Le Jardin Resort & Spa^{(4.5 stars)}

Had a family room, it was large, clean. The furniture was as mentioned, ageing, but it did the trick. The air conditioning was very loud and had problem, the field down to cool. I think, that here in the next years must be invested.

The food and the quality was very good. Particularly the salad buffet! The restaurants were clean and the tables were very nicely done. His favorite waiter was happy to tip, but when the not covered dissatisfaction brought. This one noticed with the ordering. It took a bit longer!

The reception staff were very friendly, we had a free upgrade on a family room received. The cleaning of the rooms was done well and our cleaning lady was very nice! German is not so much spoken, but with a bit of English you can get good at his goal! On the dealing with complaints I can't write anything, as I nothing to complain about had.

My daughter was in the kids club, your enjoyed it very much. There was a lot of things. Beach is stony, with a few beach slippers, not a problem. Pool is huge, one can there very well swim laps. Chairs were sufficiently available!

The last 10 years, we have our summer holidays on Aida-ships spent. Therefore wanted we now once again a classic beach vacation in a hotel in Turkey spend. We were positively surprised! The whole hotel area is in a very clean state. Particularly the garden area really impressed us. Daily there were employees busy with the garden care. There you could wonderfully your peace find and in a good book relaxation. The area is very extensive and therefore is a the hotel not crowded. The rooms are clean, however the furnishing is a bit outdated. Which however not was bad. US was clear, that you have a five star hotel in Turkey, not with a in Germany comparisons can. But the hotel-management and the staff gave themselves all largest trouble, the guests a nice holiday to ready. With some waiters in the restaurants, lacked sometimes the distance to the guests. For women, they were sometimes disrespectful. In any case there were no professionals. The types of people were international. Mainly dutch, french and German. We had the luck the no Russian tourist the hotel besieged, as in the neighbor - hotels! As behaved we had in the town notice, simply only embarrassing! What I also pleased, that there is no all-you-can-drink exzsessen was a bit older. It were beautiful evening at the bar if the weather is nice! I will definitely come back again and the hotel my friends and known recommend

The location is really great! Directly at the beach! In town Kiris is not so much going on, some shops nothing else. But was not no matter to us, since we a nice beach vacation wanted to spend.

We had a topfloor room which in essence was nice and quite spacy, but with an airco not working. When informing about this at the reception the answer was that management deceided for this. The airco was not switched on and no feed back was given to us. First night it was extremely hot underneath that roof. 'fortunately' the weather changed so it cooled down pretty much. At arrival there was no water in the room and room service hesitated at first to send a bottle upstairs. The beds are extremely hard and are causing a backpain. Under the bed they don't clean i noticed when we had to move the bed.

a huge diversity in food. I know the Turkisch kitchen is great but here is was so so. The pastries look all different but merely taste the same. Bread was ok. French fries very dry. Coffee....well...not that tasty, but i have had worse and only fresh available in the morning. The scrambled eggs, normally one of my favourites..i haven't touched..it was mixed up with power milk or something...looked bad. I got my eggs baked fresh from the cook himself. For some reason the boiled eggs didn't taste that well. No organic held or fed chicken i think. I must say the cook was very creative in turning yesterday's food into something looking like new. The chicken shoarma was really nice. The salads and olives and the feshly wokked vegetables with rice good! I would have liked to eat some really good Turkisch food.... The restaurant area didn't look and feel very fresh...the restaurant itself was not kept that clean.

POOR! I wanted to order a coffee at the bar outside but the bartender (chinless, somewhat swollen, short hair and very yellowish skin) REFUSED! And he clearly enjoyed it! I understand it is the end of the season and mayby staff is fed up with rude(?) customers. But i am not rude and don't treat personel rude.... The cleaning ladies and laundy people were way nicer then the arrogant bartenders and some (not all!) of the personel in the restaurant. A few good people have to make up for a lot of lausy workers there. Their spoken English is not that great and although it is very genuine to show you are tired or fed up and are therefore not in the mood for lending service to a customer.....you better do. If you don't like working in a hotel or resent tourists...find another job...i didn't travel all the way to be treated like trash. The Spa people understand a lot better although they seemed tired. I wonder how may hours people have to work a day in this hotel. Complaint handling: they seem resentfull when you go and talk to them even the reception...just not friendly! We saw the piccolo (very nice chap!) working an amazing amount of hours in a row...This is not a good thing. The last two days the hotel owners came in...(looking bored and blase like most of the staff...is there a connection?) Things lit up a bit when they came..restaurant had a good scrub i think...food was spiced up...they could have interacted with the customers to find out how things are....hopefully owners and managers treat their personnel ok...since i have experienced how the customers are treated i doubt HR over there

Nice the sporty people at the pool doing some dancing and entertaining. The girls from the miniclub are working their best. the theater show was nice...but long. Pool outside very cold this time a year...even the kids stayed away from it. Cleaniness? It would be nice if they offered a daily English/german/Dutch newspaper and magazines especially on rainy days a good item...now people exchange their (greasy) magazines on a table with each other which in itself is a goodf idea. Receiving wifi was bad.

We, Dutch couple with daughter, had an all inclusive stay. we unlike the sticky bracelet you have to wear the whole week. The hotel is a little outdated and the architecture is incomprehensible...but fine.

Location itself is good, pool outside is ok but the water is freezing cold. Pool inside was heated. When you go here keep in mind the beach is covered with stones.But it is right in front of the hotel! The hotel garden area is nice. Shopping: all the stores sell the same stuff..Turkey surely offers more than that... There is nothing to do or see in Kiris...Kemer same thing....Antalya is just landing area but what a depressing concrete city! You are actually 'locked up' in the hotel at the shore on the other side of the mountain. But a small bus will take you to Kemer for 3 euro's p.p. round trip.

We were from the room very positively surprised. Furniture a bit old but well maintained, clean and convenient. Very good were the large closets. Size from the room, bathroom, balcony were very good. Also the cleaning was alright.

Choice of meals were okay. As probably in every hotel repeated the offer after a couple of days. But they tried and all buffets were constantly refilled and kept clean. The Waage home is confirmation. Another lack was the selection of fruits and fruits. Every day apples, hard plums, stohige oranges.

We are frugal people and are not looking for flaws but the selection of the staff (waiters) left with under much to be desired. The majority was also reasonable and many waiters you could communicate sort. Some waiters were completely in the wrong place. Basic language (except turkish), in such a hotel advance. Also setting for job (serotoninergic, friendliness, expertise) was with several waiters (among other things. Chiang at the pool bar) under all s.. And if the staff to best time themselves before the guests almost flog this is a no-go. Praise to the room cleaning.

Hotel and garden and beach were clean and beautiful. Our room including the bathroom, balcony big and spacious. Cushions at the beach and at the pool in need of renovation. Guests had a healthy mixture which nationality and age wise. Dining in three days a bit monotonous, but ok.

Location and offers have the catalog data met. The transfer time was a little long, but well-known. Thanks eingsetzter small buses the transfer but bearable.

Area alright, rooms okay, service from the reception, service, io. Services all inclusive alright. Fruit offer was not so good. It was missing peaches u. Grapes for offer. Guest structure fits. Very lots of regular guests. Staff Tried for the guests, from anlagenchef to the smallest staff. The friendliness of the staff was great.

The rooms are big enough and functional decorated. I like good, with laminate are.

The food was very good, has in my opinion last year much improved! There is so wide choice - so much can you not at all eat. In the mornings there were countless sorts of bread, scrambled and fried eggs, pancakes, fresh fruits etc. At noon could from the buffet or at different snack bars are. Fresh salad, sheep cheeses, grilled, fish, and-and-and-that was the evening buffet. Here really was something tasty here for everyone. Great is also the dessert buffet, the cakes are brilliant. :- )

The service at the reception, in the restaurants and at the bars was great, the staff is unbelievably friendly. All are on the run and hurrying, in spite of the certainly stressful jobs all have good mood. Not very satisfied we were with the room cleaning. On day 3 we had the cleaning lady a tip on the bed put, the seemed to her to be insufficient. As from this time, the cleaning worse, frequently a towel in the bathroom was missing, they mopped hardly, there was almost every day something to criticize. Here is certainly verbbesserungspotenzial!

The evening shows of the animation team was genuinly good. Also during the day the housekeeper great atmosphere. There is a tennis court and a really big fitness centre, makes everything a good impression. The spa in the hotel is beautifully, turkish steam bath, indoor swimming pool, sauna, quiet area. Beauty treatments, and massages should be paid separately. Beach chairs and umbrellas at beach and pool were always sufficiently available, beach towels can be changed daily.

With its about 300 rooms is the le jardin a really small hotel. The outdoor area with the landscaping is beautiful and unbelievably well maintained, 'le jardin' makes all honor real for its name. Guests from Germany, Austria, Belgium and the Netherlands were in the hotel. Especially the lots of regular guests, including ourselves. We were for the 6. time le jardin (and next year surely the 7. oppositionally). :-)

The le jardin was located directly at a pebbly, but very clean beach. Thanks to the stones was the sea crystal clear and had with its approximately 26 °c almost 'baths atmosphere'. ☺ the hotels own swimming pier was super and facilitates the entrance into the water uncommonly. A few steps away from the hotel, begins a shopping street with the typical shops-clothes, jewelery, bags. If you like shopping, but should rather to Kemer drive (only a few kilometres away and by taxi or Dolmuş easy to reach). To Antalya there is approximately 50 kilometer, the transfer time to the airport fraud thanks to the completed tunnel approximately 60 minutes

The rooms are big enough and functional decorated. In the bathroom is a bathtub with duchtüre. Air conditioning season. In every room tv with a few german channels. Balcony or terrace with mostly ocean view or partial ocean view. But there is also which in the inland and the stunning mountains behind the hotel can. The safe is free. The rooms are very clean. They were in the last few years constantly renovated.

There was a main restaurant divided into smoking and nichtraucherareal. Then you could still seasonal under 5 spezialitätenresaurants choose, by prior arrangement. The quality and quantity the food leaves nothing to be desired. One must consider that you are in a muslim country. The restaurants are all very clean. The kitchen style was actually very mixed. Of course you get food typical of the country but also for example kaiserschmarrn or palatschinken. The atmosphere in the hotel is actually very easy going, and give a tip everyone as he says.

The staff is around the hour very friendly. One tries to keep every guest to make the stay as pleasant as possible. One comes with english, with german not so good. The room is anyway cleaned every day. Also shower and towels every day fresh. With complaints and suggestions üblischerweise reacted immediately. I have never waited more than 15 minutes for a repair or similar wait.

By the pool you get for the whole day with music is playing. The entertainment we didn't use. However the evening shows. They are ok. The disco is open from 23:00 until 02:00 open. There are shops in front of the hotel in a shopping center or with the Dolmuş to Kemer. In the hotel, you can use wlan. At check in code request. The water is in the sea and in the pool crystal clear. The cleanliness at the beach and at the pool there is nothing left to be desired. Beach chairs, cushions and towels were free. At the beach and at the pool showers are set up. It between pool and beach a large sunbathing lawn with trees as a shading device and at the beach the usual sonnenschutzdächer.

The hotel is relatively small (approximately 300 rooms). It is therefore nicely straightforward. The outdoor facilities are very pepflegt. It is located directly the sand/pebble beach. We had all-inclusive plus. The food is varied and something for everyone there. The cleanliness there is nothing left to be desired, no matter wether grounds or hotel or room. It were in october very lots of regular guests there. Mainly dutch, german, belgian and austrians. Very few russians. Perhaps 5%.

The hotel is directly at the beach. Shopping directly in front of the hotel or Dolmuş to Kemer. Goes every 15 minutes and takes around 10 to 15 minutes. The airport is approximately 1 hour away. The excursion possibilities were offered by the travel offerer or various travel agencies in the main shopping area in front of the hotel at.

The rooms are are sufficient and cleanly, with balk. Minibar, tv and telephone.. Saf. Air conditioning. Bathroom superior with badew. -or shower.

There are. Agreed. Restaurant. For us the mellisa at the beach the most beautiful In the evening with candles-light at the water front -food great- There is a class außw. Of dishes but no schweinefl. Just landest. Everyone is happy about tips but not a must
