We are the 7. time been in this hotel, the last time three years ago. It was all very good and our son,14 years, I would like also next year have a vacation there. The hospitality and the cleanliness of the hotel we were again very satisfied. The staff members were always make an effort, it quite for all to make. What after a long season also yet in October managed, they were always ready for fun. The food was really delicious and very varied, the beach always clean and also the sea, that is, because at the beach ... many pebbles are and the water thus not boisterous is. We were lucky and have in the sea directly at the barrier a dolphin seen. That was already a highlight. The sea falls but also very fast very steep, small children can not. But for the a great pool area with also slides. For the older is a great slide area since, for lots of fun.
Entertainment program for the teens was good, you were always in the decision, what will be made, involved. Sport program was diverse. Banana boat was quite expensive, 8 €is really a number, parasailing was also offered, and you can get a test hour the surfing make. Good there are shops in the shopping area, the only a couple of steps away from the hotel is, you could easily bargain. I believe, our next holiday we will stay at the Palm Garden spend! Which is still worth mentioning, that the hotel very fauf the environment respects, with many umweltkampanien, on the guests be informed. ( for example there is no disposable towels more on the toilets, then is declared, the paper xxx needs years, until it passes and so on) also are boxes ready, in which the cover of the water bottles for disabled people geammelt are. Otherwise hang large posters in the garden area from, on which is shown, how long it takes, to the various commodities offences, which is very interesting and you can also children good clear. read more

A dream holiday to us! The hotel is very well-kept and beautiful, with many palms and plants. The complete staff deserves for its friendliness, willingness to help and effort big praise and our greatest respect! Our room was always very clean and the beds lovingly decorated. Cleanliness is everywhere large writing we felt pudelwohl! At the pool and sea you get at any time of the day a beach chair! The food variety is enormous and diverse. It is an art, for such lots of people so delicious to cook! The service staff was very friendly, attentive and very fast. ... A big thank you at this point at Ömür Yildiz!
We were welcomed warmly and adopted, thank you for the lovely time with you!

The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff were friendly and nice. The area in front of the hotel is not very nice and worth seeing. The food and drinks are good and sufficient. In a older review I read ' better than magic life'. We cannot agree to this. Magic life is a class better. The beach is modest. Roughly kieselig. Bathing shoe are recommendable. To the sporting activities: the mini golf course could be better maintained. It would also be great, if the rackets for hire /tennis not already broken and bent would be. The disco is very ... small ( capacity circa 50 persons). The entertainment stage is anyway not really nice location. in the dining room and in the snack bar one could with the clearing and cleaning of the tables faster. A large radix complement, I must the hotel make. Although the hotel 3 days after our departure was closed, at the service and offer in absolutely no way suffered. Because of the many almost exclusively positive reviews we chose for our 1. holiday in turkey this hotel. We were already in many other destinations (far, funds and close) and so good comparison set up. Unfortunately have our expectations not met and phrases such as' once Turkey - always Turkey. ', or ' there are nowhere better service. ' we can unfortunately not widergeben. Because of the described below servicemängel we would this hotel no 2 time choose. We have already much better hotels experienced (same category) and effusive reviews not understand.
As particularly positive we found in the Iberotel ... Palm garden:
And very nice and tidy garden area.
And very good and varied food.
And environmental protection in the hotel we'have never experienced better. ( however hear this outside of the hotel -there is everywhere trash. )
Negative to point out are in our opinion especially adopted aspects:
- the tables in the restaurant cleared, but the tablecloths are dirty and are on the same evening not changed. You just have to the adapt the previous guests in the hotel.
- the service staff in the restaurant are constantly with their cell phones busy and it seemed for us often so, as if they didn't like their jobs.
- evenings one had bad luck, if you have a 2. drinks wanted, the waiter came simply not again. Clearing a other, but either only plates or just glasses aggressively wiping down earlier. That was it. No matter wether the plates stack, who only glasses aggressively wiping down earlier, is just the. Looks service from?
- the cleaning of the rooms included linen is room for improvements! We had several dirty and tattered bed sheets, blankets and towels. This is a 4, five star hotel simply not. Twice we had somewhat undefinable (bloody?) At the bed sheets stick, once was the whole short side of the newly obtained (!) Kopfkissens so heavily stained, what we really disgusting. At the front desk they apologized for the, as we have said, and on the next day our bed but nicely decorated, but something like that shouldn't happen.
- in the hotel there is a ' katzenrestaurant ' in the garden. Many holidaymakers umhegen in addition the cats. The lures the animals of course. During our stay had even evenings in the restaurant cats on the chairs taken a seat. On the chairs in the garden they were also. katzenhaarallergiker can then be grateful. We have spoken about this and could afterwards also once observed, such as the cats at the entrance of the restaurant again turned out were. We have nothing against cats, but you belong just not in a restaurant this category.

We were our 7-year-old son for one week in this beautifully in a palm trees garden nearby hotel. Since this better in the pool swims as in the sea, for us it was not, that the beach only out of stones. The pool is incredibly large and offers have fun. The slides are also for adults very suitable. The family room with extra separated children's room was always clean and very peaceful. The staff are extremely child-friendly. A highlight are the small cats in the club, for the a cats-café and which always enough to devour have. The sports possibilities ... in the ausdauerbereich are rather limited. A blind against sunlight have been helpful. We can recommend this hotel without any reservations and will definitely come back another time. read more

Really great hotel. The food: amazing... Every evening another motto.
There are 2 theme restaurants ( turkish, Italian) of the turkish test. Also very good.
Unfortunately, the mini-golf and chess not lit, in October it will be dark early. So you could have been a round Midget golf before the food can play. Was however also not bad :-)
Only friendly staff and everywhere it is clean. Nice, that you at the beach not by traders harassed.

We made to 2 time holiday in Turkey and again not disappointed. On the contrary, it was a wonderful vacation, it simply nothing to moan about was. The Iberotel palmgarden has its good reviews more than earned; the great service begins at the check-in and ends whilst checking out! Just great; thank you for everything and keep it up. We had a family room, where both rooms large and sufficiently equipped were. The toilet is the bathroom separated, what was an advantage. The whole hotel area including the restaurants, pool area etc. Is just lovely. The beach is not very ... nice, but ok. The water was wonderfully warm, much warmer than in the pool. The sand is just unfortunately somewhat pebbly, but it works. In any case we could quiet conscience of this family hotel ( anyway ) but also for pensioners and couples, the ' lively -informal' love, recommend it. read more

Everything the size of the hotel leaves nothing to be desired, rooms are big and spacious, we had a normal double room with a beistellcouch for the two friend who travelled with us teenagers aged 13 and 14 years, for us it was enough.
Cleanliness good, excellent food - there is nothing but nothing to moan about. The guest structure very good, mostly german, average age between 25 and 50, isolated also a few older couples, in the lots of children didn't bother us.
It is a mostly nice weather hotel, for bad rainy days not laid out. For teenagers ..., a bit more to be done, there is missing from the side the entertainment what. read more
