Blue Sea Village Resort & Spa^{(5 stars)}

We had a doppelbungalow with aufbettung and 3 large bags was sufficient space. The bathroom was with a bath and a large washstand and were totally enough. Welcome goodie was the free safe in the room, as well as a fridge where we our water, which we got, accommodated. Everything was every day thoroughly cleaned and ants on one day very reiselustig were after our reporting it to the front desk immediately repaired.

If one considers, by the all-inclusive offer 2 full meals plus breakfast and coffee by the same kitchen to be covered, and for about 300-400 persons per food is it certainly understandable, that was not a 5 stars, the à-la-carte-meal is to be expected. However the buffet was despite all varied and everyone (even my very picky daughter) found every day food, which tasted. There were standard side orders as potatoes, rice, fries and noodles and various fish, meat and vegetable dishes. Alone the salad bar included around 15 different salads or blow with which you can get yourself a delicious fresh salad could put together. Who now every day tomatoes and cucumbers for boring stops could just auberginensalat or carrot salad food. And only the Tzatziki. Delicious.

In the hotel we were greeted by our concierge mariella welcomes, the us during the entire vacation with tips and help available stood. Again big thank you at LTI for such a pleasant staff. After at the start for the extra bed in our room a bathrobe was missing, it was also immediately brought and also other wishes were from the staff quickly implemented. You can tell, that the season nearly past was (the smell cupboard in the empty cleared hotel rooms left, were on the last occupied bungalows spread), but the service as yet personal and we partly had our own waitress.

Every day there was entertainment, which we however not used have. For a time, since we mostly itself was done, and also, because we not so the entertainment types are. However the pools were very clean and were also cleaned every day.

Small hotel in bungalow style with a very pleasant staff the always friendly and eager available stood. From the street hardly to see rises at the beach a very well maintained nice facility. The only problem: only 5 bungalows in the first row see the sea, the remaining bungalows look on the one before the adjacent number. Meals almost around the clock and for 10 days and so lots of guests you can relax on the dishes not complain, it was for any taste always enough there. It were many germans in the hotel, but also russian and a few greek and english. From the ages of the guests were very mixed.

From the airport one is in a half hour at the hotel, the beach is directly behind the bungalows, maximum 30 meters away and only separated by a small hardly busy beach road. This beach is right next to the hotel in a shopping street with numerous souvenir shops and taverns. This street is 5 kilometer along run up to Malia where there is more high street,. The bus stop is directly in front of the hotel, but with a rental car you are independent and more flexible and can his desk individual design.

Family room is wonderful large. Big balcony with a view of the sea, very clean, there was even an electric mosquito spray.

I wonder, what the people expect... I have a total of 20 different salads, certainly 10 different desserts (super, the cakes) counted. Okay. The main courses are manageable and the side dishes (french fries amongst others) are these warmhaltetrögen -but for us completely okay.

The staff have fun on your work and it shows! Natural, not false, warmth. Nice, unobtrusive entertainment, very familiar, warm atmosphere - Waka Waka!

Perhaps the water is a nuance to fresh - but apart from that nothing to fault. Okay. With children you could only at 2 hours in the swimming pool but since it was the spa area is, i have some sympathy for that. Kids disco was really great, also the entertainment was' homely ' but very personable...

After countless camping holidays this was our first flight and holiday. With a view of the very different evaluations we were more than excited about... After a week we can safely say : 'we really enjoyed it'. Perhaps that is not completely objective, since we have no comparison-perhaps some but also simply too high standards!

30 meters to the sea, bus stop or parking spaces right in front of the hotel. Taverns and shops on flip flops to reach. Great!

The rooms were nicely furnished and comfortable. Rooms were cleaned each day. Cleaning was okay however nothing more! The first night but we had to in one part of the hotel a little bit out of town sleep-blue sea apartments, because everything was fully booked. This was a terrible night.

Drinks in the all inclusive offer restricted, but sufficient. The food was freshly prepared, however not so varied. Typical international buffet, but always something there for everyone.

Staff were always friendly and helpful. It is predominantly english spoken. Especially nice was mariella, the always helped.

Entertainment was pleasant and not intrusive. Evening shows were great.

Very nice hotel with a huge garden. We always enough chairs found and many quiet corners. Pool area was great. Only a few meters over the street and you can directly into the sea hop.

Hotel lies in a quiet bay approximately 30 minutes out from the airport. A bit further the road comes down in the small town. The best one does is to rent a car and explore the area. The lassithi plateau and the palace of knossos are worth it.

The room size is as i am but also alone traveled. Rooms about 3 times 4 metres, double bed small flatscreen tv and a table, chair, desk and stool. I had a room with a balcony, this was large enough to nice way to end the evening to leave. Refrigerator without drinks available, but you can without further own drinks nicy. There was a safe for free.

The hotel has 2 restaurants, a büfettrestauran and an à la carte, this has but unfortunately already closed. The food is varied and has always a good mixture from nationaltypical things and international cuisine and also delicious. The restaurant is very clean in spite of the around constantly§1 cats also in the restaurant.

The staff in the restaurant and at the front desk was really good. Everybody speaks german and english. As mentioned the rooms are clean, but one day with me the cleaning forget and trash and mature fruit is not far away, is not a problem as i also work in the garbage can do, but nevertheless a shame. To the rest of i couldn't say anything.

There is a kids' disco in the evening and a small animation program, but to be desired. On the whole area there is a free wi-fi - network, the pool is small but clean. The pool bar has because of the small zaal of guests and the weather not open. The beach is very small and chairs and an umbrella cost, in the hotel are you free. Showers i have no discovered there is only the possibility the feet and hands to wash

The complex is not too big, therefore, it was much nicer and comfortable. Super green with wild oranges, bananas and olives. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are simple rich but fully since you either at the beach or on the way is. You should however no are very allergic to cats as here very many to the hotel walk around. I believe these are however partly as domestic cats held. The food is good and has plenty of choice, although the hotel next week closes. In the hotel there were mostly german and some englishmen a few russians and also turks. The hotel is but hardly occupied. The average age is querbet many families. No singles

The beach is right in front of the hotel, unfortunately the beach is in front of the hotel quite small, but you can get in the hotel on the grass and is in a haöben minute at the water front. Shopping and entertainment possibilities there was also in the immediate area. For excursions you should a car or rent a scooter. Best not through a travel agency and hotel because it was very overpriced. Several lettings on the main shopping street is less than 500 meters away. Great deals for example pay 2 get 5. Otherwise is directly in front of the hotel a bus stop for the public. Transport. Very cheap and you can get everywhere. The trip program is unique, but you should not with the travel agent and hotel since this way too expensive is.

The room was big enough, we had a nice terrace, on which the evening end left. Safe and fridge were available. And the room was always cleaned really well. You should however ensure that you no room drirekt on the road is, it is noisy, because right next to the main street round.

That was for us clearly the worst area! The variety was really not there, already on the second day you knew exactly, what will be available. We are therefore also often outside eat out. The quality of the dishes was at least mostly acceptable, now and then there were meat, which only was tough. Nevertheless one was full. The quality of the drinks in our experience unfortunately not convinced, often only cheap and the cocktails were only sweet.

The staff was so far always very friendly. We have also after a day immediately our room changed and wasn't a problem. The room was always very well cleaned, in things cleanliness there is nothing to complain about. A clear deduct it for the staff in the restaurant, since we often drinks beg and even then they came mostly only then, when we have with the food were finished.

The pool was a bit small, but it was sufficient. Animation almost daily offered, even if it was mostly the same. The entertainers were but very nice and the evening shows mostly also very entertaining and worth seeing. At the beach were the loungers unfortunately subject to a charge. Therefor one point of criticism.

We really liked the complex. It is relatively small and everything is very quick reachable. We had booked all inclusive and were unfortunately only partially satisfied, as we the food not so completely convinced has. In September were many germans, russians, israelis and Poland in the hotel. It fell but not unpleasant. We felt in any case very relaxing!

The location of the hotel we really liked. Firstly you are right on the beautiful sandy beach and to the other in a couple of minutes in town Stalis, there are numerous taverns and shops finds. The terrace of the restaurant and some bars had view of the sea. However you should ensure that you no room directly on the street get, as it was really loud. We also will be charged the room changed.

We had a double room with balcony. The rooms are big enough, the balcony even rather large and with 2 chairs and a table furnished. The rooms are with 2 single beds, a desk, large closet, a table with armchair and a luggage rack equipped. There was a flat screen with international programs and a integrated safe ( free of charge). The bathroom is big enough and has a bath tub with shower cabin. The towels were changed daily.

We ate only in the main restaurant, there the food was always rich, varied, tastefully and nicely decorated. It was always immediately refilled if something was missing. For breakfast there were sausage, cheese, eggs in different variations, bacon, beans, tomatoes, muesli, jams, nutella, fruit, different rolls, even the grain bread rolls, toast, white bread, coffee, tea, milk, juices... To the lunch and dinner always soup, vegetables, salads, different meat dishes, also from the grill freshly prepared, fries, rice, potatoes, pasta, different sauces, fruit, pastry... The beverages were at the table served in glasses, the used table-ware was cleared immediately, the tables newly restocked, there was nothing to complain about, a praise goes to heleni and their lecture inside. The service in the main bar was perfect, especially manuele is here to point out. Once per stay you can specialty restaurant food, we didn't use. Also at the pool bar was the service nothing to complain.

The staff in all areas of the hotel is very friendly and helpful. Many speak a little German, with English one comes everywhere further. The cleaning of the rooms was nothing to complain. On a call back we got a further cushion immediately and more hangers. A doctor came regularly in the house, but we had to luckily didn't use it. Also a laundry service there was, was however also not used.

There was a discreet animation, was not used by us. The pools were very clean, were cleaned daily. On the complex were enough chairs and umbrellas or shade available, at the beach it was not used by us. In the whole complex free wi-fi, but with about 500 guests to their limits came. We therefore have the internet corner for a fee (1 Euro for 20 minutes) used. There was evening entertainment, the but we didn't use it.

Beautiful hotel with main building and several bungalows, altogether 225 room. The complex is extensive, but well arranged and very well maintained. The rooms are cleaned daily. The food includes only all inclusive, why one also no wristbands to wear needs. The food was varied, delicious and attractive presented and decorated. The service was attentive and very friendly. The majority of the guests came from Germany. Also there were russians, italians, austrians and swiss under the guests.

The hotel complex is on the edge of Stalis. In a few steps in the shopping area of the small town of Stalis with shops, restaurants and so on the main entrance of the hotel is located on the through road, but on the complex not noticeable. Right on the hotel is a bus stop from where buses for instance to Heraklion leave. We had a rental car and were on the road and only a few kilometers away, highway quickly in all directions of the country, for example in Rethymnon, agio Nikolaos, knossos, on the south coast, Heraklion and so on on the back of the hotel is you have a small street immediately on the beautiful sandy beach. The shuttle from the airport is, according to directions other hotels, 1/2-1 hour.

The views over the hotel area and the view of the sea were breath-robbing. The size of the room was comfortable, exactly like the furnishings ( bed, desk, armchair, table, balcony, tv, safe, etc.). Nothing special but everything in very good condition and with enough space. Unfortunately was the flood in the bathroom, which we with everyone shower have caused. Then we would rather a door in the shower. About the cleaning was nothing to fault.

Especially liked a lot the beautiful terraces, of the restaurant, the main bar and the à la carte restaurant, all with a direct view of the sea and a very comfortable atmosphere. The food in the restaurant was good, but the quality varied somewhat between very tasty and delicious. At the buffet there is something for everyone and it is again and again refilled quickly. The salad and the fruit were always fresh and firm. Especially we can recommend the visit to the hotel's own à la carte restaurant 'olive tree' ( one time per week all inclusive). The food and the service were really outstanding. The hygiene and cleanliness was good. The all inclusive program contained drinks have a great quality, from the red wine to the Ouzo. The coffee was delicious and the Cola tasted almost like the Coca Cola. For a rum Cola longdrink, real Bacardi rum uses!

The staff are extremely friendly, speak however mainly English. Nevertheless can one with all questions to the serving staff come. With the support of hands, feet and mimicry, as well as some concise words is also always be objective. We were for example while searching for greek olive oil and decided gave us a waitress a 2 liter bottle from the private olive grove of their father. Especially you have to highlight the concierge marielle, the for all of the guest always available state, for all an ear to lend had or friendly rendezvous with the guests held. She speaks also a very good German.

We didn't take advantage of the entertainment on offer. We found it however pleasant unobtrusive. The beach is small, but much larger, than the photos works. The beach is very clean and the quality of the water brilliant! So clear water we have on vacation not yet can enjoy. The loungers cost 3 Euro per day.

The hotel is open-plan and clean. It is a all inclusive hotel, but no annoying wristband is, the checks are carried out, if at all, on the show the room card. The guests are absolutely mixture, from young to old and all possible nationalities, what we found very refreshing and not like some other bother us. A bit of English to speak is but definitely an advantage.

The hotel is only by a small street from the hotel's own beach separately. The small street leads directly to the whole restaurants and shops from Stalis and towards east directly to Malia. Heraklion, Agios Nikolaos, knossos, as well as the lassithi level are all within about half an hour's drive away.

All-inclusive Breakfast against previously read reviews more than enough and tasty, for example freshly prepared omelets and fried eggs, cold and hot food, different types of bread, rolls and sausage & cheeses... Salads, fruits vegetables quark and always a kretanische corner with for instance honigbällchen... Also the coffee was delicious-we had already completely different experienced. If you to moan has, the its breakfasttable i would like to home see. Afternoons and evenings equally gratifying (always buffet) and cooks the dishes freshly prepare, varied and tasty \u263a The in 14 days times which repeated is completely normal-but some one wants also often food. We ate all meals on the terrace restaurant, there was always space, there was a magnificent view of the see.

Very friendly staff, always attentive and fast. The restaurant about cleaning lady to the gardener, all nice and friendly. At the bar was served (no ansteherei and getränkeschlepperei ) Delicious mixed drinks and good imported beverages for example Smirnoff- Wodka. Delicious house wine! Room always very clean and always at noon already finished.
