care of.
For a city trip, just a bed for a few hours of sleep and a shower is needed, as well as for the price and the location! read more

The hotel is very simple. Some things are broken and just poorly repaired.
Bathroom and toilet are apparently for most of the rooms on the corridor and is the key to the bathroom is at the reception.
Especially early in the morning, very nice. ☹
The hotel is located on a busy street and was very noisy both from the street noise, as well as within the hotel very badly soundproofed.
The impression I have the breakfast the next morning was nice and saved. read more

Hi, I was in May for a weekend with my girlfriend in this hotel. Clearly it is not the cleanest and nicest Hotel in Hamburg. But the price-performance ratio should be reached so clear, it is very centrally located you can get anywhere on foot and by train or metro back. I would recommend this hotel for a weekend as it was bearable but you must also remember you spent most of the time in the hotel room.
Much fun in Hamburg and perhaps in this hotel ☺ read more

Very badly soundproofed rooms... General lack of hygiene and in particular the bathroom/toilet areas. Friendliness and courtesy of the front desk staff is poor. Conclusion: absolutely inadequate in the price/performance ratio... But as a last minute solution acceptable... If expectations are low. read more

We ( a 5ers party) We booked 3 double room (1 person is recently CHIPPED). We stayed for the double rooms, each 75€ per night and 25 euros for the single room. So great value for money. The location on the station is also very good and with the Hamburg Card for 31,50 € for 5 persons (recommended was the reception) led to Hamburg everywhere and can even use a ferry landed in the harbor. He also recommended a garage in the back is the whole we for 16€ could park. Our rooms were small, but clean. Two rooms ... were updated, so were the showers and the WC ok. Floor 4 is was an improvement area, only an old bathroom and the shower in the closet, but this was still clean and totally fine. We stayed at this hotel for a weekend break and stayed at "only" was the size of the room, therefore no matter. Mattress etc. We slept comfortably were optically good. For being such a trip and for the price very highly recommended. read more

We stayed as a family with child and a double room setting a bed. After a warm welcome we were given our room key and were contrary to the reviews but surprised. It seems that we had a newly renovated room. New furniture, newly tiled shower area, we could really not complain. The toilets were as mentioned in the hotel description directly across the room. Getting old but clean a bit.
The breakfast buffet was for such a small hotel really well stocked. Sausage and cheese plates, fresh yogurt, cereals, boiled eggs. fresh rolls or alternatively crispbread wholemeal bread, orange ... juice, etc. our little daughter was greeted each morning with a small Bon Bon. The concierge gave us some Tips for shopping and sightseeing. So nothing to complain about in the way of attention. Conclusion: for all the a weekend getaway, exhibition or just shopping weekend want to spend in Hamburg, the hotel is an alternative to the really expensive hotels in the area. read more

As a business traveller I much and have joined in and experienced much. Since I'm on the work and not at home, and I'm like Hotel, as well as pensions with a good price/performance ratio. Even if the equipment is simple, important to me is the cleanliness and a pleasant surroundings and atmosphere. Of course the location plays an important role. On the one hand, for easy access in any direction to get away and, on the other hand, in the evening, or go out to eat. We are certainly not picky, but if you will be greeted with ' stay the whole night?'Or' is because my husband when the replacement or stay?' And you will have the matching perfectly aged room looks down, you just want to go back. Burn holes in the mattress, the carpet, the shower, the walls just disgusting.
