We were four persons and had three nights with half board in two double rooms booked. After we us then but many of the reviews read had, we drove with mixed feelings going on.
Around it but just at the start to write, these fears have been in no measure to confirmed. Almost all points of criticism, with exception the small hotel parking, after our criteria completely groundless.
The rooms are in the meantime renovated and really well equipped. We did not loose wallpaper, still mold in the shower, or else anything negative. Through our initial our fears on everything ... anyway especially respected. Now is what really negative. The building has three floors with elevator, staircase and a basement, in which the sauna is. And 'a' step of the stairway, is really a sloppy job in 20 centimeter torn, wow.
But now back to review. The rooms are as already described, great. We found for example a flat screen (lcd) with integrated dvd player, kettle with tea to brew, a non-alcoholic drinks filled mini bar (is the actually always inclusive?), as well as a hair dryer and various washing and shower gels in the bathroom for. We have a few pictures done, look at it you simply to. The employees were all very nice and helpful! From our four group someone had birthday and we ordered for breakfast a bouquet with piccolos sparkling wine, as well as a festive set table. All our wishes were great implemented, thanks again!
The breakfast buffet is really worth seeing and the criticism of the decor of the breakfast room ovelooking is completely absurd.
10 meters in front of the hotel, only by a stream separately, is the restaurant. The hotel's restaurant has a rather simple decor, but the food was all first cream. It was rich, varied and creatively arranged, as well as very tasty.
Remains the sauna facilities. A couples has one evening the sauna visited. There are two saunas available (dry, wet)! Which is, that the sauna a bit small is. If there 4 paare sauna want, is the capacity. But this can be offset by at the front desk receivable bathrobes, towels in every size in sauna area, free alcohol drinks in the sauna area and a very clean, stylish overall concept.
It occurs to me point of criticism my is pretty good one. A had written, that the driving cars on the nearby highway by the sound of the stream at the hotel a little waves are. This may be true, it is however so, that half bad harzburg and half of all hotels, this street in a valley on. Where should you also otherwise langführen.
This hotel we could without doubts to further-recommend. We were prejudiced, in our vacation everything with argusaugen observed and a (much ) better informeth. It is completely incomprehensible, as some hotel guests such absolute details at fault, so able to reinforce.
It was' four ' a need, our great weekend in this beautiful hotel with the great food, here to bring!

Good, clean hotel.
Ideal location, if you the thermal spring in bad harzburg more often to visit would like: a small walk through the park and you're there.

We had for our stay a very nice, freshly renovated, very clean and cozy room with free mini bar (refilled ), flat screen, good mattresses and a small, but fine bathroom. We would definitely recommendable and even again.
The staff were consistently friendly and competent! It was reported, that the whole hotel gradually newly renovated is.
The breakfast was very tasty, the waiters attentive. read more

My feeling a three stars hotel. Breakfast in the hotel was good, the food in the adjoining dining (extra house ) not recommendable. The no christmas meal was offered in this food was a disaster, the gänsebrut was the zäheste piece of meat, that i have ever on the plate had. A dinner one day before moving on imbissniveau.
The hotel recruits large, with its spa services. The spa area consisted of a sauna area for 4 people. The led to bottlenecks. For a 22 room hotel too small.
As the outstanding (public) brine thermal bath not far away was ..., and it is in bad harzburg also some very good gastronomieberiebe gave, we could our vacation but to our satisfaction make. We were glad, only overnight stay with breakfast posted to have. read more

The breakfast buffet is good and rich.
The seats in the breakfast room you should better a sitzunterlage to have not his clothes einzusauen.

The hotel is difficult to find, as it is in the pedestrian zone, and a narrow entrance (for larger vehicles) to the parking lot to deal with. The car park is very tight and it is not every guest the possibility to park for your vehicle. It gives over all parking but are liable to pay the costs.
We had a nice spacious room with balcony on the quiet side of the hotel. At the front there is a small stream. read more

It must be very different room in this hotel give if I reviews read here, our room was although it is very spacious but in very bad condition. The apparently ancient Wallpaper came from the wall and had numerous Scheuerspuren, they in the bathroom ( altogether borderline) corrugated already, everything really old. The staff against tried really hard and was very friendly, for our offer included massages we got immediately an appointment, the 'basket'-) and the mini-bottle of champagne were somewhat shirt-sleeved but well intentioned. The sauna area was small but very nicely done, we have unfortunately not use ... it. Breakfast is really good and in the breakfast room we felt comfortable. For the paid price was still reasonable, but with four-star standard the hotel has m. M. After not lots to do. read more

The value for money in this hotel was great. We were greeted by friendly staff always very accommodating served. The booking with the eBay coupon worked as always very good.
We got a very beautiful room with a beautiful Oriel.
The bathroom is in the proportion the room very small.
The spa area was very beautiful and comfortable furnished, unfortunately the Finnish sauna not true, there were merely 45 degrees and this could for the 2. of the day fixed be.
The breakfast was very good-with everything to four star hotel heard.
The restaurant was always empty, can be, that it was closed-we have gone eat.
The Cosmetics treatment, in our case a foot massage with footbath was very ... good-at this point praise to the Beautician, Mrs Singer -
Great is the free Wi-Fi-i used.
Directly in front of the hotel you could wonderful small hikes for Molkenhaus (4.0 kilometer) or Rabenklippe (4.5 kilometer ) undertake-also a bit further hikes, as the row -water fall or to Brocken are of course possible.
We had luckily also kaiserwetter-so stay in every aspect was perfect!

Our room was a narrow hose, the beds had no space next to each other, but in a row. The actual fridge in the room was broken, for a other fridge there was. This was so loud, sleep was difficult. All felt 5 minutes it jumped in, ran a couple of minutes and bubbled up more minutes after. Then was short peace and the game went from the front of the hotel Los. We had it had, but then thawed it so fast, that the floor wet. So we have again put in had. In addition the hotel was very ... badly soundproofed, so you every guest the stairs and descent could hear.
For breakfast there was only bread and roll places. Also the choice of cheese and sausage was poor. This corresponded definitely not a four-star hotel, probably three.

There are a lot of possibilities for excursions and Bad Harzburg is very beautifully built with many flowers and a large park.

We ended up with a Internetauktion a very low coupon for this hotel. The value for money is great. On a pedestrian precinct and a small bridge you get to the hotel. Back the hotel is located a small parking with about 10-12 spaces. We had never problems a parking to get. The check in ran smooth. The ladies at the front desk were always friendly. We had a double room with balcony overlooking the spa gardens back the hotel. The furniture our room has the best years back itself. Nevertheless everything was clean. The bathroom seemed very well maintained. ... The minibar (free of charge) was always filled with water (with or without carbonation) and various juices, as well as Chocolate and pretzel sticks. The breakfast was very rich. There were different rolls and bread, sausage, cheese, marmelade, fruit, scrambled egg, Bacon, muesli, yoghurt and so on. There was something for every taste. The dining room was always clean and tidy. The staff very friendly. The saunaand wellness area is located in and is relatively small. There is a' normal' sauna and a steam bath. In the peace area are only four chairs. The jacuzzi and solarium is available at price used to be. In our Voucher was a foot massage costs. This was very good. Next to the hotel is one of the main shopping streets, as well as the restaurant 'Alberts corner'. Very recommendable! It was a successful short break in a beautiful, small hotel. If you don't problems with a older decor, is right at home here. read more

Great and clean hotel! Parking spaces are enough available. Check-in, check-out went smoothly. Very friendly! We had a double room with balcony and view of the park behind the hotel. Everything was clean.
The breakfast was very rich, however everyday the same, nevertheless delicious! The dining room was always clean and neat. Of the sauna- and spa in the basement and is relatively small. There were purchase possibilities enough. The next open was minutes by car away. As had a wonderful short vacation. read more
