Friendly staff, all inclusive is recommendable, Meal gives it then in buffet form, unfortunately almost always the had food, after 2 days you knew already all dishes and ingredients, the entertainers were very motivated and engergiert, the Unterhaltunsshows ( amphitheater rather poor and boring, as viewers will be almost always asked to join in, partly up to absurdity. As mentioned, the entertainers are super nice, talented and good, unfortunately lack of good and pfifige ideas for the shows, a better Regiesseur would be definitely recommendable. Who reasonable coffee drinking must into town, in the hotel there are run down coffee ... machines, the no delicious and good coffee when you leave. Mainly Pulvermilch in the vending machines available, and fresh me in addition to this mix could. There are very many cats in the hotel around, mostly if you outside food are the cats also there. read more

We were there for 10 days ( all inclusive) at ersan and it really pleased us.
The complex is really nice and spacious, so that you your vacation perfect can customize.
For action you can nearby the main pool position, where regularly animation take place, who peace wanted to rent 50 meters further to a quieter diving platform or the infinity -pool put. Here is really something for everyone.
The bars are always easy to reach. There is Cola, Fanta, Sprite, etc., draught efes, Raki, juices, different cocktails ( with and without alcohol), teas, cafe, choco, and so on
Only ... the spa center is somewhat above the hotel, however one has a amazing views over the bay and absolute peace.
Hammam and peeling + 50 minutes massage are equipped with 70 Euro per person not cheap, but nevertheless really recommendable.
The audience was very mixed: German, dutch, french, little English or russians. Also the average age very different: of families on youth groups to couples and retirees (rather few ) everything was there.
The hotel has a wonderful garden area, which always top well maintained, and was always very clean. Always one sees irgendwen on the tidying up, brush, etc.
The rooms are for a five-star hotel unfortunately somewhat simply, this is however also the only point of criticism, if you very closely!:-)
Nevertheless is this hotel really recommendable and we have already thought about, next year to return. read more

A very nice and large hotel complex with a magnificent beach and sea. Caution Holzsplittergefahr because of the wooden tiles by the pool and beach. Here is bring bathing shoes to carry. Great aqua park for small and large. Merely the service in the restaurant comes from, and-despite big trouble the waiter - because of understaffing to falter. Bodrum and its lively city center with many bars and restaurant, as well as shops are a visit in any case worth. In summary we can say, Ersan we really liked. We would come again. read more

Nice hotel, unfortunately you had to go far to the beach walk, and from the beach to the individual bars it is far; dernShuttle service to the room one gets rather rare (in seven days just once; waiting time too long) in the restaurant there are no air conditioning, even if you sit outside can, to eat get one has then also no desire. Service there are mostly no in the restaurant, drinks you had to yourself! A hotel rather adapted to French guests; music in no matter what restaurant, English, even in the Turkish specialties restaurant no Turkish music ..., Oriental flair you will not find here. The waiters in the various bars quite nice, however the guest relation was on our questions no answer. On the final day my husband sick, and you at 14 o'clock from the room thrown, we had to get five hours in the lobby spend, (it was almost 40 fever)! All together we will to Bodrum come again, but definitely not to this hotel! read more

We really liked the hotel. We were satisfied all around with all. Especially the offer in buffet form was plentiful, tasty and varied.
It was decorated with love. Is very rare to find in a all inclusive hotel.
We do not understand, that the 70% recommendation are enough. read more

The hotel was better than i expected. Our safe in the room was already on the first day broken, after twice at the front desk and once over telephone matters came then after two hours then finally a to the repaired. But otherwise an excellent hotel read more

We have a week's swimming vacation in Ersan resort booked however was the hotel on 2. trip day through the strong rains the probably the fall are normal in the area very affected so that some of the rooms pool and the hotel restaurant inundated because the hotel located on a hill and so the regenmassen a run gessucht. To our surprise was however a few hours later the most geseitigt and by the friendly front desk we directly a better room receive. In short: a great complex however not centrally located and I experience not in gerbst heavy rain ... to book-) read more

The hotel area was generally in a relatively good condition. It was always cared for the well-being.
The rooms and linens were always clean.
The beach and the pool in a good condition.
Mainly French-speaking tourists.
Many families with small children and retirees.
If you are in the main restaurant for lunch or dinner, you should bring your own drink at best.
The staff was understaffed, annoyed and unfriendly. If you find someone to order, you can assume, that the waiter totally annoyed at the table, the order very late in the day, you will be ignored or even half ... forgot.
The service in the a la carte areas is nothing to complain about.
The staff here is very nice, polite and helpful. Although the area is under-staffed. read more

In this hotel is almost nobody friendly, one has the feeling here if you ordered what, the one impossible what the staff does. Management impossible, no, no foreign languages, simply impossible only. Room to small, you must be able to adapt to walk,
Drinks in the specialty restaurant ridiculously expensive, for the service the is (bottle of wine 30.00 .

If you want to go to the hospital right after the holiday then you should definitely spend your holidays here, besides, the hotel is not recommendable!!! The only good thing is the facility. In fact the rooms are clean, but if you are unlucky you get a dark hole as room. There is mildew in the bathroom, the power outlet almost falls apart when one pulls the hair dryer cable out and if unlucky, one might hold the pully when flushing the toilet. The hotel itself seems antiquated even though it is of new construction. read more

I find it impertinent that this hotel is offered as the leader in tourist business. When one reads the reviews, they should take responsability for what it says. Food bad, service bad, unfriendly staff, miserable hygiene. The butter was expired a year ago; after I complained, I had the same butter the next day on the table. read more
