The hotel is about 2 kilometer from the Zentrumsmitte and about 3 kilometers away from the shore of the lake. There, there are countless shops and lots of restaurants. Particularly worth seeing is the old bathhouse in Gouvernuers garden, as well as the thermal spring, where there were spa offers. A unconditional visit should also be in the Maori museum with the geysers of arrival. Very interesting.
The hotel is very large, the rooms were tidy and up to a safe equipped with everything.
The breakfast buffet was sufficient, however nothing special. If you sausage or cheese wanted to eat ..., you had to this order (free of charge). The dining room was very dark and impersonal, no beautiful atmosphere.
The pool is heated, however very small. read more

3. Of our new Zealand-car. Rotorua and the surrounding area offer a lot of sights. Stay unfortunately only 2 nights. Situation to the city center, options for shopping, restaurants/ bars bad. More than 1 kilometer, no bus or similar but close to TePuia. Lift didn't work, had to be carried up luggage. Hallways in need of renovation. Gastronomy used, since premises not inviting. In Rotorua delicious outward eaten. read more

We stayed in the hotel on a tour of New Zealand. It was a little way out of the center Rotorua, but we didn't mind. The room was functional and clean. Only the bathroom was a little small, with very little counter space. read more
