We will definitely come back again. Great hotel with really nice staff and that, although we have been to end of the season drove. Food and drinks super and sufficient, all inclusive is recommendable. Great location, there directly at the beach... All in all a great stay, unfortunately way too short! read more

The hotel was at the beginning of the 80. Years built. It is therefore ageing. In the hallways, the carpet was very stained and partly broken. It becomes a weekly basis with kärcher -machines cleaned, but the stains are too strong. Also in rooms in upper floors is partially the old carpet. The rooms are renovated and attractive, the bathrooms however antique, but functional. Unfortunately the balkonbrüstungen so high, that one in sitting not could see (concerns main building) and the sea therefore not can be seen. Unfortunately the main building with about rooms only 3 elevators, so that waiting ... times factor must. read more

We were as a couple 1 week in this hotel. Had to the room change, as the bathtub the 'break' very nearby was generally dirty (everywhere hair in the room, although actually cleaned would be.) TV worked after each visit the cleaning lady not more. The hotel owns on 3 lifts - for 8 floors-therefore very long waiting periods. The food in the buffet-restaurants is almost the same every evening. Staff in the restaurant unfriendly-plates were fallen from the table torn. Tablecloths were not changed, it was very dirty!
The only good thing at the hotel was, someone at ... the front desk German spoken has.
The hotel is no 4 * ( country category) value-if at all tight 3 *!

For a seaside holiday ideal. Really nice and hard-working staff. Beach and sea really clean, Respect rock! Bathing shoe are meaningful.
Despite the high g��steaufkommens there was always enough capacity at the beach, in the restaurant, at the bars.
Too many Russian and English guests. Good animation in the evening.
Good bus connection to Rodes City.
Definitely book a room with a sea view! It is worthwhile!
Only drawback in the room the bathroom was. There must urgently modernised, because schwarzschimmlige joints and a rusty shower head, a durchgerostetes drain grate in the floor, a loose mirror file with toilet ... paper blocked, should not a standard for a Greek four star hotel his, that makes the new cRISP shower curtain not worth it! read more

On the whole we were satisfied! The hotel itself is super however not in the peak season recommendable, there simply too lots of guests fit in there (about 2,300) and the buffet way too small is. We were in May and it was somewhat annoying. The women at the front desk are very friendly 'top' the lady at the pool bar very slow! The cleaning forces were quick, tidy and very friendly. The chairs on the beach cost 3 Euro per couch, pure rip-off! The entertainment left to desire. We are 22 & 23 years old and were partly ... at 23 o'clock in the bed, because in the hotel anything exciting happens is, except for some animation for the kids. The next bar in the also what 'loosely' is, is approximately 3km far away so in Faliraki, about 45 minutes hike or 10 minutes bus ride. However the last bus at 23 o'clock back. There is also the possibility with the taxi drive (5 Euro) Directly opposite the hotel is the water park, 20 Euro entry. Is worth seeing:-) Rhodes old town is also worth seeing, no question. If you a relaxing vacation want to have, the hotel is exactly the right thing. Nothing for night people;-) lots of shops for shopping, action is difficult! So it is OK read more

Our conclusion to this hotel: No four stars! Positive is the location of the hotel complex, direct access to the beach with lots of beach chairs and sunshades which costs €per day six, also very many umbrellas by the pool chairs (free of charge) with, all in a very well-kept park-like grounds. The sea is crystal clear and azure, simply fantastic, the beach was made up of sand and pebbles, the guests, consisting of about 70% Russians, some Englishmen, Dutchmen, Italians and Germans. We would like to the 70% remembered.! The breakfast and dinner were eaten in the restaurant ..., unfortunately without any attention of the staff to the guests, it was only present. The icing on the cake was the lunch, conceivable in a cafeteria similar room, with plastic plates, plastic cups as well as, the food Luke warm to cold, and should be the four stars, never! Nearby but there are very good taverns, the good food, which we used. The evening shows were very good the animation team, just great! Just a word to the proximity to the airport, no aircraft noise to be heard. Had a beautiful vacation with super weather and made the best of it! read more

Positive: the staff was very friendly and helpful. Negative: the overall decor of the hotel is worn and in need of renovation to a large extent. This is particularly true of the bath and mountings to, but also on furniture, carpets, ceilings, defective technology, inter alia, drinks were served in non-returnable plastic cups, wine and cocktails-good for those pool area and beach, but an impertinence. There were no towels for those beach. The four stars are not more justified, not more than three stars. read more

The hotel is in a condition in need of renovation, old worn floors, the shower with black mold... The fresh bed and towels had stains most of the time. Safe for those calling the hotel three, 50 Euro per day, the product until now the most expensive... The staff are very friendly and helpful. The entertainment team did a good program, and is also very friendly. read more

The hotel complex is dated, in the bathroom, especially at the joints of the shower had black mould formed, the same goes for the drain of the main pool. The complex, particularly the grünflachen are neglected, contrary to the pictures in the catalog/internet are the green areas at the pools also not more green, but completely dried out.

we are 47 and 53 years as a family and had our 17 year old daughter with our travel time was from 18 September 2011 bis25.9.2011 the hotel is shabby but clean. food was sadly a bit uniform. The restaurants and bars near the hotel. wonderful in the pool but the water was very cool. all inclusive offer was good. the hotel with three stars would be correct. Entertainment was also not particularly but we personally with no value. For us it was a relaxing vacation. read more

The cleanliness of the rooms especially in the bathroom left a lot to be desired. If one the drains in the shower or shower look at them, you would prefer to leave this hotel, because a as the full disgust kicks in. This has nothing to do with a four stars hotel. As I have already seen better three star hotels, where the rooms/bathroom were cleaner as in this hotel. Based on the cleanliness, I would recommend this hotel to anyone, it is no worth four stars. read more

the rooms are a disaster. Staff does not speak German. Eating and drinking -Plastic cups. For children very many nglich computer course, of course only against payment. I will recommend this property to anyone. read more

I would never book this hotel again. We arrived in the room and we were just disappointed. The bathroom was rusty and turned out great not inviting at all. Furthermore, the water didn't work and we could not turn shower both. The carpet throughout the hotel needs to be removed. The beach chairs at the pool every day as well as at eight o'clock is risking everything occupied and at the buffet there was a huge fight. Much too little space at the restaurant! The food wasn't bad, especially the Greek food was really good. One had however the feeling ... at the buffet, the people would have to go hungry, because every day stormed the buffet everything. I really ashamed. That was in my opinion also, because there is always only one restaurant was open, otherwise it would have been much better distributed. The lunch buffet was really good, you have to really say! Always something alternation and grilled! Conclusion: I would definitely not stay at this hotel. I stayed at the Louis, including five years ago and it was a bit SOS better. read more

We were a couple + 2y. old son there. Originally we wanted to discover the Rhodes island with a rented car, but we became that much embraced of the atmosphere of the hotel, that we just used its offer and did not move away from the hotel area, but to visit the Water Prk next door (10 min. walk). It was just pleasant to start the day on the beach, hide ourselves in the shadow of the trees or bar / restaurant surroundings, use the children´s area etc. As we did not want to leave our son, we did not ... enjoy the after dark animation / night shows. We have to confess, that the hotel is not any new one anymore, but it is not the key for having a pleasant rest there. The international animation team is really professional and friendly. The food was very well. Do not expect any expensive deli, but you do not get bored, for sure. We missed a bit a possibility to walk from / to the ground floor to / the "-1" (the seaside / restaurant floor) with a kids´s trolley, we had to use the lift or walk through the hotel surroundings. No issue at all if we did not have the small vehicle. read more
