We wanted to return right relaxation and love it new to try out, so we in Hotel Guglwald went. We are already around 09:30 arrived so that we the wellness area, against a extra charge of 5 Euro per person, sometimes use them. The then half of the wellness area( included vitaleck ) first at 11:00 o'clock was open is nearly a little a disgrace. The welcome drink we got not on arrival, but only when we into the room could. The room was massive and beautiful, except for the bed the in the middle a bend and ... to sleep a catastrophe was. The dinner was also good and the service really great. Since the display a midnight surprise was we were already very excited about what probably happened. But it happened purely nothing at all. When we on the next day at the front desk afterwards asked said one to us that the surprise only on request is turned on. Thanks for the issues, we thought. The breakfast was especially great. Wide choice and very tasty. All in all it was in spite of the obstacles ok. read more

Whoever quiet spa ambience with excellent cuisine searches, is here surely on a the best locations in upper austria is concerned. The hotel is just the right size for the intimate atmosphere was very comfortable and you have never the impression that the hotel overbooked seems to be. read more

    The rooms are always very clean and neat. We had a room in the castle booked ( pefferminz or lavender suite) and these are very comfortably designed. In the lavender suite you also has the luck on tempur schlafsystemen to beach chairs. We will not surely in the next time also once different rooms in the residence or the stammhaus try.

The spa is although small, rather nice and for the size of the hotel just perfect. The new solebergwerk (extra charge 8 Euro chips) is also very good. Bay one in the castle a room you also has the right to the spa in the 4. floor of the castle, where you in the afternoon very unimpaired sauna can. Also the outdoor area is very nicely arranged and offers sufficient space.

    Idyllic location of the hotel on the border of Czech Republic. In the summer there are surely more opportunities the trails around the moldaustausee or of the mühlviertel region to enjoy. For example excursions with snow shoes in the winter however, here at their expense. The nearby nordic winter sports centre in schöneben offers beautiful cross-country ski runs in the winter. In the summer there are enough paths and routes for mountain bike enthusiasts. By car from Linz in a half-hour drive away is also the arrival alone not a problem.

It was simply magnificent relaxing. The junior suite 'mint' is beautiful, the food was amazing, the wellness offer so varied, that we two days not at all everything could try. The staff was very friendly, also when a glass dropped down is. And important for us became auxiliary point: there was even a jump start battery available. So, everything perfect! read more

We have already been in the Hotel Guglwald for the 3. time and as always just top. It folds everything was just perfect from the booking of the room through the check out everything is wonderful. The wellness facilities are very modern and nicely decorated. The -course menu for dinner is again and again great we had not up to now ever the same and it is always a new surprise. What also totally good and plentiful, is the breakfast so there is something for everyone there. The vital corner with free drinks and the afternoon tea is naturally also ... totally great. The entertainment program with for instance separated. Aufgüssen saunas is also perfect. The rooms are all very nice, large and perfectly clean! All together it is a great relaxing vacation and we definitely recommend the hotel in my opinion it belongs to the top hotels in Austria! read more

We were for the first time in this hotel and rather skeptical, since we for years our annual wellness hotel in a regular hotel (proximity Tirol Austria) spend. The scepticism was unfounded because the hotel offers despite full buchhung a great quiet and absolutely beautiful short break. We had the lavendel suite, modern, open and very clean. A great thing about the hotel is a schlosscharakter and therefore run the many guests good. Great great food, our head chef attaches itself with hands and the staff are completely very friendly and attentive. We would like to highlight also especially the ... treatments in the wellness area. We had beauty treatments and massages the simply a dream were. Value for money is sensational. We will be back in the autumn - then however we book in the spring the spa suite to get. Congratulations to the management and the entire team - keep it up and keep up! read more

Beautiful wellnesshotel in very nice location and wonderful food. We had a mädslurlaub and could super relax. Only minor negative: the spa area locks at 11:00 o'clock on; since we at 13:00 o'clock to check out and in between treatments booked we could this not more use. Otherwise a perfect getaway. read more

That was a great wellness short vacation. We had lots of fun and needed the hotel not leave. It it didn't get boring, the spa is very nice furnished and you can unwind. The gourmet dinner is exactly like the rooms nothing to be desired. The hotel would have in my opinion 5 star rating. read more

We were for the second time in this hotel gugelwald and we really liked it once again. Only drawback. If you are not on the bad habit of reserving the deck-chair with, it is on saturday somewhat difficult, a place to rest to find. Other days weren't a problem. During the next stay we want it in the week try. We will definitely come back! :-) read more

    Leiterwagensuite is very recommendable. Jacuzzi and leiterwagenbett in this spacious rooms a great thing. Fridge worked well, tv has lots of channels and good reception. Full hotel, as well as the room, with fußbodeheizung.
