I was on business in Brazil and have only a night holiday in the hotel Bella Italia spent, but I felt very comfortable and the hotel unlimited we recommend it. In the evening check-in the staff spoke at the front desk very good English, I was accommodating and my luggage to the room immediately brought. The room was clean and very nicely furnished, there was even a small balcony, air conditioning and Internet connection (wireless) worked well. The bathroom was very clean and spacious. The pool was small, but also clean and there was a room with fitness equipment. The ... via e-mail with the hotel agreed early morning wellnesseinheit transfer to the airport worked fine; the check-out shortly before four o'clock in the morning it was front desk but with a non-English-speaking lady occupied, my lack of Spanish language skills were sufficient but for a communication. The breakfast buffet looked excellent from, unfortunately, because of the early flew little time to enjoy it; the tables were very well maintained with tablecloths and even Cloth napkins set, the choice of food was large, the employee friendly I would again at any time in this hotel stay! read more

We were supposed to stay at this hotel from Nov.17-19, but because of emergency surgery we had to stay till Nov. 29. My husband arrived at the hotel with a severe stomach ache. We asked the staff to recommend a doctor. They did, and made an appointment for us. My husband was admitted that night for emergency surgery and spent the rest of our holiday in the hospital.
The hospital was appr. 10 min from the hotel.
The compassion, care and support of the hotel staff was excellent. They tried to help in any way possible, by lowering the ... room rate, arranging for transportation to and from hospital (for a reduced rate), letting me use the internet. They made sure there was a plate of food in the room every night. One staff member even went to visit my husband in hospital.
The manager helped by taking us to a pharmacy to pick up medication after my husband was released from hospital. As a special present, the manager arranged for my husband to see the Iguacu Falls by helicopter.
The hotel room was excellent. It was clean and quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable.
The breakfast buffet was amazing, as was the Italien night buffet dinner.
The hotel is about 1/2 hr. from the airport and the falls. There is always transportation readily available for anywhere you want to go. read more

Breakfast is one of the most delicious I have ever seen, there is a lot of itens.
About the rooms: very clean, well equipped, but too small, old and dark. The staff is really atencious and the travel agency at the reception helped me a lot, charging fare rates. read more
