The family n. with her well rehearsed team felt around pampered, the spacious rooms with two tvs my children especially good. We enjoyed the lovingly, very diversified cuisine with the unforgettable galla dinner. The breakfast buffet offered all you could ask for, we can this small, cosy place silbertal absolutely recommend for people who seek peace, it is perfect. read more

With 3 children, including infants not recommendable, simply too small rooms. Shower in the room is great, but certainly not, if there is no separate bathroom, (we were unfortunately not said). Five people and only a shower in the middle of the room. The baby we laboriously in the sink 'bath'. Children have no patience for a four course menu in the evening! Who can 3 children 2 hours at the table employ? Bad. No kettle for baby food. Wireless internet for a fee (?) In a 4 star hotel. For older kids okay. read more

    Very friendly waiter in the restaurant and the front desk, room cleaning without complaints. Extra wishes are. Difficult-we would have liked the table in the dining room changed which, although other tables in the meantime were free-did not work. Also we had to again and again after sauna towels (for the swimming pool) for our kids questions-the room service has this, although we the apartment with 4 persons-with the daily change again and again reduced to two. The kostenpflichtigkeit of the internet access is a 4 star hotel not really anymore.

    Pool alright, spa area very nice. Absolutely outstanding relaxation room with a fantastic view of the valley! Good ski cellar without annoying stairs accessible at ground level is. Ping-pong table can be used free of charge. Extra children's playroom is available.

Great front desk, very friendly staff, excellent food, great buffet, only approximately twenty salads, room was rather small and had no canopy bed, but everything was there, that you need. The ski lifts, you can take the bus or by car drive, although it is only 1 kilometer, but is not on foot. read more

Friendly the family, clean is everywhere, the food was excellent. Only the furnishings in the room for example the tv was too small and far. However the bathroom is great. Overall we were very satisfied, and will recommend it. read more

Four super -relaxing holidays in informally run hotel. The reception is warm - the service very attentive and very personable. The hotel and the staff offer much warmth and hospitality. The carefully guided kitchen offers culinary of the finest quality: a rich breakfast buffet with fresh fruit and all what your heart desires - the menus for supper varied and on request easily amendable. This guarantee the beautiful wellness area, as well as the golf indooranlage relaxation and sporty activity in any weather. We were the 2. the Hotel Bergkristall. There was nothing to moan about in our opinion, quite on the contrary! The house is in a very good state, the rooms great Clean and a very good state. Peaceful atmosphere. Pure relaxation! Mountain railway and possibilities for hiking in the immediate vicinity. Very informal hotel. Special praise goes to the kitchen! We had excellent food!
