Very dignified, on the first glance somewhat hidden city hotel at the beginning of the pitt street. Very attentive, friendly bell boys, competent concierge service, the also for perpetually busy opera idea tickets at fair prices organized. Front desk was the disappointment in this marriott hotel. The first question a missed welcome is that after the obligatory credit; impersonal, unfriendly. Check-in and check-out was very poor. Besides that very beautiful hotel. Definitely take a room with opera view. Breakfast buffet is great and has style. Tip. Taxi in front of the hotel are not always reliable and overpriced. Better the ... airport shuttle at the concierge book. The city is otherwise comfortable on foot, by boat or metro and monorail check. read more

The Marriott is located right on the circular key, Opera and ferries, and buses and trains right outside the door. Ideal location for Sydney-exploration.
Breakfast no problem at the next corner, the food is directly in front of the hotel was rather difficult, in the absence of any residential or bars area. About ten minutes walk to the 'rocks'. read more

A genuine five-star hotel, this has its price. Have breakfast next door at a small bar, was very good and certainly convenient 200% as after two days we flew to Ayers Rock, are a part of our luggage at the hotel and then for our cruise picked up again. All very easy, also the front desk was very accommodating in terms of trip transactions. read more
