Safe hotel, in which you for visitors 500 Bath requires per day. Room service was good, air conditioning poor. Am because of a defective air conditioning system ill in the Switzerland returned. Tv bad, since only 2 english channels, and the rest russian and asian was. read more

The hotel is in 2 parts to evaluate. A part was renovated and ok, the 2. part where i the first night had to stay in a mildew smelling area. After requests for change, will be charged in the better area relocated. Another disadvantage would be, the hotel is in russian hand and unfortunately no respect other guests. read more

Big hotel with 16 floors 2 wings (beach wing and palm wing ), very big and inviting with several restaurants and cafes, bowling, karaoke bar, shop, massage spa, deserves a category between 3 and 4 star depending on the room. Cleanliness exemplary, very thorough and without complaints. Breakfast is inclusive and until 10 o'clock via buffet einnehmbar. Wifi is very expensive (6 hours about 9,50 Euro), but fast and reliable. Guests come to estimated 80% from Russia, to 10% from Japan, to 5% from Germany and 5% from other countries. Largely hardly wealthy guests, but more the type ' ... preisorientierter average tourists' without particularly high incomes, which you in Turkey or Egypt finds, including approximately 1/3 families, the rest spouses, hardly any singles or groups of friends. read more

    Rooms are largely renovated and will always. At the time of this assessment, the floors 15 and 16 renewed. Standard -rooms are nicely appointed, but no safe (!) , and boxes at the front desk fits perhaps the passport and the cash, but no laptop or iPad. You want a room with a safe for valuables you are forced for 10 Euro surcharge per day a deluxe room by upgrade. Deluxe rooms are with a safe and bathrobes. Both now have a bathtub and a seating area, sadly only very little storage space and closets, so that couples to get used to should be living out of your suitcase. The deluxe room is a larger tv installed. Quality of the tv channel is bad (only very few channels, no useful image thanks to a lot of snow and interference). Due to the renovation this year everything was freshly painted and new sprinkler system installed. Unfortunately the hotel is very badly soundproofed! All the rooms are with thin wooden doors to one another, so you can hear every word, if the neighbor even with a low voice phone. In the end, that is the reason, why i this hotel up to not more will book. Who party goers as neighbors or people with schnarchproblemen, will experience its blue miracle, if he hopes to rest and relaxation makes... The i from my last stay early 2011 more so in memory and think it is a very bad development who the hotel now adopted. A shame, a great shame...

    A café in the lobby, a restaurant by the pool, 2 in the house. Food not the largest selection, but edible. Unfortunately much more than in the area. Breakfast has in comparison to 2011 unfortunately extremely deteriorated. Were earlier all tables with a massive offer of warm and cold meals crowded, you now only the most necessary for selection : some fruit, 3 lukewarm simplest warm courts, bread and toast, eggs and omelets, a little cold cuts, muesli. That was it. It was very much better, dear management! For 3 stars i expect no imperial food, but you will save much at the wrong place and is unfortunately the eastern european mehrheitspublikum payable, the apparently dearest very one-sided fed (which also many contemporaries clearly can be seen...). + food is constantly fresh and tasty - selection was unacceptable and the barely tolerable - restaurants are in the umgebungsvergleich way too expensive.

    Staff is very friendly like in Thailand usual. English to communicate, german or russian virtually not at all. Unfortunately, the russians not completely understood, that it definitely isn't a world language and some germans should also think about, if you with english maybe outside Mallorca better get farther. Room cleaning completely okay. I am not with schwarzlichtbirne and white gloves on staubjagt gone, but i am absolutely nothing noticed the housekeeping overlooked could have been. + complaint was in 10 minutes, it must be. - internet for over 10 Euro for 12 hours is a complete joke. Almost all the hotels have at least in the lobby free of charge. It can't be!

    Fitness room available, but quite small and very poorly equipped. Short free weights, one machine for legs and torso, a cyclingrad. Is hardly frequented, and if then were unsavoury people in bathing suits without handtuchunterlage to the devices, and do not think it necessary for their liquid remainder on the seats to remove. Who in this hotel a certain ick factor searches, here in the gym you will definitely find. Pool is one of the huge highlights, the scenery is lovely and well presented, the water not too much chlorine and always clean. The loungers are, how should one it also differently in a mostly russian hotel, from 7 o'clock in the morning fully occupied and with towels arranged. It is therefore up to the early afternoon to the beach to go, the surprisingly quiet in spite of the infinitely many beach chairs and umbrellas. From 13-14 hours most russians also to the beach and there will be a larger number of pool-places for free. Discovered by a day always a free beach chair by the pool received. Towels in arbitrary quantity provided. + pool is a feast for the eyes and it makes incredible fun to use. + the couch surfaces are generous seats but you still never the feeling cramped - the gym is an intolerable disaster - the places by the pool not enough for the about 400 rooms

    Directly at the jomtien beach, duration to the beach about 30 seconds. Duration to the most sought after general beach about 5 minutes (a little tolerance and restraint urgently recommended, general is the gay beach section!). Distance to Pattaya about 4 kilometer (25 cents by pickup taxi). Regional airport utapao about 45 minutes away, the international airport Bangkok suvarnabhumi about 90 minutes to 2 hours depending on traffic. + location is one of the best locations in jomtien. Only the expensive resorts avalon, rabbit and wonderworld, as well as the view talay condos are closer and better positioned + taxis and opportunities of connection for small money directly on the street in front of the hotel driveway. To Bangkok airport for about 22 Euro, to Pattaya for 25 cents, wait for free dare not 2 minutes. Exemplary! + cookshops, restaurants, bars in harsh quantities in a radius of 5 minutes on foot. - at 1 o'clock here the sidewalks are upfolded, night owls it here rather hard.

Good hotel, the room was clean, linen and towels are changed more often; shampoo, soap etc. Filled up every day. The food is very good, for the breakfast huge selection. Staff only spoke english. Beach is very dirty, the water was lovely (circa 28°), unfortunately not always clean. read more

The hotel has gotten a bit old (a renovation would be good) but it is clean and tidy. The staff are attentive, to fulfill every request and constantly a friendly service. A problem bodies the windows with view of the entrance of dar. As the coaches constantly their engines running, is the through the einscheibenverglasung in the room very easy to hear. The guests are to 50% russian, 40% chinese, 10% other nations. read more

A beautiful clean central hotel, freshly renovated room, good facilities. Unfortunately very few germans, 85% russians, 10% chinese, 5% germans. Very loud, since starting from 6:00 A. M. the buses in front of the portal and motors let it run, at least 20 to 30 piece mornings. The rooms forward get the noise with. Unfortunately also in the morning at 6:00 A. M. very loud, as it is a durchgangshotel and the excursions, as well as leave early exit. The breakfast buffet more than enough and very good. The room was in good, renovated condition, only the lighting at the bed was to read too weak. The bathroom need a renovation. Breakfast is very extensive, varied and good. Lots of russians in the house. read more

The hotel is absolutely okay, not the best but certainly not a flop. Getting a bit old and the furnishings were not modern, but no reason set this to omit. It has everything worked well from check in to drive back to the airport. Very International audience but no noisy binge drinking by Russians or similar, everything pleasant guests. This is probably also due to the fact, that there was no all inclusive hotel is. The pool is very good for Entspannenen and especially also really warm with very nice atmosphere around. The center Pattaya is easy with the 10 ... Bhat taxis to reach, the directly at the hotel complex vorbeifahrn. read more

Two together related hochhaushotels with up to 16 floors and plenty of rooms. Is now partly in russian possession are. Accordingly to 80% occupancy by russians. These are discreet and there were no problem. Apart from that mixed and now and then asian travel groups. Average age is between 35-40 years. We had booked accommodation with breakfast. The breakfast buffet was rich as the lunch box for the trip. (2 mini-sandwiches, 2 mini -oranges and 0.1 litre orange juice). Apart from that more than enough and above all hot breakfast buffet. Continental breakfast was in sausage made for. Good ... salad- and obsbüfett. read more

    Ok, however without a balcony. But because of the mosquitoes in the evening not really missing. Size and furniture absolutely okay. However there was only one leihsafe at the front desk. the hotel is clean and the staff were very attentive. Disturbed to a lack of balcony and to one side of the view (a block of flats by locals its total trash from the window throw). A very bothering problem was, the allnächtlichen fireworks at the beach, until five o'clock was slammed and up end of January. read more

in general the hotel is in need of renovation, room very clean, air conditioning quite dirty, for breakfast too many warm dishes with rice and potatoes, only two types of sausage, a sharp, a sort of cheese, the really quick away, coffee the taste of rat poison, the offered Sorts of bread had all the same taste, for our stay they were guests to 95% Russians, without any behavior! For German tourist absolutely not recommendable! The guide of Neckermann absolutely incompetent. To the hotel Jomtien Palm beach so fast not again! read more

    Proximity to the beach is very good, one is in 3 minutes right on the water. Shopping and party possibilities were also in Jomtien given and the hotel only a few minutes away. A trip to pattaya takes with the taxi about 10 minutes and cost only a few euros/Baht.

It is a beautiful older very well maintained hotel. Unfortunately there is no balcony. The pool is unfortunately a bit small for the lots of people, as well as the loungers are too few. The hotel is very central, restaurants, shops, as well as bars in the immediate area. The beach is opposite only by a street separately. To Pattaya the small train. The hotel captivates with its good, central location. Breakfast is enough perfectly out. It is for each taste something in good quality. Food opportunities in the area are good and inexpensive. Something disturbing we felt as the missing balcony and the annoying beach vendors, the passed every minute to the beach chairs and wanted to sell you their stuff. But the hotel can do nothing about it. read more

Hotel OK, breakfast OK before starting from eight o'clock in a cafeteria with all the russians very much unrest at breakfast, everything was OK during the day and in the evening also. Beach directly in front of the hotel rather bad about 400 m rechtts where it also beach chairs were all OK, room older decor, but OK for us in the room was the cleaning not OK 16 floor hair from the previous guests in the bathroom lay around, my brother-in-law 18 floor everything was great, plenty of bar # s, very nice, also the ladyboys.35 °C bareable. ... on the rooms were allowed to smoke. I would select a hotel with balcony and where wenniger russians zuerwarten -. Not recommendable hotel for children. read more

Class holiday. In the hotel everything was perfect. Staff are friendly and helpful. The decor is in a good, attractive condition. I was Pleasantly surprised. Cleanliness is capitalized here. In the area for each what it is. Lively, and also quieter bars, Restaurants, massage etc. beach is just across the road. The many Traders can also nerves a while, on the other hand, it was also interesting and sometimes funny. I would go here again on each case. read more
