Relatively big room, facilities was alright. In the bathroom, the tubs be changed. Safe could at the front desk rent.

A main restaurant and a by the pool, in our opinion was the local food was okay, you have always found something and is full.

Everyone was very friendly, you could easily communicate in german, cleaning of the room was done well.

Great beach, the cushions you had to pay extra. Entertainers very pleasant and not pushy at all. The salesmen at the beach were very persistent ☺

Neat house, approximately 300 rooms, very clean, someone was always cleaning. We had all-inclusive, are always full. Unfortunately, we got through chance, that the hotel nor during our stay closes. We had of 13.-27,10. Booked, the hotel was on 23. closed, on demand at the front desk we could but the sunday in a approximately 500 meters distant Hotel El Mouradi, what 5 stars should be, to move. So a week three stars and a week 5 stars for the same price. This hotel we rate but extra. We would stay at the cap mahdia we could have stayed longer and would have ourselves 2 times pack your bags saved.

Next to very nice beach, about 1.5 h away from the airport, in front of the hotel a small shop with fixed prices, where one got everything, which one needed.

The rooms were clean and by the size ok. The bed was the best. It was only 1.40 meters wide! And the in a double room. ( no budget room! )

At the bar there were several different drinks not refilled. One evening there was for example no anisschaps, no Brandy and no Gin more. At the breakfast buffet were cheese and cold meats are not filled up: also not after a waiter had pointed out. The same for yogurt.

The reception staff was very friendly. The bell boy, however, looked, whether the tips, what he got enough. The rooms were cleaned really well! Waiters in the restaurant were unfriendly.

Entertainers were not intrusive and it was enough also in the evening available. The pool was alright. The toilets were impossible. They were really dirty and there was missing for example on the women's restroom the toilet seat. The plastic chairs were partly broken and the ratanstühlen looked the nails on the armrests out.

We had the hotel due to the positive reviews from 14 october to 28-10-2012 booked. On 18 october we learned that the hotel on 23 october would close. ( in the middle in our vacation) it had the directorate of the hotel at short notice decided! We found impossible. So we were into another hotel bundled!

For a beach holiday and to relax it is okay. Unfortunately, we had the bad luck, the the beach and the water because of from algae all days not clean were.

Size of the room complete approximately 25 meters², approximately 6 meters² suite toilet, ( no hair dryer) approximately 16 meters² bedroom 2 beds 1 extra bed, 1 chair, 2 closets, 2 bedside tables, tv ( ZDF, RTL, Austria satellite ), approximately 3 meters² balcony with 2 plastic chairs and 1 table. Air conditioning, telephone. Safe there is only in the lobby. For a fee there was a small fridge. Condition of the room was the age good.

1 restaurant in the main building and 2 nebenrestaurante next to the pool area, but only one was used. 3 bars- hotel bar, pool bar and a small beach bar. Cleaning and hygiene in the restaurant, was because of the staff not always the best. To rush hours one had often no seats get. Quality of the food and drinks were good. The quantity was because of the staff not always given (empty coffee machines, vending machines were mostly empty, not sufficient pastries, etc.). Kitchen style was mostly typical of the country, but also many German food was for offer. The layout of the buffet should be revised, often long waiting periods.

The staff were very also without tip Nice friendly and helpful. Majority of the staff understood German, french, Italian etc.. Room was (except for once ) cleaned daily. On complaints respectively parking problems were immediately reagiert. Child care was open daily from 10 am -12 pm, and 15 hours -17 hours at the mini club by the entertainment team guaranteed. A doctor was also daily from 10 hours -20 hours if necessary on the spot.

Sporting activities there was the entertainers: volleyball, tennis, Midget golf, darts, archery, Boccia, soccer, table tennis etc. 8:30 P. M. minidiscotime, from 9:30 P. M. evening agenda and then disco. minikinderclub with playground. Mittagsspiele by the pool. Quality of the water in the pool and at the sea were very good. Beach was cleaned every morning by trash cleaned, then absolute Caribbean like. Very gently sloping weißkörniger sandy beach circa 150 times 150 meters. Sufficient loungers and sun screens. ( downside-cushions were only for a fee). None: shower at the beach. Animation team was well coordinated, strove the guests to converse, were but not pushy. If necessary the ' swimming supervisors' lessons for the kids.

Estimated size of the whole area approximately 150 meters wide and approximately 300 meters long. The hotel consists of several two-storey low-rise buildings. Advantage of the hotel is, that no guest onto the street view. Either pool, sea or garden view. On each corridor are approximately 30 rooms complete approximately 400 rooms. Although the hotel already some years on the 'hump' has, is the condition for three stars adequate. For cleanliness was always respected. Lots of guests, make your trash also simply lie. International hotel with about 40% German,20% russians,30% french, Italian, dutch, belgians, slovenes, croats, and 10% tunisians. The average age about 45 years.

The airport enfidia is about kilometers away from the hotel. One must by bus approximately 2 hours driving time. No stopover (possibly need) between airport and hotel, no drinks in the bus. The beautiful white sandy beach, is located right behind the pool area. The next town is mahdia about kilometers away from the hotel, and is with the taxi for 4 Dinar ( circa 2 Euro) to reach. Mahdia is a wonderful old town a small port and every friday a large shopping market. Excursions, as the towns of sousse or monastir couches around the 50 to 80 kilometer away.

The rooms are big enough. The rooms are with double bed, desk, tv, air conditioning equipped. On the balcony is possible 2 chairs with a table and a tumble dryer was also. The bathroom has a bath tub. A hair dryer there is only for a fee.

There are two restaurants, one in the house and one in the open. The restaurant in the house has the charm a cafeteria. There a lot of tourist food, since the selection of meals better and rich than m free. Unfortunately is the again and again happened, that the plates, mugs and cutlery missing. If food used were, it took a long time, until refilled. There is very much staff, but it you have the feeling, that one really feels responsible. The dishes were well seasoned and you always found something. ( if on time refilled) Unfortunately you have water not in bottles, (only at a charge) there were only small cups.

The staff are all together friendly. You can German and some English progressing. However we had the feeling, that with the staff the air was. The rooms were daily, but not very thoroughly cleaned. The air conditioning was totally dirty. In the hallways smelled.

Sports and animation were good. The beach is very beautiful. Unfortunately totally broken loungers simply cross and crosswise jotted. Apart from that must loungers be used, not more completely reasonable are. If you daily madness of liegenbelegens in the morning not participated, you can unfortunately not at the beach beach chairs, or has broken loungers and no sun screen. For the towels must be a deposit deposit, the mats cost extra.

The hotel isn't very big ( two storeys) which is very nice. The frontdesk manned around the clock and the staff members were also always very friendly. The safe is located at the front desk. The entrance area is beautifully arranged with spacious seating areas. The types of people are mixed. The cleanliness leaves something to be desired. The hotel lies at a private beach. The beach is very beautiful, what but unfortunately by the inability of the staff troubled, this reasonably reasonable to hold. The rooms are huge and for a one time vacation sufficiently furnished. It is everything there which one needs. You need however a hair dryer, you need to get these bring your own. The bathroom could a grunderneuerung use, as it somewhat outdated now is. Location was the bathroom clean and one could without considers to shower and the toilet used.

In the hotel there are three restaurants, whereby generally only 2 can be used. Eating and drinking were always very good and the food includes not only european, but also tunisian food. The dining room was always clean and the food varied. The only thing we had to complain about was, plates, mugs and cutlery missing. One had sometimes longer wait. However changed this after a complaint with the travel guide was made.

The staff were always friendly and hard-working the be of the guests to meet. All in the hotel employees could speak German, English, french, spanish, Italian and arabic. The cleaning the room was always to our complete satisfaction. The travel guide from Neckermann was very good complaints and was always there for the guests.

Animation came even at the beach to the people for different activities to win. At the beach there are several leisure offers with external agents. Beach, water and pool were always clean. Drinks on the beach, there was at the beach bar not far away was. A diving school in mahdia. This will pick you up the 'divers' from the hotel and takes you back again. The hotel is clean and tidy. In the hotel were different nationality as french, russians, Poland, arabs and German represented. At the time, in the we were there, were lots of pensioners since, the not could constantly the chairs at the beach and pool to reserve. Some of them were of the opinion the same with its towels to reserve, although they did not use these. Eating and drinking were as all inclusive-description.

The hotel lies 2 hours from the airport enfidha and only 5 to 10 minutes away from the medina in mahdia. However the medina in mahdia with the in Hammamet comparable. Here are evenings only a few stores open. However are only few minutes on foot away from the hotel some shopping center.

The meals were plentiful, plenty of choice and you have Tasty. There is something for every taste just not so hot. The southern food not as hot as we German. One had 2 restaurants To choose from, both were great.

The hotel is very clean and tidy. We immediately probably Comfortable. Especially were also too many German tourist there.

The hotel lies at a really beautiful beach, and the town of mahdia is only a few kilometer away. In environment are pharmacy, supermarket, Restaurants and so on also in the hotel there is a shop where you can Buy can. Nothing was missing

Rooms were functional furnished. We had relatively new furniture. Very hard mattresses, but always clean. Air conditioning system was amazingly quiet and very easily adjustable. Unfortunately no safety deposit box in the room. You always had to to the front desk. Bathroom was old, but clean.

We had 3 restaurants, of which 2 were used. Food was very tasty and diverse. It was always something there for everyone. Waiters tried, the guests-rush to the mealtimes to manage, which sometimes a bit was difficult. Maybe you should the buffet from both sides accessible design, so that the queues at the start shorten. Staff was on the whole property exceedingly friendly, willing to help and courteous. We got along with german and english really good clear. Needed because of inflammation a doctor, after 20 minutes to the room came and competent and friendly helped.

The animation was always make an effort, with the guests any activities to organize. However, it is one escaped you, that the guests to this time clearly older than itself. As it happened many a time, that the guests by deafening techno music of the pool were instead of them. The same problem was in the evening with the shows. Lots of guests went early or came not any more, since the volume was extreme and nobody from the entertainers despite some hints really interested. Pool was always very clean, unfortunately you had to the beach chair mattresses pay daily. We had an air mattress for the loungers bought. It was clearly cheaper and one had added fun in the water.

A rather small, cozy hotel for people middle-aged and older. Room size a star hotel accordingly, always clean. Bathroom could be renovated once.
