Great holiday, it could not have been better. We are after overbooking of the Eftalia village in the Kahya Resort stranded and could not have made a better meeting could. The hotel is new and very modern, under the guests you will find lots of different nationalities, nobody was misbehaving. Very nice atmosphere during dinner and the buffet is varied and tasty. The pool is clean and the slides at the aqua park felt a lot of fun. Certainly we are going to come again... read more

After our hotel on the day of arrival had closed, we were luckily in the Kahya Resort transferred. This was by far the best holiday in turkey, we have ever had. Unfortunately castle the Kahya also on the 05 november , so that we again had to move. The Eftalia Resort was at all no comparison and around 4 classes worse than the Kahya Resort. The Kahya we liked it so much, that we the hotel for this year booked. Only at the beach are still some work needed. read more

A good hotel in bad location! The food was very good! There were only a few understated russians there! Front desk staff very pleasant and competent and German! The entertainment at work that was nothing! The beach is bad in addition still without pier! The hotel itself however is very good! read more

We had a dream vacation and can definitely recommend this hotel. Our kids need no animation ( whereas it every evening mini disco is). The pool is a dream and to the beach it takes a minute if you prefer by the pool and both like in the sea bathe and in the pool. The rooms are very tastefully decorated, the shower the absolute best. The space apart. Always clean, every day extra towels for pool or beach and clean towels in large and small for the bathroom. Drinks in the minibar like for instance Coca Cola and Fanta respectively ... soda were refilled daily. The buffet is without words. Very extensive and lovely. We trust us in any case not on the Waage. With 'russians', as above reviews, we have no bad experiences made. I have not yet times which noticed! Somewhat annoying was the loud disco, however also not so, that you don't rest. When falling asleep just a little too loud. The staff always nice and friendly and try our wishes to fulfill. We needed daily seats for 8 people, which were partly without requesting it reserved for us. Our kids (8 and 17), in any case comfortable and we had a great vacation with friends. Very nice and clean hotel. Food is great. Unfortunately is the location not so good, but if you like quiet like is right at home here. As a single person rather bad, because almost only families were there. It can absolutely recommend. read more

This hotel we had not at all booked, but because of overcrowding of the other hotels there and were really amazed! Food, room, bathroom and so on... Everything was totally great! But was the entertainment not so great... They told us the entertainers impoverished if you could have the whole summer and worked the hotel dignity at 04-11-2012 in winter break again, we should understand that! read more

All together we had a nice and relaxing vacation. Because the hotel not so many beds has, there was always enough sunbeds and places in the restaurant. The hotel was very good, the room nice spacious, front desk always tried very hard. Food mega delicious, the cleaning staff very friendly and also concerned. The only thing which I missed, was the entertainment. It was once a days only water polo played and that was it. Would be nice, if in future women a bit was offered. On the whole is the Kaya resort a very nice hotel. read more

Beautiful and new hotel, perfect for a relaxed vacation suited. Entertainment was rather little, which we however not bother us. The beach is somewhat rocky and not so nice, but there was a big pool ( was never overcrowded) and water slides! The hotel was very clean, the rooms were cleaned daily and for cleanliness was paramount. The food was also always very tasty and diverse, for vegetarians however rather bad. Altogether we had a very nice and relaxed vacation. Great is also the spa area! We felt in the hotel very comfortable and it is really recommendable for all ..., the on vacation just right unhitch want:-) read more

A bad vacation i had never! Right next to a betonwerk and a 6 lane highway you will find no relaxation The beach was very dirty and not with sand to do without shoes one is not into the water come however, whether you are in the sea purely wanted is questionable 1 day swims shit everywhere rum 2 day dead fish 3 day we went not more into the sea Everywhere broken glass Arrogant waiter and without tip went out already times nothing But why book i then all inclusive? Animation directly nothing neither by the pool nor music ... or otherwise which waterpolo was offered great went 20 minutes and that was it. Evenings exactly the same. Except in the disco drive was nothing at all it wanted however 30 for two, and i have very steep In short never more Turkey never more this hotel! read more

Great hotel, which one very gladly weiterempfielt. Room big and spacious, plenty of space. Food was very good, something for everyone. If you didn't get full, was your own fault. The swimming pool was perfect, what the beach unfortunately not was. The waiters were partly friendly. There should still be improved. Mehmet the lounge bar was perfect. We fly definitely again there. :-) read more

The hotel is new built, small and well arranged, has approximately 300 rooms. On the allgeime cleanliness in the hotel very much importance is attached. We had ultra all-inclusive and were around the hour with all kinds of delicacies looked after. There was even a great oktorberfest for the first time organized, which against our idea really surprising good! It was on the large lawn of the hotel a wahnsinnssuper programme set up with games, an art tent and with a huge buffet. read more

    The rooms are spacious, clean and well furnished with flat-screen tv... The only auszusetzende was the near the hotel to the surrounding houses. The most rooms have a lateral sea view...

    There was a main restaurant, a snack bar by the pool and a snack bar at the beach. The ultra all- inclisuv offer is very varied, after the breakfast already at the snack bar, you can lunch not at all decide, whether at the snack bar food, or to the lunch to go. In the afternoon it then with ice cream, fresh pizza every day at 16 o'clock and coffee cake. Everything was very fresh and hot prepared, with very qualitattiven ingredients and everything was very hygienic processing. Us is also a kontrollkraft at the end the week at the bars noticed, the everything monitored. Cleanliness is ok also here the highest bidder! The kitchen style is rather nationaltypically held, on friday there was a turkish evening with exklisiv turkish cuisine, erstkklassig.

    The waiters is superb. Always very friendly, one must not for a long time the service wait, it waited everywhere waiters are required. You can german really good communicate, all waiters spoke german well. The cleaning of the rooms is super, the room is always top cleaned.

    The pool area is very generously designed. It has a swimming pool in the you your lap swimming. The best was the slide area with 6 slides, of course not only children were, because the had their own slides. To the slides was still a round flussartiger pool, with a counter was covered. We liked best that you not in the early morning to the loungers had to fight, because there were a lot of lie around the pools, on the free not built lawn, and at the sea. There were always sufficiendy still loungers free. To the sea one arrives in a couple of minutes through an underpass, the water was at the end of september still 25 degrees. The only to be followed, it is a gravel/sand beach and got deep quickly...

We were very satisfied! Everything was clean, staff helpful and friendly. The animation is however still expandable. Especially the female entertainers are bad. Enough chairs and umbrellas by the pool and beach. Great food,24 hour drinks. Music was initially a bit noisy, was however to 2 days substantially reduced. If you are on the 2. Pool, at the slides is, so you with noise from the street to be expected. The beach could be somewhat more maintained. There is better hotels, slides ok, children's entertainment not really, evening agenda there is better, various waiter are not very motivated, drinks one must almost always yourself, cleared the tables always, food was excellent, the rooms were always OK, although often the cleaning till the evening was. The hotel building is in good condition, because it in April 2012 opened. The hotel rooms are accordingly very spacious and modern. Complaints are however the very slow lifts; waiting times of 5 to 6 minutes on the lift were no rarity.     I have lots of hotels in Turkey visited, but in this hotel was the number of unfriendly barkeeper and servicefachkräften quite high. Evenings at the lobby was rarely a service to see. Complaints were always as attack and with cons answer. The staff at reception and when the mc food ( pool-restaurant) was against quite friendly, particularly the bat at the front desk and Cihan from the kitchen staff the mc food. From the foreign languages skills was mostly only English available, a few Russian and German. The room cleaning was more or less fine.

    Who no animation searches, is right at home here! The animation was very weak for a hotel of this class. The pool area is large and there were also enough chairs available. Recommendable also the water slides ( for small and large). The beach and the sea against are not recommendable. The water was dirty and after 2 meters was one already up to ones neck in it. Pebbles are abundant;-) we spent most of the time only by the pool spend. Evenings from o'clock there was the hotel's own disco in the basement or the possibility for circa 5 Euro with the animation team in the disco to Alanya drive (caution however before the drink prices in this discos). Wi-fi there were only in the lobby and with more often interruptions and slow internet speeds.

    The distance to the beach was approximately 70 meters and is reachable through an underpass. Around the hotel rum is a close busy main street, greenhouses and nothing else other. To to buy one must to Konakli ( about 3 kilometer) or to Alanya drive (about 12 kilometer ), however are the shops in Konakli very limited respectively the selection small.

    Simply great. Our family room was on the 5th floor great view. Had two rooms with 2. Flat screen on the wall. The bathroom with its regentusche a dream. It was absolutely nothing to fault.

We had a very nice holiday and have ourselves super recovered, the hotel is in a very good condition, here and there have some things be improved. The staff were always keen to help its stay make it as pleasant as possible, here, but at the language skills work. Our room in the 5th floor with a view of the sea was great, here there was nothing to complain about. Only drawback was the beach, there were still some happen especially better sun screens and umbrella stand so that the poor beach boy not the whole day concern is the ... umbrella in the sand blast, the however mostly after short time fall down again, here must urgently what geäandert are. To eat one can only say amazing, who found there nothing you can't help. We can only say all together a really amazing vacation! read more

    Gem. The brochure is supposed to be the hotel in the center of Alanya beach chairs: this is true Not, it is 20 kilometer before Alanya. But it was in the center of Alanya nor an older hotel with the same name. Distance from the airport about 2,5 hour depending on how lots of hotels be driven to. Shopping and excursion possibilities very good with the public. Transport in the best way attainable.
