About 3 kilometers away the center of limone. We had the family room nr.724 quite large and for 4 people thought. In general the hotel has the best days behind itself. The cleanliness was ok. Wireless internet in the bar possible. We were with leitner travel on the way, therefore was the average age over 65. read more

We have one week in Hotel La Limonaia and couldn't complain. The service always very friendly and each person, from the maids to front desk- and service staff in the restaurant. The room was always clean and the towels were changed, even if they are not on the floor were. The view is amazing. The pool is clean and nice. The food was always good, particularly the appetizers. The whole complex is beautifully, everything spread out and you don't the feeling with all other guests door to door to stay. read more

The hotel looks run down and dingy. Shredded awnings on main building. The too many from Eastern Europe, staff are with little exceptions unfriendly, partly arrogant and spoke hardly any German. The food tastes terrible and the selection was small. The bathroom is after every shower flooded for lack of shower stall and shower's wall. The room smells of cheap cleaning. The rooms are very simply furnished. Totally outdated small TV not working properly. On the terrace sit the people as the chickens on the carton and furniture are ready for the scrap heap. The outdoor swimming pool is ok. ... The spa area for 6, -€ on the day is a mess and the swimming pool you believe it or not, is in the pizzeria also as pool bar '.
The last shuttle bus limone to the hotel runs already around 21:10 back. One drives itself you could get evenings no parking more.
Positive about the hotel is merely the view. Magnificent view over the lake and Limone. 3 times a week live music.
We have for this price not a five-star hotel expected but the name hotel has this hostel not deserved.
For a little more money even for the same price we in Limone more beautiful hotels seen. read more

I could my previous speakers, only connect. The hotel is of the location with a view of the Lake Garda a dream. The location our room was a disaster. The worn down terrace you had to to the left with a 2. Couple split-right there was also a terrace, the two double rooms have to share. The used the Sammelgarage had a good view of our privacy and lastly, a track past, the other guests also gladly taken into account was. The house is altogether strong in need of renovation. Our floor of the terrace consisted of partly broken Waschbetonplatten. ... From the gap grew strongly the weeds. Such plates had for a long time no cleaning experienced.
The way into the restaurant was very demanding. It is constantly uphill. Furthermore is the restaurant in the 3rd floor. For disabled difficult. However there is in the building a lift.

The hotel is somewhat outside of lime on a hillside. You have a magnificent view on the lake Garda and limone. Unfortunately this but the only positive comments, which I for this hotel can be found.
During the visit our room put a so penedranter odor of chlorine on the mucous membranes, that one couldn't breath. We stayed over a schulkasse, the afternoon normally entertained and nevertheless we could each word understand. On demand we got a different room. Description see below.

Overall, the Hotel Ibis Budget already a really an ageing hotel, I would say an old hotel, in the in the last few years (10 to 15 years) not really money was invested!
Corridors and rooms were damp, with mold on the wall, swollen furniture and floors (laminate).
It smelled after mold respectively Humidity! Rooms were otherwise very badly soundproofed and additionally just old!
After one night we immediately checked out! Alternative room there was not!
Food & selection was unfortunately anyway not really delicious & attractive!
In addition one should still know, the this hotel also lies somewhat outside ... (what not a problem is, if you good on foot!)!
After our complaint (& early Extract) there was truthfully nothing Response! read more

We had with two kids a larger room and a small double room with 4 beds received. On the 1. day we all in the hotel looked at. In the pizzeria was the staff very unfriendly! On my question after a nappy changing table you have replied, that it not here and I should with the wind be careful, not dirty do. The dinner was mediocre. in the dining room for breakfast were the cans, salt and pepper pot very dirty. You could also times to deseam! For breakfast there was no fresh fruits or tomatoes/ gherkins and water was ... also not. Only a aromahhaltiges sugary water in red and orange. In september last year we went (family with 3 people) with the company leitner gmbh & co. Tourism kilogram a coach trip to limone on Lake Garda (travel 13-09-2012 until 19-09-2012) to Hotel La Limonaia.
This we had due to the many positive experiences with coach parties (but mostly with the fa. Thürauf from Bad Windsheim) and despite relatively many bad evaluations of the fa. Leitner still good reputation (wrongly, as we unfortunately find should) with leitner.
However our expectations bitter be disappointed.
Such conditions, as the booked hotel 'La Limonaia', found, we have never experienced.
A first point of ... criticism was the planned occupancy.
Wish, since the year's family vacation was, each other nearby rooms (i. d. r. on the same course, what i in a family is quite comprehensible think), not over long distances or even via cell phone need to communicate.
This would be here but been the case, as from the hotel apparently planned was me and my parents even in separate buildings of the complex to accommodate.
Here had clearly on the hotel management (which however not only here extremely uncooperative showed) appealed to a change in the occupancy to do.
But this was unfortunately still not at all the only point of criticism of the hotel.
A fundamental point of the other flaws of the hotel is the really unsatisfactory cleanliness or the condition of the hotel, starting with cobwebs and totem kleingetier and dirt in the stairwell and in the hallways, to zerkratzten doors, which even holes and loose balcony balustrades, which already as perilous to look at.
After i in my room (number 6300) at the first entering had to say, that the bathroom light did not work (pear a lamp in the hallway of the room didn't), and the lamp also still dirty, dungeon i the bathroom go back to the rooms to be viewed.
The air conditioning worked and was in the tray like, furthermore the walls were partly cracked (the same with my parents in room 6126).
In my room found during the next survey, after the bathroom light, after 2 maliger complaint (to the first complaint was from the hotel manager not at all only received, since this unfriendly as incompetent person first left is ), was repaired, a spider in the shower, furthermore was the shower.
As the rest of the bath, also dirty.
The fittings were partly strongly oxidized and partly broken and also otherwise not really clean.
The drawers were not cleaned or emptied (the latter was in the room my parents 6126 the case, this later more).
But the most dangerous on the whole room was the loose balcony railing my room, which was the tiniest touch to wobble began.
A harmless lean or similar was not here to think, as with bad consequences to be expected would have been, if the railing not kept.
Therefore this completely avoided.
With the room my parents had a similar picture.
The bathroom was just as dirty, partly was even mold.
The air conditioning worked also not and a lampshade was damaged (half torn down), another had a water's edge and was hesitated.
The worst the cleanliness the beds which stains of, the definitely not belong.
And the uncleaned drawers (partly even with content from the previous guest, mentioned above).
Anyway, overall in two rooms the same, frightening picture the lack of cleanliness and lack of services by the staff at the hotel.
Had similar problems however not only we, but amongst others also the neighbors my parents and most of the others travelers (room number 6128: poor cleanliness of the room, rusty bathroom fittings etc.) My parents, which also to our group belonged and according to their own other travellers of the group.
Significant for this trip and the hotel is also, that our bus driver, which due to its capabilities and its motoring skills, on the whole the only positive point of the trip was, since you are with him in the bus due to its very safe feel, with the hotel management over its rooms and only after the rework with the room relatively happy.
The rest the hotel was, partly in a similar bad condition.
Furthermore was the food in the restaurant part of borderline, cold fish, the actually should be hot, and even not gewaschenes fruit (u. a. melon), are only two of the many examples.
Another, to beanstandender point is the delivery of the bags on the rooms, this was the new bags my mother from the hotel staff so unpfleglich treated, that he after delivery to the room strong scratched was.
Therefore we pulled it leave before our suitcase handed to pick them up.
Generally seems service in this hotel a problem to be, since on one day the trip (monday ) my room (number 6300) not cleaned, nor the otherwise also rather bad, since partly ancient, towels were changed daily.
This happened, however, due to a further complaint.
Should also in the hotel description of the 'La Limonaia' be noted, that this for older people or people with mobility problems or similar physical restrictions only with difficulty attainable/hard is accessible, as it is very strong on the hillside and therefore to the guests a relatively difficult walk (from the coach parking on the road until to the front desk loud signs 250 metres with partly strong upward gradients) waits, if you on the corner of the driveway from the bus to.
There are shuttle buses, with which these could be avoided, however these were never there, if you need them.
This is overall, for a three stars house, quite simply unacceptable.
Generally should an accommodation, and a vacation itself, in this hotel after our assessment be reconsidered respectively, be considered.
A further negative point of the trip is the behavior of the company leitner opposite the customers in reklamationsfall, which simply an isolence is, since neither on the timely transportation, on 2 further letter and repeated, telephone requests, was reacted.
But details in a report to the relevant travel agencies.
Conclusion:
Of a holiday in this hotel, you can, from above reasons, only urgent disadvice. read more

Our vacation in Hotel Ibis Budget we really liked. I would have remained still very gladly longer, but unfortunately is everyone vacation time to end.
I have with my husband there felt really good. We had a very nice and big room at the top in the hotel complex and a spectacular view on the Lake Garda from our balcony from. The room was always clean and we got every day fresh towels and every 2 days fresh Bewttwäsche. Breakfast and dinner were always good and it tasted good. The staff very nice and friendly.
I can therefore not understand ..., some this hotel so bad. The hotel for me a beautiful Italian flair. Also the hotel complex was so in terraces laid out, so that you everywhere within walking distance can. With the parking spaces it could have been a bit better but we had our. I would in any case spend another vacation there and even for longer. read more

Unfortunately we were very dissapointed! Originally we had with the cousin of my husband the hotel, at various times, booked. When then the vacation approached, the cousin receive a message, that when booking probably errors occurred, and they are in another hotel can be accommodated. This hotel was just at the other end of lime!

We were with the vacation (, although yes the reviews not so good ) very satisfied. The staff were very nice, we had an apartment the also fine and was clean. Only the terrace is not complete, so that you with all vacations more or less zusammensitzt (table table without a separation).

We were by the read reviews on the worst prepared! Of course you can have a successful holiday based on the variety of offered types of sausage attach, in this case about 4! If the too few or at home every morning more types of sausage on the table should rather 5 * book! We were in any case positively surprised over the breakfast buffet, there was fried egg, scrambled egg, boiled eggs, bacon, sausage, cheese, jams, Nut Nougat Cream, bread, rolls, cakes, muesli. And never was a bit all!
The dinner was very good, everything war fresh prepared, salads ..., vegetables and so on came never from the bucket! In our week also no court repeatedly. It was quite full and warm in the dining room but we always got a place. The staff were friendly, even knew what we liked to drink!
Despite the size of the hotel we not the feeling a mass processing on, it is at the friendly staff and to the other at the terraces type of the hotel, which of course longer because lead can.
The pool is sufficient and we always got a good beach chair caught. The view is awesome! No matter wether you of the pool over the lake looks or the view from the balcony enjoys.
The room was big, from a little dust apart clean and the air conditioning worked, but had trouble with the 40 degrees outside given. We didn't like the clairaudience! read more

Although the very old-fashioned hotel is, we had wonderful days. Friendliness of the staff was perfect, food something there for every taste. We booked through Lidl-travel booked. Value for money simply super. The only fault were the parking spaces at the hotel. Because the hotel was fully booked, it is very difficult a parking space to find, the also very hard on steep slope, partly with oncoming traffic to reach were.
