The last 10 years, we have our summer holidays on Aida-ships spent. Therefore wanted we now once again a classic beach vacation in a hotel in Turkey spend. We were positively surprised! The whole hotel area is in a very clean state. Particularly the garden area really impressed us. Daily there were employees busy with the garden care. There you could wonderfully your peace find and in a good book relaxation. The area is very extensive and therefore is a the hotel not crowded. The rooms are clean, however the furnishing is a bit outdated. Which however not was bad. ... US was clear, that you have a five star hotel in Turkey, not with a in Germany comparisons can. But the hotel-management and the staff gave themselves all largest trouble, the guests a nice holiday to ready. With some waiters in the restaurants, lacked sometimes the distance to the guests. For women, they were sometimes disrespectful. In any case there were no professionals. The types of people were international. Mainly dutch, french and German. We had the luck the no Russian tourist the hotel besieged, as in the neighbor - hotels! As behaved we had in the town notice, simply only embarrassing! What I also pleased, that there is no all-you-can-drink exzsessen was a bit older. It were beautiful evening at the bar if the weather is nice!     Had a family room, it was large, clean. The furniture was as mentioned, ageing, but it did the trick. The air conditioning was very loud and had problem, the field down to cool. I think, that here in the next years must be invested.

    The food and the quality was very good. Particularly the salad buffet! The restaurants were clean and the tables were very nicely done. His favorite waiter was happy to tip, but when the not covered dissatisfaction brought. This one noticed with the ordering. It took a bit longer!

    The reception staff were very friendly, we had a free upgrade on a family room received. The cleaning of the rooms was done well and our cleaning lady was very nice! German is not so much spoken, but with a bit of English you can get good at his goal! On the dealing with complaints I can't write anything, as I nothing to complain about had.

    My daughter was in the kids club, your enjoyed it very much. There was a lot of things. Beach is stony, with a few beach slippers, not a problem. Pool is huge, one can there very well swim laps. Chairs were sufficiently available!

    The location is really great! Directly at the beach! In town Kiris is not so much going on, some shops nothing else. But was not no matter to us, since we a nice beach vacation wanted to spend.

We were very satisfied. In our week of vacation everything went very well ( even the weather! ). Although the season already nearly finished and the hotel not anymore fully booked, we were well pampered and could facilities all facilities have. We would gladly come again and le jardin warmly recommend! read more

The hotel was, based on the value for money, good. As there is a pebble beach, bathing is somewhat difficult, however there is a jetty, from where you into the water can. Unfortunately was with us the weather not so, that we much swimming. Middle until end of October there are nevertheless always rainy day, as a employee of the hotel said. The staff were largely friendly and helpful, merely two to three waiter at the pool bar, respectively the beach bar were very rude. The hotel management would do well, this persons exchange, since lots of guests angry. read more

Am for the second time in this hotel been... Very families- and suitable for disabled people:-) Hotel staff and animation team always nice and friendly! Also with complaints or desired room changing the staff at the reception always friendly and tried very hard, to get the wishes fullfilled! read more

For us this hotel not anymore into question! It is everything but worth 4,5 stars and the ultra all inclusive is just a joke! For complaints one has at reception little understanding and condescending treatment! ( see a gentleman metric ton) read more

We, Dutch couple with daughter, had an all inclusive stay. we unlike the sticky bracelet you have to wear the whole week. The hotel is a little outdated and the architecture is incomprehensible...but fine. read more

    We had a topfloor room which in essence was nice and quite spacy, but with an airco not working. When informing about this at the reception the answer was that management deceided for this. The airco was not switched on and no feed back was given to us. First night it was extremely hot underneath that roof. 'fortunately' the weather changed so it cooled down pretty much. At arrival there was no water in the room and room service hesitated at first to send a bottle upstairs. The beds are extremely hard and are causing a backpain. Under the bed they don't clean i noticed when we had to move the bed.

    a huge diversity in food. I know the Turkisch kitchen is great but here is was so so. The pastries look all different but merely taste the same. Bread was ok. French fries very dry. Coffee....well...not that tasty, but i have had worse and only fresh available in the morning. The scrambled eggs, normally one of my favourites..i haven't touched..it was mixed up with power milk or something...looked bad. I got my eggs baked fresh from the cook himself. For some reason the boiled eggs didn't taste that well. No organic held or fed chicken i think. I must say the cook was very creative in turning yesterday's food into something looking like new. The chicken shoarma was really nice. The salads and olives and the feshly wokked vegetables with rice good! I would have liked to eat some really good Turkisch food.... The restaurant area didn't look and feel very fresh...the restaurant itself was not kept that clean.

    POOR! I wanted to order a coffee at the bar outside but the bartender (chinless, somewhat swollen, short hair and very yellowish skin) REFUSED! And he clearly enjoyed it! I understand it is the end of the season and mayby staff is fed up with rude(?) customers. But i am not rude and don't treat personel rude.... The cleaning ladies and laundy people were way nicer then the arrogant bartenders and some (not all!) of the personel in the restaurant. A few good people have to make up for a lot of lausy workers there. Their spoken English is not that great and although it is very genuine to show you are tired or fed up and are therefore not in the mood for lending service to a customer.....you better do. If you don't like working in a hotel or resent tourists...find another job...i didn't travel all the way to be treated like trash. The Spa people understand a lot better although they seemed tired. I wonder how may hours people have to work a day in this hotel. Complaint handling: they seem resentfull when you go and talk to them even the reception...just not friendly! We saw the piccolo (very nice chap!) working an amazing amount of hours in a row...This is not a good thing. The last two days the hotel owners came in...(looking bored and blase like most of the staff...is there a connection?) Things lit up a bit when they came..restaurant had a good scrub i think...food was spiced up...they could have interacted with the customers to find out how things are....hopefully owners and managers treat their personnel ok...since i have experienced how the customers are treated i doubt HR over there

    Nice the sporty people at the pool doing some dancing and entertaining. The girls from the miniclub are working their best. the theater show was nice...but long. Pool outside very cold this time a year...even the kids stayed away from it. Cleaniness? It would be nice if they offered a daily English/german/Dutch newspaper and magazines especially on rainy days a good item...now people exchange their (greasy) magazines on a table with each other which in itself is a goodf idea. Receiving wifi was bad.

    Location itself is good, pool outside is ok but the water is freezing cold. Pool inside was heated. When you go here keep in mind the beach is covered with stones.But it is right in front of the hotel! The hotel garden area is nice. Shopping: all the stores sell the same stuff..Turkey surely offers more than that... There is nothing to do or see in Kiris...Kemer same thing....Antalya is just landing area but what a depressing concrete city! You are actually 'locked up' in the hotel at the shore on the other side of the mountain. But a small bus will take you to Kemer for 3 euro's p.p. round trip.

Beach vacation in October. Absolutely the right season for Turkey The sea was wonderful warm and there are only 30 °C air temperature. The hotel is wonderful in the. The food is more than reasonable. The employees are very friendly understand but a little German. With English but good. The hotel has a own beach section with bridge over the lake. Wireless internet does not exist on the rooms and also relax in the lounge area there again and again problem with the reception. The hotel had us but the computer at the front desk offered. The entertainment team was ... really the hit. The shows were unique and worth seeing and so worth the trip. The entertainment team harmonized very good. In the shows the entertainers only really going on and were with a enthusiasm and friends there. The music played the entire day at the pool but it wasn't too loud and melody. No boom boom. You could enjoy the music great relaxing. read more

It is for us a vacation to remember been, We have three couples dangers and were already very curious on the hotel, From the beach and sea. A wonderful vacation we have seen, everybody was completely thrilled, From the friendliness of all of the staff, to the implementation of the smooth tagesablauf's. If you some mistake discovered your own fault. The food the kitchen everything super! The beach crystal clear water. There were no activities but real artists they have very much together. The child care simply great my small has reluctantly of luda separated. The chambermaid Aysel hanim was very friendly always a smile desired. In this way, I would also like to thank all thank my next vacation is then planned. read more

For us it was a great holiday. Relaxation was not better, we really have nothing to complain about had. We were already more often in Turkey but the place is so nice, it was never and will go there again. This hotel I can without bad conscience to further-recommend. read more

The hotel is really great. Everything was clean and the staff were also very friendly. For relaxing the hotel is really super. There was no constant by the pool ( quiet, silent music was played. 2 times per day 'le jardin radio' with a 'fair' music however definitely not disturbing). For families, the hotel is very recommendable ( water slides, big pool, kids club, evenings mini disco). So there were also many families there. The food was also very good. The first time i was 2010 in this hotel and since the spend i mean vacation there. Alone this year i came 3 times. It is really a really beautiful hotel where the vacation really fun, you can get yourself very well relaxed and very comfortable. All staff are very friendly and willing to help. The hotel, the rooms, the garden, beach, the sea and so on are always clean and everything is around the hour neat. The garden i like especially good. A lot of green and always with beautiful flowers planted. The food at the buffet in the ... restaurant is also excellent. At the bars one also always have fun and one gets its drinks always very rapidly. The entertainment team is also great. The spa area i can also recommend. Great hotel with super team! Evening shows very, very good For children there was always very great activities, during the day mini club and a evenings from 20:30 a short mini disco, the kids tired dancing and from to bed =) Beach unfortunately no sandy beach, that is unfortunately from pebbles or similar, however very welcoming.

    minutes by car to the airport, we had directly from the hotel pick up point, since we a small child with us. There are shops in Kiris itself, in Kemer (4 kilometer) and Antalya, for one day mainland you should in any case.

Beautiful hotel with very well maintained garden, the sandkiesstrand daily of dung and cigarettes cleaned. We are the 3 time and definitely not the last time. Everything was great again. 80% dutch, the always fun and very friendly are. We had 25. Wedding anniversary and all have a circle around us formed to congratulate, also there staff uS congratulates :-) 10% russians the not always know how to behavior has! The new front desk we really liked, and the staff are very friendly:-) read more

    Our double room was on the 3rd floor and the size is ok. Unfortunately it is at night often very loud, since the love guests only in the open smoke must and entertainment in this building very imperfect. If the balcony door to is you can hear but nothing. The air conditioning is not the best.

    The food is varied, every day grilled, salad buffet huge and so beautifully built. For any taste! Super good chilled beer! The staff at of the pool bar is a bit playful or new boys trained, the really no experience have. In the morning, everything worked perfectly, always the same staff, friendly and accommodating. Some tip but you should always! The beach bar is really nice and there was always something going on. The waiters in the entire club remember the beverages and bring it to the table without the need. A dining room for children would be very good, since unfortunately only few education enjoyed!

    The staff are from the reception to putzmädchen friendly and accommodating. The boss is also almost daily in the house and looks, if everything is ok. Cleanliness is capitalized here! The pool each night cleaned and examined, whether no germs is!

    Kiris is a small place with lots of great shops, without trade but did not go, since the prices too high are just 1/2 price say * gg * of course, there is also the possibility to Kemer to drive. Tuesday is textile - market, there is something for everyone there. Taxi drivers are also really nice. Price negotiate or more persons carry forward.

Beautiful hotel with minor defects: air conditioning cools only moderately, in the restaurant there is concern, because the plates bad are placed and thus useless lots of ways arise.
