Nice hotel in a peaceful location with some exceptions: - breakfast buffet was already around half nine (although breakfast until 10:00 o'clock offered) emptied. On our request after a croissant was answered to us: the croissants are gone as a bus- Group already at breakfast. Apart from that the rest was only on demand refilled. - half board you should immediately book, because if one only with prior says, you want half board instead of breakfast, then suddenly the double price will be charged (rip-off) Because of this events the hotel we can unfortunately not recommend. read more

As deal we were about the friendliness and professionalism the hotel management enthusiastic. Is just right here Everything: service, cleanliness of the room respectively of the hotel and very personal care of the guests. A beautiful, fairly new effective hotel, run by brother and sister, the in every aspect around the welfare of their guests effort. We wanted to go to our beach vacation in Bibione still some days in the Dolomites hiking and did this in the beautiful Gsiesertal done. There is at the hotel just nothing to fault, really clean, super nice, excellent food, every evening 4 course (stars suspicious) and a very idyllic, very quiet, somewhat raised location in Gsiesertal in Pichl. The rooms are wonderful designed and the bathroom with heated floors was more than pleasant! We had a ' ... Sonnblickzimmer ', there is also the forest and tower room. Very good excursions, by foot, via car, per bicycle or by bus. A bus stop is down on the road through the valley. For example for 1.50 Euro at the highest quality St.Magdalena and from there go the most hikes los. In the hotel folders with hiking and excursions from, the on request expressions can. The hotel has a beautiful terrace with view to the valley and the comfortable hotel bar you can evenings its nightcap enjoy. If something was missing, then maybe a small wellness area, where you in case of bad weather or strenuous hike unhitch could. Apart from that. 100% recommendable. read more

Our stay in the hotel Gschwendt was in all relations optimal. The house is in magnificent condition. A family run, as it rarely finds. Praiseworthy is the traditional kitchen and the friendly staff. Room and remaining spaces are always clean and maintained daily. read more

The owners are very hard their hotel and are also very nice, but it is in terms of service and food nowadays more its customers satisfied! Because we in 5 until 6 times in the short break are, I think I know what I am talking about! read more

Excellent kitchen, friendly service, clean rooms, very scenic location, good starting point for bike tours ( for example from Dobbiaco on Cortina after Calalzo -from Cimabanche pass 52 kilometer on age line always downward through tunnels and over spectacular viaducts and evenings by bus back or on the Drau bike trail of toblach to Lienz. ) and mountain tours in all degrees of difficulty in Dolomites. Value for money top! The operator-Pair of siblings made a great job. read more

The Pair of Siblings, as well as the staff are very friendly, willing to help and courteous. Us each desire was read off from the eyes. The half-board menu was diverse and excellence. Star experience! Breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired. Egg dishes for each guest individually freshly prepared. The rooms are very comfortable and tastefully decorated. We had a wonderful vacation and will definitely come again. The hotel and Gsiesertal are simply worth a trip. read more

    Our very clean room was small, but it was comfortable and it was everything available, that you need. There was even a small balcony with furniture. Should be emphasized a very functional eingeteilter closet with enough clothes-hangers-no discarded hotchpotch of Billigbügeln. Also a wardrobe with Schuhschale bafand itself in the entrance area.

    The cuisine was excellent, varied and volume very adequate. You could also still a 'consulting' get. If you had special requests, they were promptly and without difficulties met. The wine cellar was very good wines stocked.

The biathlon world Cup in antholz we were. The hotel is about 25 minute of antholz and about 30 minute from kronplatz and is located in a very quiet valley with mountains and wild Roma rallies great nature. The house offers a three star very solid and is in a very clean, well-kept condition. For skiing would probably closer to the skiing we want, but to relax in the wonderful nature a nice alternative. read more
