We were already for 4. times around the same time in this hotel. The vacation begins at the front desk. The hotel is very attractive and the staff from the maids to to the front desk very friendly. The food is also very good and diverse, there is lots of regular guests, which one regularly every year again sees. Whoever is looking for rest and relaxation, can find them here in any case. We will next year end of September come back to this hotel. read more

Original, well located hotel with very friendly staff. Food (diner) but after international criterion moderate, very monotonous, fatty, food often overcooked, meat almost always tough, cheese buffet not available, dessert buffet ok. Beach respectively baden by in the water this sharp rocks with a bit of caution. read more

A top hotel with excellent service and unwahrschein friendly employees. The hotel left nothing to be desired, only one should rather in September have a vacation there. Middle to end of October the evening under haltungsprogramm unfortunately only in slimmed-down form. Apart from that we would in any case the amirandes again. read more

Excellent hotel with a excellent kitchen and very friendly staff. Altogether a great stay. Only drawback are the costs for example for food and drinks by the pool and perhaps after the cleanliness of the beach area, not more directly to the hotel belongs. The hotel lies in the entry lane at the airport Heraklion, but not so bad. read more

    The room was brilliant and always clean! The size of the room was medium to large. It had a flatscreen tv with dvd device (even in the bathroom one had a tv), mini bar, kettle, safe, telephone, balcony)

    The service is brilliant! The wishes from the eyes. The staff are always friendly and helpful partly you could speak german to, but also in english, this is not a problem! The rooms were always cleaned, even late at night! It was always clean and neat! If one had complaints, they are so quickly as possible repaired!

First of all: the complex is really spectacular, the expectations from the brochure were quite satisfied. Very clean. We had with airtours ( TUI) booked half board. Breakfast and dinner buffet were rich, varied and good. Gourmet but you should not expect. In South Tyrol you eat in four star hotel better. The theme restaurants ( japanese, Italian, greek) were from the guests little used. We were ledigilich ate at the japanese, as the buffet restaurant was already closed. The when we took the sushi man at home much better! For children there was a lunch buffet. We found it ... a little ridiculous, that the adults there not also could eat. You only the children fed and had then - very expensive! - afterwards even a order lunch, if you don't to evenings persevere wanted. Alternative does not exist, there in the hotel area absolutely nothing is. Guest structure: many couples, but also families with small children and also older persons. Rather lots of russians, the however also not better or worse behavior as German tourists. Very good service, you hard-working really always, the guests to fulfill every wish. Very unobtrusive child-friendly, without that everything around the small stage! read more

    We had a family suite without pool ( there is also private pool) and view of the sea. This was average, however clearly too small! The two beds were merely by a frosted glass sliding door from the bedroom separate. So if you evenings in the parents room light on, the cots were also lit... It is not much in the room, but also storage room and bathroom were way too small.

    1 main restaurant ( buffet) and 3 theme restaurants ( greek, Italian, japanese). We were always in the buffet restaurant ( because of the kids), 1 the japanese (we didn't like). Dishes altogether good, but not outstanding (see above). Cleanliness/ hygiene top, price but unfortunately also.

    In short: there was actually everything, included the real and not show child-friendliness. German, Russian (we are bilingual), English-you could always help and tried really hard, to fulfill every request. Cleaning of the rooms very thorough. Laundry expensive (we had to unfortunately 2 time), babysitter good, but also very expensive (25 Euro per hour). In the 'grecoland' there was during the day also child care free (from 3 years old), the but we didn't use it.

    Offered golf-taster courses, tennis courts ( however against an extra charge, which in the room price actually it is not understandable). Pool top ( see above), also hotel's own beach, although not great was, but by the offering a clear view size very' informal'. We were too many at the beach. Much we didn't need more, since our scope because of the no children (2 and 4 years) was quite limited.

    Location right next to own hotel beach. The complex is still quite manageable, so that it at the beach pleasant well arranged and not at all crowded. Not very fine powder sand, but ok. No especially attractive setting/countryside. Great pool, real luxury. Pool bar good, but expensive. Purchase- and entertainment possibilities within walking distance was missing. We were because of the small children not much by car on the way. But also iraklion and next, large city (about 30 minutes travel time) was nothing special pleased. The hotel lies in the entry lane at the airport from iraklion. Überraschenderwesie the nothing special disturbed; the rooms are great soundproofed and our small son even always looking forward to it, if he again a plane was.

The hotel has a wonderful architecture, recreated the labyrinth at Knossos. If it is hot is fantastic outdoor dining, shopping options near several watercourses is a pleasant climate. The staff are very friendly and attentive, complained about not unusual requests, tried everything to make our stay an enjoyable one. Buffet food was very good, we prefer statutory food, which was also possible, but quite expensive. We would stay at this hotel again at any time, you felt comfortable in total. read more

the complex is wonderful and is reminiscent of an old minoan palace. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We were greeted with a breakfast in our room welcomed! The rooms category was revalued. We relaxed in the short time very well, which was a nice hotel. The area around the hotel is not so nice, but for a short break it didn't bother us. read more

Great area, very attractive with good architecture, the guest structure well mixed, very good atmosphere, everything goes with peace and quiet, without bustle, a place to relax looking for peace, if you're in the wrong place hustle and bustle, very good food, friendly staff, very helpful. The hotel is located under the approach route Mango, we didn't find disturbing. We were the second. stay at this hotel and will book this hotel again and it is safe worth a recommendation. read more

In short: Relaxation & top! The staff", was distinguished in Austrian-Mediterranean warmth and professionalism and tried to the holiday really for every guest and to make this a perfect martini/meet. A top hotel, the everything holds, what it promises. No desire remained unfulfilled! Only shortcoming perhaps, the beverage prices are quite steep. But apart from that we could this hotel highly recommend. read more

Honeymoon a delight and the baby. Super service, super friendly, a bit expensive but it it is worthwhile. The only manktum: baby pool in the middle of the sun without a centimeter shade. In July impossible for a baby swimming. Otherwise... We'll be back! read more
