Food (especially for the price vegetarians) bad, english breakfast, we would have full breakfast is. The sanitary facilities in the rooms and at pool dated. Staff are very friendly. No hiking from the hotel, only organised hikes. read more

Still have a bit more Spanish food expected, for example tapas. Includes hotels cold cuts in the morning. Not even Serrano ham eaten, because never available. I on the whole expected more. read more

To relax if you don't like to the beach it was OK. The way to the beach is very far but since the hotel can't for. Service in the very good hotel you could work on state of the hotel change however it is clean! read more

    Location Above Puerto de la Cruz, a Barranco in a very green and neat residential area and without traffic noise enjoy at night absolute peace. The alignment is N-S, which means tomorrow or evening sun in the room. Countryside views only in the direction Barranco. To old town volt P. you go about 15 minutes. Also a shuttle bus-bus-except at Sunday - regularly and takes guests to the bus station. If no car want to rent, which is the bus recommended. Fares are very cheap and the journeys are quite punctual supplies. You'll get at the bus station the 'green' diagram. The bus driver collect reluctantly. Solution: Ticket at the bus station, and the distance traveled straight to leave. Control of costs on the back of tickets. The typical large markets in the open there are not.

    Room was on the whole clean but very badly soundproofed but the beds was rather camp beds. The foldaway sofa always room was already old and worn-out. The outlets many already from the wall small small TV was available but only 2 German programs ZDF and Eurosport. but there is a really great punctual Wake-up call in the morning from 4 o'clock there are in the garden several taps available the then bet crow.

    Although a long way from the beach away but there is a bus set in several times to the center Commutes except Sundays and vacation days. possibility to shop was in approximately 500 meters distance of the small Store there 5 years ago on our first visit there has been closed. possibilities for excursions there is enough.

especially I would like to the standard kitchen notice. There was every day the same with extremely few variations. the language skills of the front desk were good, and you was very helpful with question and complaints. one positive is the quiet location of the hotel but the loudness of the building sometimes was repealed. read more

The hotel was in an outdated condition, the food was repeated daily, the cheese was inedible, on the tables attachments table cloths of paper, the table-Ware was dirty, the wine was anytime again mixed together and refilled in bottles of wine and the breakfast was English. the mattress was hard and one felt the boards in the back if you laid down. The third bed in our 3-bed-room was a retractable armchair on what sleep in impossible was. The rooms are very badly soundproofed, so that one just heard what where said. Already at 4 o'clock the faucet waked, because ... before the balcony live chickens. read more
