At first glance the moevenpick Royal palm not bad, outer impression and lobby are attractive, the front view everything else as beautiful, but a nice garden to the rear. The rooms are very well decorated, modern, clean. Only the view outside on a balcony of a not particularly beautiful telling pre-hung façade, but also other building. The location is not a good thing. But the breakfast in very nice rooms with the possibility to sit outside, a very nice selection and attentive staff. Until then, the hotel would receive a recommendation, this is not completely destroyed by the front desk. ... The staff was at check-in were completely overburdened. Pre-booked and paid for a bed and breakfast, with a voucher, leads to full confusion, within an insult came the staff at the reception hardly understandable English back to new ideas, which you could possibly need the guest. Also at check-out once to the manager had to be asked, if the guests had to pay, you at no extra charge. With such inept staff a front desk I've never experienced, I felt this as a disgrace and unworthy of the name Mövenpick.
